Ficamos na véspera de Ano Novo e as pessoas ao nosso lado ficaram acordadas a noite toda e podíamos ouvir cada palavra que diziam (e faziam). Achei o hotel bom e a localização boa, mas se eu ficasse de novo pedia um quarto longe dos outros hóspedes, acho que só tivemos azar. é mais um hotel de negócios.

Stayed for New Year’s Eve and the people next to us were up all night and we could hear every word they were saying (and doing). I thought the hotel was nice and the location was good, but if i stayed again i would request a room away from other guests, i think we just had bad luck. it is a more of a business hotel.

2 years ago when my wife and I dedicated a weekend to tour possible wedding venues, we struck gold. The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center was our 1st stop. We were greeted by Lauri Taylor and she gave us an amazing tour. She was so down to Earth, personable, and extremely genuine. After the tour ended, I looked at my wife and we both said to each other, “this is the one! Let’s cancel the other tours!”. 2 years later and we made the right decision. With the complications of Covid, we had to postpone our wedding by a year. Lauri was always with us every step of the way. Lauri was always accommodating with a smile on her face. She made our wedding flawless and perfect. To the higher ups at AT&T Hotel, please take some time to consider promoting Lauri and giving her a serious pay raise. She is the face of AT&T Hotel and is the epitome of professionalism and grace.

Lauri and the entire team at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center truly made all of our wedding dreams come true! All of our family and friends are still talking about how great the appetizers, food, drinks, venue and entire wedding night were. Se você está planejando se hospedar no AT&T Conference Center e dirige um caminhão, pense duas vezes antes de escolher este hotel. A maioria dos caminhões NÃO cabem na garagem, apesar da folga de 8 ', pois ele cai quando você entra na garagem. Além disso, o manobrista não ajudará com o caminhão e foi orientado a encontrar uma vaga na rua. Apesar de eles estacionarem minha caminhonete, em frente ao hotel em várias outras estadias, agora você está por sua própria conta se dirigir uma caminhonete. Quando fui educado para a gerência, disseram-me que a empresa de manobrista tem o direito de se recusar a levar seu carro. Na verdade, é uma estrela de 4 1/2 para mim, mas não me deixa fazer a metade. I've hospedado neste hotel algumas vezes ao longo dos anos e absolutamente Entes. É um hotel simples e bonito, com quartos muito agradáveis e sempre limpos. A equipe é sempre muito simpática e prestativa. Meu único problema para a dedução de meio ponto é que os travesseiros são realmente planos e não muito sustentáveis, o que considero comum na maioria dos hotéis, e o chuveiro. Não tenho certeza se sou só eu, mas o design do show, o chuveiro, a cortina do chuveiro ou uma combinação dos dois não funcionam bem. O que quero dizer com isso é que sempre há uma piscina gigante de água no chão do lado de fora do chuveiro que eu preciso de uma toalha para absorver o lago lol. Tenho quase certeza de que é o desenho da cortina de chuveiro. Mas além daquele 5 estrelas lol

Os quartos são limpos, modernos e atualizados, com tablets que você pode comprar. A vista era linda. Perto do campus e de um museu. Os restaurantes estão bem, mas eu gostaria de sugerir comer em outro lugar, se possível. A equipe parecia ser decente na recepção e eu solicitei uma escova de dentes extra que foi levada ao meu quarto prontamente. Meu filho foi nadar por um curto período. A piscina fica do lado de fora. É pequeno, mas decente. Lindas toalhas nos quartos e um roupão que você pode usar também.

If you're planning on staying at the AT&T Conference Center, and you drive a truck, think twice about selecting this hotel. Most trucks will NOT fit in the garage, despite the 8' clearance, as it drops once you get in the garage. Furthermore, the valet will not assist with a truck and was told to find a spot on a street. Despite them parking my truck, in front of the hotel on various other stays, you're now on your own if you drive a truck. When brought up to management, I was told the valet company has the right to refuse to take your car. When I left this morning, there were 2 nice cars parked overnight in front of the hotel; thus, perhaps drive a luxury car if you want to be treated like a customer. This hotel used to care about the customer - wow, how times have changed.

It's actually a 4 1/2 stars for me but it won't let me do half. I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years and have absolutely loved it. It's a simple beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and have always been clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only problems for the deduction of half a point is the pillows are really flat and not too supportive, which I find common at majority of hotels, and the shower. I'm not sure if it's just me but either the show design, shower head, shower curtain or a combination of them does not work well. What I mean by this is there is always a giant pool of water on the floor outside the shower that I need a towel to soak up the lake lol. I'm almost positive it's the design of the shower curtain. But other than that 5 stars lol

The rooms are clean, modern and up to date with tablets that you can order from. The view was beautiful. Close to campus and a museum. The restaurants are okay but I would suggest eating elsewhere if you can. Staff seemed to be decent at the front desk and I requested an extra toothbrush that was brought to my room promptly. My son went swimming for a short time. The pool is outside. It is small but decent. Nice towels in the rooms and a robe that you can use also.

I can not say enough great things about the catering and event management team! Lauri was the absolute best! She made planning an event from afar simple and easy. We had a few last minute changes and no one blinked an eye - they just helped us make it happen!! The staff working the event couldn't have been nicer! It was a group of Jayhawks tailgating before our football team played UT and everyone treated us like family! Would recommend 100%
