Hospedagem muito boa. Atendentes muito prestativas. Cafe da manhã excelente. Ótima recepção e dicas sobre os passeios. Ru excelente profissional, até preparou lanche para nosso passeio às 4 da manhã para que não saíssemos com fome. Recomendadissimo!

Perfeito! Existe um restaurante e uma farmácia a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas. A equipe é muito gentil e irá explicar cuidadosamente usando a função de tradução. Panquecas no café da manhã estavam deliciosos. Um secador de cabelo, toalha, sabonete, xampu e água livre estão no quarto. O chuveiro quente ea cama eram agradáveis. Um conjunto de chá é definido no corredor por 24 horas. Eu gostaria de ficar lá novamente.

Fica a 15 minutos a pé da Praça das Armas. Condição do quarto é bom. Limpo e largo. Eu cozinhei panquecas no café da manhã e taco moles e tortilla fritas (?) Também são deliciosos. Não é uma classe de hotel, mas é muito perto em comparação com outros albergues e acomodações de baixo custo. A desvantagem é que há muitos hóspedes quando há falta de água devido à falta de água. Todas as equipes foram amigável, portanto, se hospedaram 20 dias e se hospedaram bem sem problemas.

El viernes 19 llegamos a Cuzco con la intención de alojarnos en el hotel Fiesta Inn, que habíamos reservado con más de un mes de antelación, para nuestra sorpresa la empleada que se encontraba en la recepción nos dice que no tenemos habitación, que hay sobre venta, lejos de ayudarnos a encontrar alguna solución llama al dueño, un auténtico energúmeno, que por teléfono le grita que nos mande a la calle, se le escuchaba a distancia, llamó una segunda vez para preguntar si ya nos habíamos ido, ni tan siquiera tuvieron la decencia de prestarnos el teléfono para poder llamar y encontrar otro hotel. El hotel tenia buen aspecto, pero no puedo recomendar un hotel donde tras viajar casi 10.000km te dejan en la calle, tuvimos suerte y nos pudimos alojar en el hotel Chaski, mejor situado, por un precio similar y donde nos trataron perfectamente. En cuanto a Booking, con quien hicimos la reserva, no nos ofrecieron ninguna ayuda, tras denunciar los hechos se pudieron en contacto con el propietario quien alego "actitud incorrecta a la llegada", y eso que en una primera llamada la empleada confesó la sobre venta, pero con eso se dieron por satisfechos, nunca más confiaré en reservar con ellos.On Friday 19 we arrived in Cuzco with the intention of staying at the Fiesta Inn hotel, which we had booked more than a month in advance, to our surprise the employee who was at the reception tells us that we have no room, that there is an over-sale, far from helping us find any solution, call the owner, a real nerd, who on the phone yells to send us to the street, he was heard from a distance, he called a second time to ask if we had already left the hotel, they did not even have the decency of lending us the phone to be able to call and find another hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y la limpieza de las mismas es la correcta. La atención del personal es buena y el desayuno que está incluido es bueno. Estoy satisfecho con todo el servicio brindado. Es un hotel con las 3 b, bueno, bonito y barato.

The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is clean, hot shower, laundry service, an amazing breakfast that you shouldn’t miss, one of our best one. About 10 min walking of historical center.

Owner was extremely angry with us and acted in an immature way after staying there for a week. We are very experienced and polite travelers and have never has such an experience with someone who gets so angry. We are still confused as to why he got angry with us but it seems that he was angry with us because we accidentally broke a piece of glass in his bathroom (which we paid for ) overall customer service is definitely not his style of business .The rooms are new nice and clean. The bathroom is tiny but has a hot shower. However,I would not recommend staying here for the following reasons: Owner is misleading consistently. Owner does not keep through on his word . The owner is extremely rude.

Fredy was a great host, extremely helpful and a nice person. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathrooms were also very clean, and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. Breakfast was great too, coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice, pancakes with fresh fruit. Everything was really top-notch.
