Eu gostei. Pessoal muito pacífico e agradável. Bastante simples e espaçoso. bom para relaxar. Se você quiser instalações modernas, não é para você, mas se você quiser evitar tudo o que é perfeito. Longe da rua principal, mas tudo está a uma curta distância.

Ao ver os comentários de alguns turistas, especialmente europeus e em particular franceses, que têm esta infeliz tendência de reclamar 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, acreditando que pretendem alugar um hotel ultra luxuoso, colocam o dedo no olho! O hotel é agradável apesar da sua idade, o pessoal de topo é atencioso, a magnífica piscina, o pequeno-almoço muito bom para os amantes da verdadeira comida marroquina !!! Quando estamos em um país estrangeiro nos adaptamos à sua cultura e sua comida, isso também é as férias. Ainda estou indignado com alguns comentários de qualquer maneira. O hotel é adequado para quem quer um mínimo de conforto por não muito! Recomendo e voltarei com muito prazer!

Al ver los comentarios de ciertos turistas, especialmente europeos y en particular franceses, que tienen esta desafortunada tendencia a quejarse 24/7, creyendo alquilar un hotel ultra lujoso, ¡se meten el dedo en el ojo! El hotel es agradable a pesar de su edad, el personal de primera es atento, magnífica piscina, muy buen desayuno para los amantes de la auténtica comida marroquí. Cuando estamos en un país extranjero nos adaptamos a su cultura y su comida, también son las vacaciones. De todos modos, todavía estoy indignado por algunos comentarios. El hotel es adecuado para aquellos que desean un mínimo de comodidad por poco. ¡Lo recomiendo y volveré con mucho gusto!

This will be the final time I write a review for this hotel, as I seem to write the same thing everytime we visit!This stay was our 7th time here, so this review will be a little biased! One of the main reasons we love to come back is because of the staff. Everyone of them treats you like a king or queen, that is, if you are not disrespectful to them. What they put up with from some clients is appalling I have say. However, they continue on with their jobs with utter professionalism. I believe that comes down to the way they must be looked after by management.We also love the isolated location, away from all the other resorts where you can feel claustrophobic. The pools are exactly what we want, always quiet too, with the surrounding grounds kept clean and tidy.We get the same room each year, facing the sunset and the room is well-serviced each day. We enjoy the food on offer and enjoy the fact that it changes a little each year as the hotel tries new menu items.

This hotel is so beautiful and calm. They have a beautiful garden. The staff are so nice and the hotel is so clean.

I liked it. Very peaceful and nice staff. Quite simple and spacious. good for relaxing. If you want modern facilities it's not for you but if you want to avoid all that it's perfect. Away from the main drag but everything is within walking distance.

You should better stay away from this place!
The hotel is run by criminals who trick and only want get your money. They ordered a taxi for us and charged us 200 Dirham extra. At the bar we wanted to drink a simple gin tonic and the brought us the so called "gin fizz" which basically tasked like lemonade and nothing else. We asked the bartender if he had put gin in it and he said 1/3 of the drink ist Gin which was obviously a lie. Additionally the "gin fizz" cost double as much as we intended to pay.
The breakfast was really expensive for the low variation and quality of the food.
The room and shower seemed like they were build 30 years ago and didn't changed since then. The only positive thing I remind is that you are allowed to smoke inside.

The say they are pet friendly but this is not true. I was not allowed to stay with my 12kg dog after making a booking and driving for 2 hours to get to the hotel. They should be more specific in their listing. I emailed the night before I arrived but nobody replied to my email.

Good location, breakfast buffet is quite nice. Room with terrace,nice view from outside, spacious garden,swimming pool is nice.Bed and blankets are dirty ,I can see the dust and feel allergic! AC is too noisy,cant sleep. Bath tube is too old and broken

Lovely place and very friendly staff. Only cons is the food. I stayed in for 2 nights, breakfast included, food was very basic and missing all the good Moroccan stuff, expect to have to spend extra $$ to eat better outside.
