Adorei o sítio,o hotel muito acolhedor e sossegado com paisagens lindas. Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão, ter um ginásio . Recomendo é um sítio q vou voltar. Bem haja a toda o staff.

Boa experiência. Só acho que o Wi-Fi está um pouco fraco, principalmente à noite. Tem de ser muitomelhor. Gostei muito de estar lá.

Quarto super limpo e confortável (colchão maravilhoso!). Staff muito atencioso e prestável. Piscina otima e com muito espaço e sombras à volta. O pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade. Restaurante fechado mas há um bar a funcionar na piscina ate as 19h.

Habitación súper limpia y cómoda (¡colchón maravilloso!). Personal muy atento y servicial. Gran piscina con mucho espacio y sombra alrededor. El desayuno podría tener más variedad. Restaurante cerrado pero hay un bar abierto junto a la piscina hasta las 19:00.

Um hotel muito agradável e sossegado. O pessoal é muito simpático e sempre pronto a ajudar. Os quartos são bons e com muito espaço. O serviço de internet funciona muito bem em todo o hotel. O pequeno almoço é agradável. Os preços do bar da piscina são muito equilibrados. Boa piscina, com uma área ampla á volta (ter cuidado de ver se há eventos, pois pelo que soube quando há eventos não se pode ter acesso á piscina).

No geral, experiência negativa. Marquei 5 noites e acabei por ficar 1. Se calhar o problema é do Booking.com, de acordo com a receção no check-in. No dia a seguir já houve claramente uma tentativa para resolver os problemas- termos marcadoquarto PARA mobilidade reduzida e não acessível a quem tem mobilidade reduzida, o que torna o quarto pouco confortável e com a consciência pesada de eventualmente não ter deixado alguém com mobilidade reduzida severa ter aproveitado,o tal problema do Booking; e quarto ao lado de uma cascata cujo barulho não nos deixou pregar olho a noite inteira, o que nos leva à questão de qual a razão de colocarem na descrição do quarto insonorização. Como a solução era duas das 4 noites ir para outro quarto mas as duas últimas voltar ao quarto original, mais vale ir definitivamente para outras paragens. Para quem não tenha sono pesado, peçam quarto longe da cascata. A sério.

Estive lá num evento e gostei do espaço da decoração e da comida que estava excelente serviço pelo restaurante Santa Quitéria e seus funcionários muito desponiveis,já o músico muito apagado não soube animar as pessoas até para por música foi preciso chamar a responsável pelo espaço. Organização do evento deixou muito a desejar com as dimensões FH Eventos.

A very nice and peaceful hotel. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are nice and with lots of space. The internet service works very well throughout the hotel. Breakfast is nice. The pool bar prices are very balanced. Good swimming pool, with a wide area around it (be careful to see if there are events, because from what I know when there are events you cannot have access to the pool).

Overall, negative experience. I booked 5 nights and ended up staying 1. Maybe the problem is with Booking.com, according to the reception at check-in. The following day there was clearly an attempt to solve the problems - we booked a room FOR reduced mobility and not accessible to those with reduced mobility, which makes the room uncomfortable and with the guilty conscience of eventually not having let someone with reduced mobility severe having taken advantage of, the Booking problem; and a room next to a waterfall whose noise kept us from sleeping all night, which leads us to the question of why they included soundproofing in the description of the room. As the solution was for two of the 4 nights to go to another room but the last two to return to the original room, it is definitely better to go to other stops. For those who are not heavy sleepers, ask for a room away from the waterfall. Seriously.

🏨Un hotel con encanto! Ideal para venir en familia o pareja.🛌Las habitaciones son enormes y están impecables.🏊La piscina es increíble! Hay 2 piscinas una grande y otra más pequeña para los peques que lo saben nadar.🍾En la piscina tienen bar y sirven de todo a un módico precio. Bastante barato la verdad.👤El trato con el personal es inmejorable, no encuentro ninguna pega.

🏨A charming hotel! Ideal to come as a family or as a couple.🛌The rooms are huge and spotless.🏊The pool is amazing! There are 2 pools, one large and one smaller for the little ones who know how to swim.🍾In the pool they have a bar and they serve everything at a reasonable price. Quite cheap really.👤 The treatment with the staff is unbeatable, I can't find any fault.

We are a vegetarian couple with a newborn! The staff was amazing providing vegetarian lunch! The rooms are huge, comfortable, clean and well decorated. The pool is a very beautiful and quite place. The Hotel is fabolous to rest!
