friendly staff and services. The bedding sheet was not clean and dry, and may have some micro insects and caused me and my 2 year old son bad skin irritations. My son scratched his whole body for a whole night and left so many terrible scars on his body.

Location. Walking distance to Alamo Dome Untrustworthy staff. Left my Kindle tablet on the bed, out of sight under bed covers, and staff did not turn it in. Took 2 phone calls and 3 days to get a return phone call from GM to tell me the tablet had not been reported.

the big room, good breakfast, polite and responsible staff the design of bathroom's ground is not reasonable, water may flow to the corridor. But it is fine if you are very careful when you take a shower.

The staff went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. Able to park the car without a fee & the shuttle took you to the river walk just 5 mins away. The breakfast was great. Overall a very nice experience. Definitely would stay there again.
