As day spa guests we got a room for the day and all acess to the spa, sauna, hamam, and steamroom. Compared to other hotels where the day spa only gets you access to certain parts of the spa we even got a private room for the day where we could get ready for lunch and take a shower before leaving. Unbeatable!!!

Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Booked for 5 days for the whole family. Leaving early and moving to another hotel.
The food in the restaurant is disgusting. The staff was totally careless. We were not allowed to see the bill after the dinner, a waiter said you can ask for the bill at the reception. The most insane part was the check out. As we decided to check every amount they were going to charge us, it turned out that , there were extra meals in the restaurant bill which we never ordered. We paid for all our stay through a traveling agency operator and were told that 1 room out of 4 was booked via booking and we need to pay for it again. 😂😂😂😂 Having spent 40 minutes at the reception we managed to sort things out , we paid only for what we used and ordered. Abano grand hotel employees were like “oops, sorry you are right we just didn’t see it”
This is a 100% true review, simply as it is. Never coming back again. If you decide to come and test it out , always make sure you double check every single bill.

I liked this place not in love. Very dated, while some new renovated spaces did charm this hotel. I didnt feel warm here. Beautiful spas, yes all types. UPDATED gym best equipments. Lots of body treatments. Yes 5 stars for that. They can improve on their ambience.

Again , for the fourth time we have been to Heaven! Life is short and Earth is big! It is absolutely normal to change vacation place from time to time, just to see more places, meet new people , got a new experience. But ,after our first stay at Abano Grand Hotel, we 've been married to this hidden and beautiful Italian gem. Very nice and spacious !!! rooms, pictured and well kept gardens, cleanest pools and treatment areas, authentic Italian food , variety of treatments , very warm and charming music evenings ! Treatments AAA+++ ! And much much more small things which truly make a difference.But the biggest treasure of this island of tranquility and full relaxation are people ,working hard to make your stay easy , memorable, pleasant and unforgettable . Word " no" simply does not exist here. Everyone " programmed "to your full satisfaction . Truly excellent hospitality with a lot of class and style. Thanks to everybody who made our vacation as a Heaven visit! One thing needs your immediate attention: you cannot control weather! I am sure ,next time you will find the way to do it !!!
