Porém, quando cheguei e quero fazer o check-in, o proprietário me disse que eles não estão operando o mês todo. Mostrei a reserva a eles, mas eles não puderam fazer nada por mim. Eles ainda não forneceram qualquer ajuda para eu encontrar outro hotel, especialmente à noite.Eu sugiro fortemente que você NÃO reserve este hotel, porque você nunca saberia que sua reserva seria cancelada ou não até a chegada ao hotel. Esta definitivamente a pior experiência em Cusco. Ficar em outro albergue perto da praça de armas seria muito melhor.

Very BAD experience! Do NOT stay here.I booked this hotel for 2 night. The owner send message to me and confirm my booking.
