Hotel was new and very clean! Shea at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!!! My mother and I are both disabled.He unloaded our car and took all our stuff to the room and then he came back and pushed my mother in her wheelchair to the room. Can’t thank him enough! Will definitely be staying here again any time we come to Houston! Hotel era novo e muito limpo! Shea na recepção foi absolutamente maravilhoso!!! Minha mãe e eu somos deficientes. Ele descarregou nosso carro e levou todas as nossas coisas para o quarto e depois voltou e empurrou minha mãe em sua cadeira de rodas para o quarto. Não posso agradecê-lo o suficiente! Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente sempre que viermos a Houston!

Absolutely pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff, courteous and welcoming. The room was super neat and clean. Overall beautiful it had many restaurants , banks, stores and mini shopping centers nearby as well. Absolutamente satisfeito com este hotel. Funcionários simpáticos, educados e receptivos. O quarto estava super arrumado e limpo. No geral bonito, tinha muitos restaurantes, bancos, lojas e mini shopping centers nas proximidades.

I am staying here to get a good night's sleep and these people are having a wedding in the hotel. This hotel charges good money yet with all the noise coming from the wedding I can't get no sleep. I called the front desk and they hung up the phone. This is terrible service I won't be staying here again. Vou ficar aqui para ter uma boa noite de sono e essas pessoas vão fazer um casamento no hotel. Este hotel cobra um bom dinheiro, mas com todo o barulho vindo do casamento, não consigo dormir. Liguei para a recepção e desligaram o telefone. Este é o serviço terrível que eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

Nice and new hotel, good size rooms, however very near a highway. The first time I was assigned a room it was quiet, but the air conditioner wasn't working (87f). Moved to a second room, but the air conditioner was disassembled and it wasn't working too. They assigned me a 3rd room near the highway, and the traffic noise was too high. I arrived on Monday, and left on Saturday; didn't get one good nights sleep. Even though I told them the room was too loud, I wasn't offered another room. In addition, the air conditioner seemed to be connected to some sensorthat turned off the air at night. Every night, on top of the noise from the highway, I would wake up sweating from the heat. As soon as I moved, the air would turn on. Not satisfied at all, even though this is one of the nicest Hampton Inns. If staying, I would recommend asking for a room as far away from the highway as possible. Bonito y nuevo hotel, habitaciones de buen tamaño, sin embargo, muy cerca de una autopista. La primera vez que me asignaron una habitación estaba tranquila, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (87f). A primeira vez que me foi atribuído um quarto era silencioso, mas o ar condicionado não estava funcionando (87f). Mudou-se para um segundo quarto, mas o ar condicionado estava desmontado e não estava funcionando também. Eles me designaram um terceiro quarto perto da rodovia, e o barulho do tráfego era muito alto. Cheguei na segunda-feira e saí no sábado; não teve uma boa noite de sono. Embora eu tenha dito a eles que o quarto era muito barulhento, não me ofereceram outro quarto. Além disso, o ar condicionado parecia estar conectado a algum sensor que desligava o ar à noite. Todas as noites, além do barulho da estrada, eu acordava suando de calor. Assim que eu me movia, o ar ligava. Não satisfeito, embora este seja um dos mais bonitos Hampton Inns.
