Muito bom hotel, bem localizado no centro histórico da cidade. Quarto era confortável, café da manhã excelente. A equipe é acolhedora e profissional. Do pessoal do hotel, eu destacaria Faruk e Nargiza. Farouk foi muito gentil e receptivo. Esta é minha primeira e certamente não minha última viagem a Istambul, e a experiência foi incrível, principalmente graças ao Great Fortune Design Hotel

Hospedou-se neste hotel de 20 a 23 de agosto de 2022. Gostei muito do hotel, limpo, arrumado, o pessoal está além do elogio! Quero mencionar Farukh e Nargiza, que estão sempre prontos para ajudar em tudo!!! Bem feito! Limpeza diária, muito bom! O café da manhã é delicioso, basta! Voltaremos com prazer a este hotel!

Staff is too much cooperative and polite, break fast is very nice and deliciouspleasealso add french fries and nuggets in the breakfast menu. The staff Mustafa is the most friendly and cooperative staff of the hotel.

Staff were pressuring guests into submitting positive reviews online which is very concerning. Hotel is 3-star at best, the rooms looked very cheap and were not clean. We felt catfished by the photos. Definitely overpriced.

I had a mixed feeling about this hotel. This hotel was assigned to me as part of my treatment in Istanbul for 3 nights.
Pros:
1) Location near to sightseeing area
2) The receptionist could speak basic English which is good.
3) I accidentally left my card key inside the room. One of the young male staff instantly went up less than a minute to open the door for me.
Cons:
1) Breakfast was basic for a 4 stars so called hotel.
2) Good area but pretty noisy from automobiles and loud conversation from the street in the morning, afternoon, evening.
3) The hotel would charge me €10 if they found blood spilled into the pillow due to my head treatment which is silly btw since they have housekeeping team in place do the cleaning.
4) Rooms are pretty tight that is normal in the most hotels at old city Istanbul except those that are much more expensive ones if you're willing to pay extra.

We just arrived at the airport no transfer to collect us and take us to the hotel even though I sent you the tickets on WhatsApp and spoke with your staff.We are a family with young children, and now have to get a cab! not a good start to our holiday!

Hotel limpo, silencioso e bom atendimento, preço razoável. Próximo as principais atrações turísticas na região, inclusive lojas, dá para fazer tudo caminhando (melhor opção, o trânsito é terrível nas proximidades). Os quartos são muito pequenos, há apenas um elevador, não tem restaurante dentro, mas várias opções proximas. Não é uma área/ruas indicadas para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção (cadeirantes, idosos etc.), aa ruas são ingremes, calçadas muito estreitas e ruas caóticas com o transito, séria difícil a locomoção.

Room was a decent size, clean and tidy. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, tradional Turkish as well as pastries and cereals. Coffee from machine was good, cold drinks undrinkable, cheap cordial or powdered drink that was passed off as orange juice, disgusting!!

A well presented clean hotel. Great location, very pleasant staff and very helpful too. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet area was spacious too. Definately will stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are clean. The service is rubbish at the front desk. They would much rather be left alone and were constantly making us and the rest of our party feel bad for requiring assistance. The breakfast service staff were much friendlier. They were good with the young children and played with them.
They state they have irons. There are 5 irons to share between the whole hotel. So in the mornings there is a waiting list quite long to get one. Please bring your own iron.
Location was the best thing about this hotel. It is 5 minutes walk to the sultan ahmet area.

No recomendamos este hotel en absoluto, salvo por su localización. De 5 noches que estuvimos, sólo tuvimos agua caliente dos días y era de color marrón. Nunca había gel de baño, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, las puertas de las habitaciones siempre las dejaban abiertas las señoras de la limpieza, el desayuno flojo: nada europeo todo local. Para obtener los resultados del test PCR, tuvimos que pedir hablar con el director porque faltaban 9 horas para irnos y no nos los daban. Falta de profesionalidad. Utilizan un gran angular para las fotos de las habitaciones porque son diminutas. No volveremos.

El hotel está bastante bien aunque las habitaciones bastante pequeñas. Lamentablemente me tocó una habitación que daba literalmente sobre la calle, dónde había un "puesto" del mismo hotel que ofrecía el baño turco, por lo que era imposible abrir la ventana o la cortina. El desayuno está bien, aunque no sobresale en relación a los desayunos que ofrecen en Turquía. Esta ubicado a 3 cuadras de una estación de metro lo cual está muy buenos aunque la zona es una zona comercial, por lo que a la noche no es linda. Un punto que mejoraría es la limpieza que hacen del baño. Nunca lo dejaban del todo limpio. Lo que deja mucho que desear es el personal. Muy desatentos y muuuy poco interesados en resolver los problemas o solicitudes que les hagas. Lamentable

Do meu entendimento, o Great Fortune Design Hotel é um hotel recém-construído que é magnífico e tem um visual clássico. From my understand Great Fortune Design Hotel is newly built hotel that is magnificent and has a classic great looks. Everything about it is amazing from design to hospitality and great breakfast buffet.
From having been here for four days I can say they have very very high standard in serving their customers first and great accommodations. Every one including, Navruza, hostess with guest relations fluent with English was able to help me out during my stay.

No se merece 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones no son como las que se muestran en las fotos, aunque es muy caro, las habitaciones son estrechas, como si estuvieras durmiendo en un pasillo y las ventanas estuvieran directamente en la calle, el sonido de los autos en tu oído. No hay vistas atractivas, no hay estacionamiento, y su tiempo se pierde mientras da la vuelta, y el tiempo se pierde en el tráfico todo el tiempo. El desayuno es malo, y cuando pides algo que no está provisto y el personal de recepción no es bueno, no recomiendo quedarte en él. Aunque la mayoría de los hoteles tienen plancha en las habitaciones, no la tienen, cuando pides una plancha esperas mucho tiempo, puede que la recibas o no. Lo único positivo es la limpieza y su proximidad a Hagia Sophia a una distancia de 600 my Sultan Ahmed a una distancia aproximada de 700 my se puede caminar hasta ella si se pierde en el tráfico. Solo usan un ascensor y está muy concurrido.

Não merece 5 estrelas. Os quartos não são como mostram as fotos.Embora seja muito caro, os quartos são apertados, como se você estivesse dormindo em um corredor e as janelas estivessem diretamente para a rua, o som dos carros nos seus ouvidos. Não há vistas atraentes, não há estacionamento e seu tempo é perdido enquanto você está dando meia-volta, e o tempo é perdido no trânsito. O café da manhã é ruim, e quando você pede algo que não é fornecido e o pessoal da recepção não é bom, eu não recomendo ficar nele. Embora a maioria dos hotéis tenha um ferro nos quartos, eles não têm. Quando você pede um ferro, você espera muito tempo, pode ou não recebê-lo. O único ponto positivo é a limpeza e sua proximidade com a Hagia Sophia, a 600m, e o Sultão Ahmed, a cerca de 700m. Você pode ir a pé até lá se se perder no trânsito. Eles só usam um elevador e é muito lotado.

Um maravilhoso hotel no centro histórico com uma localização conveniente. A poucos minutos existe uma paragem de eléctrico. O atendimento é ótimo. Tudo é limpo, arrumado, bonito e de bom gosto. O café da manhã é monótono, mas tudo é delicioso.

El hotel es un tres estrellas, no un cuatro estrellas. El barrio es bastante cutre, pero cerca de todoal menos ... la verdad espera algo más. El staff en general muy amable eso si. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas aunque el mobiliario es nuevo y moderno. Le pondría un 6,5 sobre 10.No esta mal pero no volvería a alojarme en el.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel is brand new and moder. Location of hotel is litrally walking distance to many attractions, including blue mosque, restaurants etc.
Rooms aren't big but they are really perfect since you would definitely spend your time outside the hotel. Breakfast is included and there is variety of selections.
I would like to thank the whole staff specially the smiling bellman.

A beautiful hotel with western standards and a othman twist , excellent staff!! very helpful and willing to please. Great location you will never need to take a cab, 10min walk max to main sites. really enjoy my 3 night stay, they even have a spa on site wich I recommend. the VIP package was amazing 👏

I came here for a hair transplant surgery and I am so glad I stayed here. It was also my first time in the country. So many good restaurants across from the hotel easy access to the metro. A lot of the famous mosques and locations are close by as well. I want to give special thanks to Navruza for making this trip special. She does her best to help every guests and is so sweet. If you want easy access to restaurants, grand bazaar, shops and monuments like the Blue Mosque then this is the perfect hotel. Good price and the housekeeping staff cleans the room every morning. The breakfast is not bad and the staff is the reason to come back. I really want to thank Navruza! I hope she gets a promotion because she makes all the guests happy
