O GM Mark foi tão útil - estávamos na cidade por alguns dias para um funeral de família e ele fez alguns pedidos especiais na chegada. O check-in tão fácil. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis! Maria 2º andar arrumação fantástica! Devo dizer que este hotel poderia usar reformas, como nova pintura / carpete e alguma atualização de alguns móveis. A piscina é única parcialmente interior e exterior. Boa academia de ginástica. Excelente localização e café da manhã com pratos quentes - se este hotel fosse atualizado, teria recebido 5 estrelas - a equipe o levou para 4 - obrigado por sua hospitalidade no Texas!

The GM Mark was so helpful - we were in town for a few days for a family funeral and he made some special requests happen upon arrival. The check in so easy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly! Maria 2nd floor housekeeping fantastic! I will say this hotel could use renovations such as new paint/ carpet and some updating of some pieces of furniture. The pool is unique partially indoors and outdoors. Nice work out facility. Excellent location and hot breakfast - if this hotel was updated it would have received 5 stars - the staff carried it to 4 - thank you for your Texas hospitality!

Great room. Great service. Great location. Great Value. Everything was spot on: dinner, room, bed, shower, towels, breakfast, etc. A well managed property that is very conveniently located in Houston's Galleria area.

I'm giving this place 2 stars for the exceptionally friendly staff. The hotel, though, needs a massive makeover. I always suspected the Drury Inn in my own city was a bit dumpy but when I went to Houston for the weekend, I decided to give this one a try. The reviews were mostly positive. First, I accidentally reserved through a nefarious third party whose website made it seem that it was the hotel's site. It advertised a price around $165. Only after I entered my Cc number and hit enter did I find out it added $80 in "fees." I ended up paying $249 for this room and it was non refundable! I got to the hotel, walked into the room and was hit by an odor that smelled like a musty basement. The kind staff quickly gave me a different room. This one smelled like food but that was better than a musty basement. The decor was straight out of 1982. The bed looked like it had seen better days and should be retired. The room looked clean. I will give them that. Still it was dumpy and depressing and not some place I would have stayed for more than one night. One other plus is it was close to the Galleria.

This place is amazing! Offers an indoor/outdoor pool and indoor Hot tub. They serve Breakfast and Dinner, free soda/pop and when we was there 2 free alcohol drinks a night. The room was very clean, the staff was so nice and very welcoming. Best place I have ever stayed!

Meu quarto estava arrumado e limpo. Amigável equipe da recepção. O gerente geral Mark, que esteve lá em junho de 2021, foi muito profissional e uma pessoa amigável para conversar. My sister enjoyed her stay here.It's right outside of the main hustle and bustle of the Galleria.She said it is clean and has a honey feel.She usually stays at the Royal Sonesta.There is gated access to guest parking.Apparently there is a pool and hot tub, but I didn't see it.

I loved this hotel. The staff was super helpful. The Kickback was phenomenal. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the towels felt like sandpaper and there was no vent in the bathroom which made for some stinky situations.Lol. Otherwise the hotel was perfect.

My room was neat and clean. Friendly front desk staff. The general manager Mark, whom was there in June 2021 was very professional and a friendly person to talk with. I could tell that he was a very neat and clean person as I viewed him cleaning up after spills on the tables after some guests. Yes I would stay here again and I loved there evening snack and cocktail hour. I love the convenience of it being near the Galleria Mall.

We stayed six nights - definitely had an excellent stay for what we paid. Breakfast was simple but included all we typically look for. The evening drink and snacks were awesome including a wide range of options.The hotel was very clean and I found that management and employees were always busy keeping things tidy and clean.
