Eles têm um problema de MOLDE, um problema muito sério. Todo o hotel está molhado, eles mantêm ventiladores no corredor, mas não adianta. O teto estava literalmente pingando água. Quando reclamei com o gerente, ela fez parecer que era minha culpa, porque eu não limpo o quarto diariamente. Todo o hotel precisa ser demolido, é muito ruim.

Este lugar tem gerentes / funcionários horríveis. O quarto cheira a cigarro e fui culpado por isso. Eles são mentirosos e vão inventar mentiras para cobrar por qualquer coisinha. Esses trabalhadores têm atitudes nojentas e são rudes. Eles têm zero habilidades de comunicação. Se você reclamar de qualquer coisa, eles irão literalmente bani-lo de ficar em todos os locais e filiais do Comfort Inn. Isso é ridículo. Nunca mais fique neste local! Você vai se arrepender disso. As camas são confortáveis e essa é a ÚNICA coisa boa naquele lugar. Trabalhadores e serviços de classe muito baixa.

They have a MOLD problem, a very bad one. The entire hotel is wet, they keep blowers in the hallway but it doesn’t help. The ceiling was literally dripping water. When I complained to the manager she made it seem like it was my fault because I don’t get the room cleaned daily. The whole hotel needs to be torn down, it’s really bad.

This place has horrible managers/ employees. The room smells like cigarettes and I got blamed for it. They are liars and they will make up lies so they can charge you for any little thing. These workers have disgusting attitudes and are rude. They have zero communication skills. If you complain about anything they will literally Banned you from ever staying at all comfort inn locations and branches. That’s ridiculous. Don’t ever stay at this location ever again! You will regret it. The beds are comfortable and that’s the ONLY thing good about that place. Very low class workers and service.

Não se sinta mal por solicitar um novo quarto quando seu a / c não funciona, as alças do banheiro estão instáveis ou há umidade nos lençóis. Você está pagando o preço total por um quarto. Deixe comentários honestos no google, yelp, better business bureau e responda às suas pesquisas. No entanto, para evitar um serviço ruim, escolha outro hotel

Dont feel bad about requesting a new room when your a/c doesnt work, the toilet handles are wonky, or theres humidity on the sheets. You're paying full price for a room.Leave honest reviews on google, yelp, better business bureau and answer your surveys.. To avoid bad service though, choose another hotel

Fiquei aqui um total de 3 vezes este ano. Lugar, camas e quartos bastante limpos são bons e confortáveis. O AC é um sucesso e um fracasso, eu diria. Nas duas primeiras estadias, conseguimos ar condicionado que resfriou o quarto eventualmente, desta última vez, o ar condicionado em nosso quarto era perfeito e resfriou o quarto rapidamente. Eles deveriam realmente baixar os preços, quero dizer, eu fico cobiçoso, mas as amenidades estão incluídas no preço e não estão disponíveis. A piscina está fechada. Café da manhã realmente uma merda. E você não pode "lanchar" em seu quarto. Palavras da mesa da frente.

Have stayed here a total of 3 times this year. Pretty clean place, beds and rooms are fine and comfy. The AC is a hit and miss I'd say. First two stays we got AC that cooled the room eventually, this last time, the ac in our room was perfect and cooled the room fast.
They should really lower the prices though, I mean I get covid, but the amenities are I included in the price and they aren't available. The pool is closed. Breakfast really suck. And you can't "snack" in your room. Front desks words.
