O lobby era de 85 graus. Fizemos o check-in na quinta-feira e não tivemos qualquer limpeza de quarto ou toalhas no sábado. Monica foi incrível nos ajudando com toalhas e artigos de toalete que havíamos esquecido.

Lobby was 85 degrees. We checked in on Thursday and didnt have any room cleaning or fresh towels on saturday. Monica was amazing helping us out with towels and toiletries that we had forgotten.

The hotel was okay but we were really disappointed with breakfast service!! Most of the equipment was broken, the bananas was brown and they didn't have real orange juice (it was some cheap orange drink). We usually stay at Best Western's whenever we go on a trip, which is quite often, but this experience is the worst so far.

Uma cama tinha uma mancha de sangue e a outra tinha cabelos, juntamente com uma mancha oleosa escura. O travesseiro grosso de cada cama tinha sêmen sobre eles. A alça do chuveiro estava quebrada e demorava bastante para chegar ao trabalho. A lavanderia estava sem sabão e a máquina estava quebrada.

One bed had a blood like stain and the other had hair in it along with a dark oily stain. The gross swade pillow on each bed had semen on them. The shower handle was broken and took considerable jiggering to get to work. The laundry room was out of soap and the machine was broken.

My husband stay there for work purposes last week. He taught that since he was staying at a Best Western Plus it would be well kept and clean. But was very disappointed when he saw food crumbs in between the fridge and the cabinets and on the floor. Worst of all was that he even had to kill a roach that popped out of the fridge... yes the fridge. I don’t understand why the rooms are not being maintained and clean throughly. People pay good money to be in a comfortable, clean and sanitized room why aren’t the managers and cleaning staff not doing there job?
