Great price for a clean, quiet room. Everything is relatively new and my husband and I couldn't have been happier with the stay. In heavy traffic it was only 30 mins to MD Anderson. We would definitely stay again.
I would have given 5 stars but there was absolutely nothing diabetic friendly on the breakfast bar, which would have been nice.

Mais recente motel com equipe amigável a um excelente tarifa na região, não espere por muito "café-da-manhã continental" itens, porque não, é apenas o muito básico. Os espaçosos quartos e instalações são agradáveis e limpos, os quartos contam com um pequeno refrigerador e forno de microondas, o banheiro é convidativo e eficiente. As únicas duas reclamações que temos são: # 1 HVAC filtros não são lavados frequentemente (vem Lysol pronto) e sujeira está acumulando dentro da grade de grelhas de tampa e bobinas de favo de mel, precisa de serviço de aspiração e empregadas domésticas # 2 não mudar cobertores após os hóspedes verificar Fora. Definitivamente não é um 2 estrelas como classificado em alguns sites de rating relacionados com a indústria, um forte 3 a luz 4 estrelas é mais realista e merecedor.

Newest motel with friendly staff at an excellent rate in the area, don't expect a whole lot of "continental breakfast" items, because is not, is just the very basics. The spacious rooms and premises are nice and neat, rooms come with a small refrigerator and microwave, the bathroom is inviting and efficient. The only 2 complaints we have are: #1 HVAC filters are not washed often (come Lysol ready) and dirt is accumulating inside the cover louvers grill and coils honeycomb, it needs vacuuming service and #2 maids don't change blankets after guests check out. Definitely not a 2 star as rated in some industry related rating sites, a strong 3 to light 4 stars is more realistic and deserving.

Desculpa!! Deveria ter tirado fotos ANTES de morarmos nela 😂 Não sei se você sabe, mas foi muito limpo, muito bom por apenas US $ 54 por noite !! A equipe foi muito amigável. "O café da manhã" que eles incluíram é uma perda de tempo, mas, por US $ 54, eu nem esperava. Não há piscina, mas o ar condicionado funciona e isso é tudo que importa quando você está no Texas. Eles têm limpadores todos os dias como um hotel regular. Nós lutamos um pouco mantendo nosso lugar de estacionamento ... Eu voltaria novamente? DEFINITIVAMENTE!

Sorry!! Should’ve taken pictures BEFORE we lived in it 😂 don’t know if you can tell but it was very clean, very nice for only $54 a night!! Staff was very friendly. “Breakfast” they have included is a waste of time but hey, for $54 i wasn’t even expecting it at all. No pool but their AC works and that’s all that matters when your down in Texas. They have cleaners every day like a regular hotel. We did struggle a little keeping our parking spot...Would I come back again? DEFINITELY!

Critical point: breakfast ends quite early, at 9- instead of 10. A mass majority of hotels will offer it until 10. If that is a selling point for you & you don't want to wake up super early, look elsewhere.
Other than that, the rooms are newly renovated and the facilities are decent.
