Limpar \ limpo. Espaçoso. Vista traseira parcial da Catedral. O quarto do primeiro andar era silencioso. 2 noites de estadia muito agradável. Uma garrafa de vinho grátis poderia ter sido bom por £ 200 por noite.O check-in é automatizado e um pouco chato. Estávamos todos esperando no saguão de entrada, depois de uma longa viagem de carro digitando os detalhes em uma tela de toque, enquanto estouramos para fazer xixi. Desagradável e um pouco frustrante.

Boa localização a poucos passos da Sagrada Família, bairro bem servido. Apartamento bem mobilado, banheiro pequeno mas funcional. Dois quartos não muito espaçosos (um deles na rua que é bastante movimentada), camas confortáveis. Umas férias agradáveis.

Ficamos 10 meses e a experiência foi magnífica. Muito perto da Sagrada Família, a 3 quarteirões, supermercado a menos de 1 minuto e bem conectado com L5 e H6. Em relação ao apartamento, é muito espaçoso e confortável, tem aquecimento e ar condicionado. Está equipado com tudo o que é necessário para tornar a estadia fabulosa. Vale a pena notar o atendimento próximo ao cliente e a resposta rápida a qualquer problema. Eu recomendo tanto para férias e uma longa estadia!

Estuvimos alojados 10 meses y la experiencia fue magnífica. Muy cerca de la sagrada familia a 3 manzanas, supermercado a menos de 1min, y bien conectado con L5 y H6. Respecto al apartamento, es muy espacioso y cómodo, cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Está dotado de todo lo necesario para hacer de la estancia fabulosa. Cabe destacar la cercana atención al cliente y la rápida respuesta ante cualquier problema. ¡Lo recomiendo con creces tanto para unas vacaciones como para una larga estancia!

Good location accessible by train and bus, I stayed in a location overlooking Segrada familia. The map in the apartment helped us to plan our movements, it was very helpful. I was disappointed that I was made to stay outside for a while with 3 children because of city council tax payment. Earlier communicate on how to pay will be better.

Clean. Spacious. Rear partial view of Cathedral. 1st floor room was quiet. 2 night stay very pleasant. Free bottle of wine might have been nice for £200 a night.
Checking in is automated an a bit annoying. We were all waiting in the entrance hall, after a long car journey typing details in to a touch screen, whilst bursting for a pee. Unpleasant and a bit frustrating.

Muy bien ubicado cerca de varias líneas de metro y autobús. Buena atención el baño es un poco chico e incómodo pero lo demás está muy bien

Two of us stayed Nov 1-4 2018 in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The location was good. This place could be better. The bathroom in the larger unit had an overwhelming order of sewer. I kept the door closedas much as possible. The smaller bathroom in the other twin-bed room had a very small shower and got water all over the floor when used. The shower was a joke ...water temperature and pressure impossible to get adjusted. Cable on T.V. did not work on arrival, so a technician came by the 2nd day to fix. The heat/A.C. unit in larger bedroom was defective and rattledterribly. The place needed a good deep cleaning.

I think the apartments are quite nice all round, could be a little cleaner and we didn't really know how to make the couch bed.

The apartment was great, with bathrooms for each bedroom, very clean and cozy. The location is perfect as Sagrada Familia is just around the corner as is what became to be our favourite breakfast cafe - Gaudi’s bakery. Highly recommend for families and friends travelling to Barcelona.

Our original booked apartment was changed without giving any valid reason and were offered a run down apartment instead. Lost trust. Read the fine print carefully. Charges for cleaning, extra towels and deposit. Caveat Emptor. Buyer Beware. Would never go back nor would recommend.

It was awful. We(I and my friend) were assigned 2bedroom+2bathroom flat where everywhere was smelling mold and smokes mixed and one room was full of molds and the bathroom in the bedroom was smelling strong scent of cleaning detergent. Even outside the flat there was a construction going on, which we weren't informed about this in advance at all. I have informed about this to the employee in the main office and he only said sorry even though we couldn't use one of the two bedrooms which we paid for anyways. I would not use and would prevent my friends from using it or other properties owned by this company.
