Os funcionários da recepção foram extremamente simpáticos e acolhedores. Houve algum problema com a nossa reserva, mas eles rapidamente corrigido. O quarto de hotel estava limpo e as camas são aconchegantes. A piscina estava limpa também. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade e não é tudo junk food. Desejo que eles tinham café fresco mas olha, se essa é a minha única reclamação .. Com certeza, ficaria lá novamente se eu voltar para o bairro!

Fiquei aqui por duas noites e realmente gostei da minha experiência aqui. O quarto foi muito limpos, bem cuidado, espaçosos e extremamente bastante. As camas eram muito confortáveis e eu dormi como uma rocha. Melhor sono que tive em algum tempo. O hotel fica próximo a muitos restaurantes e lojas que também muito conveniente. Ficaria aqui novamente!

Melhor parte sobre a estadia foi Lauren a recepção senhora. Houve um erro que foi minha culpa e ela totalmente cuidou, não há problema. Ela estava muito calorosa e convidativa. Os quartos são enormes para o preço e você tem um frigorífico com uma pequena secção de congelador e um microondas no quarto. As camas eram firmes e confortáveis. Tudo estava limpo e até os padrões da minha esposa. Café-da-manhã teve bacon e ovos waffles com frutas frescas e tudo mais que você veria em um café-da-manhã continental.

Esta foi a minha segunda estadia. O quarto que eu tinha não tinha uma cafeteira de trabalho ou despertador. Liguei para a recepção e eles substituem ambos os itens imediatamente. Quartos confortáveis e acolhedores. Os banheiros e os quartos eram muito limpos. O único problema foi os sofás foram muito manchados. O quarto estava tão quente. Nós não conseguimos fazer o AC funcionar. O chuveiro não ficava acordado e o quarto estava escuro. O lobby não foi acolhedor, também muito escuro. O café da manhã foi apenas ok, não muito de uma variedade para escolher. Ficou muito feliz em sair.

This was a pleasant stay for me at this hotel. The staff was kind and courteous as the owners were polite and friendly and willing to help and assist in anyway possible. The room was clean and kept up very well. If I am ever back in the area over night I will be staying there again.

The room was so hot. We couldn't get the AC to work. The shower head wouldn't stay up and the room was dark. The lobby area was not welcoming at all, also very dark. The breakfast was just ok, not much of a variety to choose from. Was very happy to leave.

We had a major inconvenience where our flight was delayed & we lost our reservation. Fortunately, Yolanda, the front desk agent was able to help out immensely! If it wasn't for her we would've lost it all. She helped us so much. The rooms were very clean, comfortable bed & complimentary breakfast which included a variety of things. Thank you!

Habitaciones confortables y acogedoras. Los baños y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. El único problema fue que los sofás estaban muy manchados. A los niños les encantó el desayuno que servían y el personal era estupendo y se desvivió para asegurarse de que estábamos disfrutando de nuestra estancia con ellos. Aparte de los sofás no tengo quejas con sus habitaciones o servicio.

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed my experience here. The room was very clean, well maintained, spacious and extremely quite. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a rock. Best sleep I've had in awhile. The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores which made it also very convenient. Would stay here again!

Best part about the stay was Lauren the front desk lady. There was a screw up that was my fault and she totally took care of it no problem. She was very warm and inviting. The rooms are huge for the price and you have a fridge with a small freezer section and a microwave in the room. Beds were firm and comfortable. Everything was clean and up to my wife's standards. Breakfast had bacon and eggs fresh fruit waffles and everything else you'd see at a continental breakfast.

This was my second stay. The room I had did not have a working coffee maker or alarm clock. I called the front desk and they replace both items right away. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is nice and the breakfast is plentiful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Comfortable and cozy rooms. Bathrooms and rooms were very clean. Only problem was the couches were very stained. Kids loved the breakfast that was served and the staff were great and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay with them. Other than the couches I have no complaints with their rooms or service.

Habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. Los muebles están ligeramente maltratados. La ubicación es conveniente si se tienen actividades a las afueras de Houston, pero no para conocer el centro (está lejos de allí). No estoy segura de si me depositaron de vuelta el cobro extra de precaución que realizaron al inicio de mi estancia (cosa que hacen para reparar la habitación si cualquier huésped la daña... pero juro que no hice nada!). El desayuno gratuito es muy sencillo: huevos revueltos, panquecitos, salchichas, pop tarts. A cierta hora de la noche se cierra la entrada al hotel, pero hay un timbre para solicitar el ingreso al personal que cubra el turno nocturno. Personalmente diría que me trataron con amabilidad.

El personal de recepción era extremadamente amable y servicial. Hubo algún problema con nuestra reserva, pero lo corrigieron rápidamente. La habitación del hotel estaba limpia y las camas son acogedoras. La piscina estaba limpia también. El desayuno tiene una buena variedad y no es todo comida chatarra. Ojalá hubieran hecho café recién hecho, pero bueno, si esa es mi única queja ... ¡Definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo si vuelvo al vecindario!

The desk staffers were extremely friendly and accommodating. There was some issue with our reservation, but they quickly corrected it.The hotel room was clean and beds are cozy. The pool was clean too.The breakfast has a good variety and it's not all junk food.Wish they had fresh brewed coffee but hey, if that's my only complaint.. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to the neighborhood!
