Eu reservei um quarto através da hotels.com que tinha uma opção de cancelamento, liguei antes do horário agendado de check-in para cancelar e fui informado de que a reserva seria de fato cancelada, porém nunca foi um. Eu fui cobrado por quatro noites. Tentei resolver isso através da hotels.com e eles contataram o hotel, que mentiu e declarou que a reserva nunca foi cancelada.

I booked a room through hotels.com that had a cancellation option, I called in advance of the the scheduled check in time to cancel and was told that the reservation would in fact be canceled however it never was an I was charged for four nights. I have tried to resolve this through hotels.com and they contacted the hotel who then lied and stated that the reservation was never cancelled.

Então vem o gerente tentando ensinar seus funcionários que está tudo bem para chamar a polícia em situações em que o cliente é o afetado aqui com um conjunto completo de piolhos incrível trabalho de um gerente que a distância para mostrar aos funcionários como lidar com situações no trabalho onde tudo poderia ter sido evitado, mas o gerente com sua atitude machista desagradável é assim que você faz e é assim que vai ser isso é o que você diz a eles se eles não querem entender chamar a polícia. Como se eu me afastasse desse homem, era ultrajante, desrespeitoso e tão grosseiro chamar os policiais sem razão. Ah, e para me dizer que ele tinha um problema pessoal, em seguida, vire-se e diga aos policiais que eu era um cliente pagante, que acabou de completar a bagunça que ele criou e terminou.

Then comes the manager tryin to teach his employees that is okay to call the police on situations where the customer is the affected one here with a full set of lice incredible job of a manager what a away to show employees how to deal with situations at work where everything could of been avoided but the manager with his nasty macho attitude this how you do it and this is how is going to go this is what you tell them if they don't want to understand call the police. Like I 10feet away from this man it was outrageous, disrespectful,and so rude to call the cops for no reason. Oh and to tell me that he had a personal issues then turn Around and tell the cops that I was an unpaying customer wow that just completed the hold mess that he had created And ended.
