Horrible quality for a Hyatt.Room wan NOT clean.Place is not kept up.Good location for people who want to shop or bar hop.But they even charge you to park.More than the parking lot across the street.We left early and went to a different hotel.Very disappointed.

Sem serviço de quarto para todos os 4 dias que estávamos lá depois de solicitá-lo. Cobrar $ 15,00 por dia para estacionar onde originalmente me disse que era grátis. O GM nunca retornou as ligações e seu V / M estava cheio. A taxa de fim de semana passou de US $ 159,00 para US $ 399,99 e o hotel estava meio cheio. Não admira. Pequeno-almoço era bom !. Não vai voltar

No room service for all 4 days we were there after requesting it. Charge $ 15.00 a day to park where originally told me it was free. The GM never returned calls and her V/M was full. The weekend rate went to $ 399.99 from $ 159.00 and hotel was half full. No wonder. Breakfast was good!. Won't return

Que hotel não precisa de um Karen! Quando voltei de uma visita aos Stockyards, parei no bar do hotel. Estava muito ocupado e Karen era a única que trabalhava e atendia às necessidades de todos. Ela era tão doce e pessoal e estava fazendo um trabalho fabuloso, concluindo tudo em tempo hábil! Ela é incrível no que faz! A desvantagem da minha visita foi pagar US $ 30 pelo estacionamento!

What hotel doesn't need a Karen! When I came back in from visiting the Stockyards I stopped by the hotel bar. It was very busy and Karen was the only one working and tending to everyones needs. She was so sweet and personable and was doing a fabulous job getting everything done in a timely manner! She is amazing at what she does! Down side to my visit was paying $30 for parking!

Muito bom hotel de 3 estrelas. Definitivamente vale para esse título. Quarto tinha um cheiro estranho de mofo, mas estava limpo. A unidade de CA era boa e não fazia muito barulho. O que há em levar o café embora antes das 10 da manhã?!?!?! O café da manhã era bastante médio, mas bom.

Pretty good 3 star hotel. It definitely holds up to that title. Room had a weird musty smell but was clean. AC unit was good and didn't make too much noise. What's up with taking the coffee away before 10 AM?!?!?! Breakfast was pretty average but good.

ZERO STARS Horrible! We travel quite a bit, and this was the worst night we have ever spent in a hotel. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful place. They put us in room 219. DON'T GET THIS ROOM! We visited the local stores and restaurants till just before bedtime. That's when we realized the noise. There is a very loud generator running nonstop under the room! We got zero sleep! We notified two ladies at guest service. Very little was done. You would think that for about $250 a night, you would have a decent night's sleep.

Vim passar alguns dias com minhas duas netas. Amei o local. Tão conveniente para fazer compras. Mas teve vários problemas. A TV e o banheiro não estavam funcionando e demorou cerca de 18 horas para consertar. A piscina ficou fechada por dois dias para “reparos”. Não há serviço de quarto no dia 2 ou no dia 3. $ 15 / dia extra para estacionamento. Não tenho certeza se vamos voltar.

Came for a few days with my two granddaughters. Loved the location. So convenient for shopping. But had several issues. TV and toilet weren’t working and took about 18 hours to repair. Swimming pool was closed for two days “repair”. No room service on day 2 or day 3. $15/day extra for parking. Not sure we’ll come back.
