O quarto parecia bom pessoal eram muito hostis. Acho que pagar um depósito de 250 euros é mais do que ridículo. Já estive em muitos hotéis, mas nunca passei por isso

We booked on booking.com. the photos had 8 ceiling to floor windows a meter wide, a lounge area and a bath tub. On arrival there was one .5 m window that looked directly into an abandoned office. The room was very dark. It had a couch but very different to the photos and no bath which we wanted to bathe our baby 3 months old I guess I could have sprayed him down with the shower mounted over head but he's fussy and hes very good at crying so decided against it.
I went down stairs to ask to change rooms for one with a bath, they said none of the rooms have baths, then I showed them the photo of what I booked then they remembered that only 2 rooms had baths but they were booked. All very politely done. I said then the room isnt what I booked and I'd check with the family but we would want to check out. As it had only been 10 min since seeing the room I expected a refund as they couldn't provide what they had agreed. I went up stairs packed up the kids came down the get my refund and go to the next hotel. Then they found a room with a bath all of a sudden. I explained that you just told me you couldn't provide the room I was promised not even close and so we agreed I should book at another hotel which I had already done de van der volk hotel. Then they said we can't refund you the first night cause I checked in for less than 10 mins. I said that's not fair they said their manager will contact me, he did to say my bank account number was wrong, I sent the number again and have still not received a refund for either day or breakfasts or parking.
The rooms are in a Regus office hire building which isn't very nice at all, the renovation isnt that great, the room we had was dark and not nice but I think that staff lied to which almost seemed a matter of protocol I find this pretty bad.
We ended up staying at the van der volk hotel, it's really near by it was 20 euros more per night I think maybe even the same because they have free parking. We were in the standard room there it was a huge huge step up from our room at the best western, canal view large window, way bigger bed, amazing bath for two, resturaunt food and breakfast was really good cocktail bar I can only dream of visiting when the kids are older. They also have some rooms with private saunas, steam room and private jacuzzis I think for 50 euros more I think they were all booked for the weekend though.
I'll change this to a 2 or 3 star review if you refund the money in the next 7 days. We can all have a bad day this for the best western in my opinion was a shocker. But you always deserve a chance to fix your mistakes. Refund, bottle of champagne if I stay at the best western again. I probably won't though but a gesture would be nice. Obviously if your reading this review then I didn't get the refund and it's unlikely to change. In which case van der volk should be your next Google search. Cheers

Meest onbeschofte nachtportier ooit !!! Os melhores hotéis bem-vindos em gezien, maar dit sloeg alles.Todas as missões devem se apresentar em trajes formais caso desejem ser tratadas com alguma forma de decência ou respeito pelo referido porteiro noturno.Convidados mais jovens devem ficar longe !!! É melhor mesmo os mais velhos ficarem atentos a este.

Younger guests best stay away!!! Even the old folk better be watchful for this one.

Reservado no dia anterior, cheguei às 16h. Os quartos ainda não estão limpos e prontos. As pessoas continuam chegando, querendo fazer o check-in e estão sendo rejeitadas. Serviço muito ruim. No momento, estamos esperando por uma sala, pode levar horas. A garota atrás do balcão está sozinha e passa toda a merda em cima dela, muito chato para ela, mas novamente muito mal arranjada

Nunca vimos nada assim ultrajante. Ficamos em 5 hotéis sob "Corona", mas o que este BEST WESTERN faz é apenas ruim! Participe de um curso de treinamento no Radisson e Dorint. Café da manhã com o charme do McDonald's e quartos sujos ... tudo por motivos de higiene e segurança? Com o preço, uma bochecha! Também há hotéis na Holanda que têm essa regulamentação.

Bom hotel e funcionários simpáticos O quarto era bom e limpo e bem equipado O ar condicionado também funcionou bem, fora estava 35 graus e dentro da sala 22 graus Cama era realmente adorável A única desvantagem era que as portas da Câmara não eram isolantes, você podia ouvir tudo, o barulho das portas Talvez uma opção para isolar melhor as portas e eliminar o desejo de evitar o barulho, ou uma porta de isolamento extra no quarto realmente custará sua noite de sono

Nós só estivemos em nosso quarto para 4 pessoas, nenhum café da manhã foi oferecido agora por causa do corona. Mas um quarto muito bonito com uma vista bonita e o nosso cachorro pensou nisso também, porque também é bem-vindo. Desta vez também tínhamos escolhido o hotel para isso. Equipe amigável. Você pode ir ao restaurante Loetje pelo hotel. Eles parecem ter um bom bife, mas eu escolhi uma tigela de boké. Eu amei. Você também pode obter um hambúrguer / schnitzel / satay. E você pode encontrar Ali B lá. Nós concordamos :-)

No último final de semana e, infelizmente, não há indicação de que o restaurante esteja fechado. Recebemos uma lista (com poucas opções) para preencher. Conseguimos coletar isso na recepção na manhã seguinte e depois comê-lo em nosso quarto. Infelizmente, um cappuccino não estava presente, porque a senhora do balcão estava limpando a máquina às 8h45! e isso levaria quinze minutos.

I had 27 degrees the whole night in room, because they deactivated the whole air condition. They said they could bring me a fan. 🤣I couldn't sleep the whole night. So sad, because the hotel looks nice...

Es un hotel hermoso. La atención es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy agradables. Los baños son limpios. Tiene la estación del metro a 100 m y atrás de la estación un mall comercial outlet gigantesco. Me encanto

Ubicación perfecta!!!estación de tren en la puerta del hotel directo al Aeropuerto de Amsterdam ,centro comercial a escasos metrosy rutas preciosas en bici para conectar con el entorno.Lo recomiendo.

The atmosphere is good and everything were fine until a bus with Chinese guys stopped in front of it and they got into the lobby. As an economist i understand the profit the hotel gets from them but when there is an epidemic crisis all over the world why the hotel put their staff and all other guests in danger because of 20 tourists that come from China? I DO NOT understand this and don’t like the fact they endanger human health for some small money they will get....

Very nice and new hotel directly behind the train station. Good and clean rooms for a reasonable price and friendly and helpful staff. Felt welcome and recognized. The Breakfast is ok - you might get a better value for your money (16 €/Person) if you walk a bit in the city center and eat there. That I bought and already paid the Breakfast at check-in was not passed by to the staff member in the breakfast room, so I had discussions about that. I expect that this happens automatically.

Un lugar muy agradable, limpio y con muy buena atención. Queda al lado de una estación de metro que te lleva al centro de Amsterdam y de un mall muy grande el cual tiene precios muy cómodos, estilo outlet.

The room is great. Big room n extra sofa bed for kid or adult. Shower is good also. Mostly complete. 👍🏾👍🏾 recommended place to stay💪🏾💪🏾 the location is strategic. Near by d train station n almere shopping centre. It was a nice city❤

Un hotel muy comodo, cada detalle pensado para la comodidad del hotel, la comida del desayuno es abundante y de muy buen sabor. Aunque no se encuentra directamente en Amsterdam esta conectada con la estación del tren. Solo tiene parking para autos pequeños

Nice hotel ! Beautiful room! Clean enough ! We came with three people but there where only towels for one person.. the staff is well behaved but not really kind ! I didn't feel very welcome. But overall they stay was great
