When you’re looking for the most exciting dining and entertainment in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, you’ll find yourself at Texas Live!, the recreation hub nestled among the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, and the Esports Stadium & Expo Center. Last minute stay and was great choice to stay here! Stayed in a very nice room clean and smelled clean when I first walked in. Valet super fast everyday was greeted promptly. A/C is currently sitting at 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Stayed in room 634 had amazing views and wish for my next stay I could contact and learn more of even bigger rooms. Room was 800sq ft looking into staying 1400sq ft plus next time but online reservations my phone acts up. Who can I contact to help me out on this definitely want to stay here again.

We never made it from the lobby to the room. The reason? We weren't informed of the $41 per day valet fee until after my credit card was handed back to me at the front desk. The front desk staff politely canceled the reservation and we went elsewhere. However they did not reverse the room charge. I called and was transferred several times. 2 of those times, the call mysteriously disconnected. I was finally connected with the billing office (closed on the weekend). I selected the option to leave a message but was informed by the automated system that the "mailbox is full". There must be a lot of disgruntled customers with similar complaints. For a business that needs to make a good impression right now ( no ballgames, no conventions, no business) they're failing miserably. EDIT: After several repeated calls to the hotel, I was finally able to reach the manager. As expected, he was magically able to reverse the charge without having to go through the billing office. The refund did take 5 business days, but it was finally applied.

Phenomenal! We had a fabulous time, super clean rooms, luxury feeling, didn't have to leave the hotel for food and drinks, made me feel like a superstar even through a pandemic 5 stars to all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very nice design, location and friendly/courteous staff. Nice pool and view of the Cowboy's stadium. Unfortunately too many issues to make me want to stay again. Shower did not drain properly and backed up. Toilet would not flush while shower was running. Air conditioner did not cool room. Slept without sheets to prevent sweating. Ice machine on floor was leaking and broke. Only valet parking ($38/d +tax), although very friendly, slow at peak times...20 minute wait. Items from pool bar were charged to our room...but were removed after calling customer service. Loud noises at night, at 3am (sounded like a lawn crew using leaf blowers). We had unidentified stains on our comforter. The hotel is less than 1 year old, very nice look and design and very friendly/engaging staff, but it had too many issues for a new property that distracted from our comfort and overall experience.

Even though this is a really nice hotel, I am giving it 3 stars for these reasons: 1. We were informed that parking was valet only but were not informed until after we booked the room that valet cost $34 per night. If you are only going to allow valet then it should be complimentary. 2. As soon as we checked into our room the toilet in our bathroom kept constantly running. I jiggled the handle hoping that would help and even closed the bathroom door but I could still hear it all night long. 3. The walls are definitely not soundproof. Someone either directly above us or on the same floor kept allowing their door to slam every couple of minutes. It was after 9 pm when it started and occurred until I messaged the front desk and asked for them to put a stop to it. It finally stopped around 11 pm (thank you Corey!) Along with the door slamming, it sounded like the people above us kept dropping marbles on the floor. 4. The shower floor would pool with water and not drain very well. 5. The coffee in the room is the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. 6. The bartender/waiter acted like he hated his job and did not seem very happy to help us. So if you are not a light sleeper and enjoy disgusting coffee and forking over lots of money for a hotel that had no more amenities than the Holiday Inn down the road, then you should enjoy this hotel to the fullest. If anything you are paying for the view, which for us was a beautiful high rise view of the AT&T stadium, and the location (walking distance to both Globe Life Field stadiums.) Other perks to mention is the extremely comfortable king size bed and the friendly hotel staff at the front counter.
