Se hospedado por 3 dias, o tempo estava apenas à direita no outono, não havia ar-condicionado, o quarto era limpo uma vez a cada 3 dias, o wifi do quarto era instável, a cozinha era muito boa

Dreadful hotel, bitten to death by the bed bugs, reception desk was no help whatsoever, beds was literally falling apart, no air conditioning, I could go on forever, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartments and the location are great! We just have some difficult to find the entry of the CitySpot. They don't have a big Singapot to help us to find it.

Muy bien situado para caminar y conocer Praga, al lado de estación de tren y metro. Personal amable. El apartamento muy limpio y moderno. La cama supletoria incómoda.

Less than 1 minute to the central train station. 3-4 minutes to Wenceslas Square. It isn't located directly in the city center, but not far away either.
Everything about our room was just perfect. Kitchen was oriented more beautiful than our kitchen at home :)
10 points to cleanliness. Our beds, sheets, towels, etc. everything was super clean. Personal was very kind, friendly and cooperative. They sent us an e-mail before our trip and asked if we need any help to get along with Prague :)
Internet connection was awful.
Hotel doesn't have a parking place. They suggest us to park in a partner hotel of CitySpot. Their partner hotel is not far away, but still they should have informed us earlier. It costs 23 Euros to park for one day. I don't find it really fair, because it was more than what we paid for our rooms.
