Lugar perfeito! Visitei a sauna com minha família e gostei muito! Limpo e confortável. A única observação é que a água da piscina pode ser um pouco mais quente e jogar fora os anéis infláveis que deixam o ar passar.

Perfect place! Visited the sauna with my family and enjoyed it immensely! Clean and comfortable. The only remark is that the water in the pool can be made a little warmer and throw out the inflatable rings that allow air to pass through.

Muito feliz com o hotel. Tudo é limpo, arrumado, quente, silencioso. Gostaria de referir que a água da casa de banho é boa, não tem cheiro específico e não tem cheiro a lixívia. Bom pequeno-almoço. Eles cozinham deliciosamente em um restaurante 👍

More like a three star EU hotel. Nice decor, clean rooom, friendly staff and good food. The water was cold one night and rooms very hot. Great location. Good price.

I stayed in a single room in ArNuvo hotel, on business, for 5 days in May 2018. It's a real "home from home" in a quiet location right in the middle of Karaganda City. Great, good-humored and helpful English-speaking staff. Hotel amenities and food are very good and there are also some excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops within 10-15 minutes' walking distance. If you fancy a pleasant, flat 1-hour stroll, you can't do better than heading up Bulvar Mira onto Nurkena Abdirova and completing the circuit back to the hotel along Bukhar Zhyrau.
