Se fôssemos o que você pensa que somos, nunca teremos sucesso dirigindo este negócio. Eu entendo o que você passou por aquela tempestade severa. Mas isso não significa Isso significa que você tem que descontar em nós. Outros hotéis nem atenderam o telefone. Nós atendemos. Nós te desejamos boa sorte. E pare de postar comentários falsos. "Falso? Você não está entendendo, está? Você está no setor de ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE. Portanto, estou sempre certo e você sempre deve acomodar, porque você está a serviço de mim. Leia alguns livros sobre como ser educado com os hóspedes em potencial. OBRIGADO.

"Please preach someone else and some where else. We do take care of our guests. If we were what you think we are, we will never be successful running this business. I understand what you went through that severe storm. But that doesn't mean you have to take it out on us. Other hotels wouldn't even answer the phone. We did.
We wish you good luck. And stop posting bogus reviews."
Bogus? You aren't getting it are you? You are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. Therefore I am always right and you are always to accommodate, because you are in service to me. Read some books on being polite to potential guests. THANKS.

Realmente não tenho nada negativo a dizer sobre o quarto que eu fiquei. A cama era confortável, os lençóis limpos, o chuveiro era espaçoso.Ao todo, o quarto era bom e acomodou todas as minhas necessidades ... a equipe, por outro lado, é uma história totalmente diferente. Eu sei que o estado atual do mundo torna as coisas difíceis para todos nós, mas isolar-se no lobby e relegar suas interações com seus clientes a apenas uma pequena rachadura em uma janela externa é demais.Eles tentaram me cobrar um preço que você normalmente encontraria em um hotel mais caro, e quando eu os chamei no google listando-os como mais baratos, eles quase responderam com "ah, você está ciente disso" e "me deram" um desconto. O próprio desconto ainda coloca o preço mais alto do que o Google havia listado. Além do mais, tive que pagar um depósito de segurança em um hotel (primeiro eu ouvi falar disso). Não pude realmente ver o cara devido aos seus procedimentos de isolamento, mas seu tom falava muito de suas intenções.Para resumir, os quartos em si valem uma estadia. Apenas atente para a equipe aparentemente hostil tentando puxar um rápido em você durante o check-in.

Don't really have anything negative to say about the room I stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean, the shower was spacious.
All in all, the room was good and it accommodated all of my needs....the staff in the other hand, are a whole different story. I know the current state of the world makes things hard on all of us, but isolating yourselves in the lobby and relegating your interactions with your customers to just a small crack in an outside window is just too much.
They tried to charge me a price you'd normally find at a pricier hotel, and when I called them out on google listing them as cheaper, they nearly replied with "oh, you're aware of that" and "gave" me a discount. The discount itself still put the price higher than what Google had listed. Plus to top it off had to pay a security deposit on a hotel (first I've heard of that). Couldn't really see the guy due to their, isolation procedures, but his tone spoke much of his intentions.
To summarize, the rooms themselves are worth a stay. Just watch out for the apparent unfriendly staff trying to pull a fast one on you during check-in.

Eu fiquei aqui devido à localização e logística. Ela costumava ser habitada por pessoas rudes, mas foi renovada. Agora é surpreendentemente bom! E a equipe de segurança é boa em evitar que o riff raff fuja no estacionamento. Para o valor ... é um hotel 5 estrelas.

I stayed here due to location and logistics. It used to be inhabited by rough people, but it's been revamped. Now, it's surprisingly nice! And the security team is good about keeping the riff raff from wandering into the parking lot. For the value...it's a 5 star hotel.
