It was so nice for customer engagement manager Dana to left a welcome message for my parents! They are so happy with the stay and enjoyed the high quality care with great views. A big shout out to Dana Kim and all other staff.
The experience was almost mesmerizing from the location, rooms, friendliness of the staff, the shops and the food quality. The single outlier was finding my room completely unsecure when I returned from going out. There were no staff on the floor, no carts, nothing that indicated somebody from the hotel had come by. After calling the front desk they informed me that is was done by there staff. Nothing was missing but I won’t be returning here and if it were not for my flight tomorrow that I can’t reschedule I wouldn’t be spending this night here either.
I went to Grand Kitchen buffet. Its super pricey of course, but there is lobster, lamb chops, and sirloin steak made to order. They have handmade ice cream flavors, sushi, cheesecake, duck, and a lot more. Great for a special occasion or if you are richer than Hallasan soil.
Beautiful brand-new hotel right in the heart of Jeju city. The rooms were large, the amenities excellent, and all of the food was great. Plenty of Korean and western food options available. The indoor pool was also much less rule dominated than other pools in Korea, so a lot more fun for the kids. There are also some decent shops with not awful prices, given their location.
This is the finest stay of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea. The service, from the moment you reach the entrance is outstandingly attentive. The rooms are stunningly appointed and the views add to the ambience. Above all, however, I have to reiterate the first class service we have received at this hotel, unmatched by just about any hotel or resort I’ve experienced globally. We’ll done to Hyatt, and we’ll done to the team at the Grand Hyatt Jeju.
