Ótima localização, a poucos passos do metrô Paseig de Gracia e da parada de referência. Tivemos problemas para fazer o check-in, pois a garota que estava de plantão provou ser pouco profissional e eu diria que foi muito rude. A nossa chegada era prevista para depois da 1h (voo da ryanair) mas devido a vários atrasos chegámos ao hotel às 02h45. Apesar da troca de e-mail que ocorreu horas antes com o hotel para informá-los sobre a hora de chegada, assim que chegamos em frente ao One Shot Aragò tivemos que esperar vários minutos até que alguém atendesse o telefone e abrisse a porta da frente para nós. A moça de cima desceu com um ar extremamente irritada e antipática... ao telefone - alguns minutos antes - ela havia me respondido que não poderia abrir pois nossa reserva havia sido arquivada como "no-show". O hotel não tem café da manhã, mas os quartos são muito agradáveis, bem mobiliados, atenção ao design e preços médios para Barcelona. Do meu ponto de vista, deveria melhorar o quadro de funcionários, que é formado por meninos e meninas que de forma alguma parecem incapazes de fazer o seu trabalho. Desorganização e às vezes até incompetência não fazem deste lugar uma atração de hospedagem adequada. Pena.

We loved everything about this hotel with 2 exceptions. The staff was practically non existent and not helpful at all. They seemed bored. On the other hand, the cleaning staff did a great job! Like the other reviewers said it's a great location but a little pricey. Nós amamos tudo sobre este hotel com 2 exceções. A equipe foi praticamente inexistente e não é útil. Eles pareciam entediados. Por outro lado, a equipe de limpeza fez um ótimo trabalho! Como os outros usuários disseram que é uma ótima localização, mas um pouco caro.

Nice hotel in a very central neighbourhood. The rooms are super nice and I got told that even those pointing to the street are all right in terms of noise. My room even had a small covered balcony where I could work or even do some sporty exercises 💪🤩 All in all a good experience - restaurants and cafes are around the corner - good to know as no breakfast is provided Nice hotel em um bairro muito central. Excellent stay for a couples weekend trip! Very friendly staff who greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival and provided us with all of the information we needed for our room and stay. The room itself was great - large king bed with a spacious bathroom and shower and all of the amenities we could ask for. The aesthetic and vibe of the room was super modern and cozy. Loved the way the artwork was centered around the smart TV and could hardly tell that it was a TV to begin with (thought it was a mirror at first because it was so reflective)! Would highly recommend this cute boutique hotel to anyone. Excelente estadia para uma viagem de fim de semana para casais! Uma equipe muito simpática que nos recebeu com uma recepção calorosa à chegada e nos forneceu todas as informações que precisávamos para o nosso quarto e estadia. O quarto em si era ótimo - grande cama king size com banheiro e chuveiro espaçosos e todas as comodidades que poderíamos pedir. A estética e vibração do quarto era super moderna e aconchegante. Adorei a forma como a obra de arte foi centrada em torno da TV inteligente e dificilmente poderia dizer que era uma TV para começar (pensei que era um espelho no início porque era muito reflexivo)! Recomendo este encantador hotel boutique a ninguém.

I loved this hotel. The location is great , in a chic area, right next to the metro station that also has a train to the airport. I loved the decor, it was very modern. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff is also very friendly. It was a little overpriced though. I guess that is just Barcelona. Eu amei este hotel. A localização é ótima, numa zona chique, mesmo ao lado da estação de metro que também tem comboio para o aeroporto. Adorei a decoração, ficou bem moderna. O quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo. A equipe também é muito simpática. Foi um pouco caro embora. Acho que é apenas Barcelona.

Viagem de prazer em junho de 2022. No geral, a estrutura não é ruim considerando que o hotel se estende do primeiro andar para cima. Funcionários hostis Os dispensadores de sabonete ficaram vazios por três dias e quando isso foi mencionado quase incomodou ... Nós definitivamente nunca voltaremos. Se possível, os hotéis devem ser evitados. Má relação qualidade/preço.

Pésima atención, reservamos por booking una noche antes para llegar y tener donde descansar en nuestra estadía de 3 días. Cuando llegamos al lugar la recepcionista de muy mala manera nos comunica que no encuentra la reserva, estuvimos 40 minutos esperando que ellos solucionen el problema ya que se les había traspapelado la reserva. No nos querían dar la habitación por no haber avisado que llegábamos más tarde. Mala predisposición, encima cuando nos otorgan la habitación las camas no tenían edrenor, llamamos para que nos traigan y de pésima manera nos respondien que en ese momento no podían subirlos, que bajemos a buscarlos nosotros.Luego nos enteramos que la recepcionista era nueva y todo el inconveniente fue porque no sabía utilizar el sistema.Insólito!!!! No lo recomiendo.

Fantastic room with the most comfortable bed. Excellent facilities and smooth check in. Perfectly positioned for getting around town and has some great places to eat nearby. Friendly staff and everything you need is to hand. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Barcelona.

Nice interior, great location BUT while showering the water was coming out and the floor stayed always wet. I also slipped once. We contacted the reception and they tried to fix it but unfortunately it didn’t work. The bathroom also didn’t have a fan(?) which made the bathroom really hot.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos elegantes com grande atenção aos detalhes, localização muito central e o mais importante: a higiene em todos os quartos é impecável e do mais alto padrão. O hotel abriu há apenas 3 meses e esperamos que o serviço continue. Altamente recomendado!

Just want to make people aware that they need to be careful with this hotel. We mistakenly booked an ‘early bid’ room via Booking.com and the free cancellation is actually 1 month before, which leads to misunderstandings as it is often 1 day before. Which is fine, our mistake. But one day after the free cancellation finished - 29 days before our booking - we tried to change dates as we have a medical urgency that forces us to go home. Nothing to do and very apathetic treatment from the hotel staff and manager. Just sad to make money this way.

We visited while is still pretty new. The building architecture is pretty nice and matches the rest of the buildings. The standard room was really nice - with a high ceiling, vast, nice logia, bathroom was light. The room was cleaned every day by staff, the stairs and common spaces were also cleaned and shiny. The reception staff was always smiling and greeting you when you pass through. Open to any questions. The location is good - there is a subway nearby which makes it easy to come and go to the airport or any part of the city. A lot of attractions, places to visit and interesting restaurants, coffee, and bars to visit around. The gothic quarter is also near on walking distance for everybody who is willing to take a 20 min walk. The price ranges are good taking into consideration of locations, stars, quality of service and building condition. Visitamos enquanto ainda é bastante novo. A arquitetura do edifício é bastante agradável e combina com o resto dos edifícios. O quarto standard era muito bom - com um teto alto, vasto, logia agradável, banheiro era leve. O quarto era limpo todos os dias pela equipe, as escadas e espaços comuns também eram limpos e brilhantes. A equipe da recepção estava sempre sorrindo e cumprimentando você quando você passava. Aberto a qualquer dúvida. A localização é boa - há um metrô nas proximidades, o que facilita a ida e volta ao aeroporto ou a qualquer parte da cidade. Muitas atrações, lugares para visitar e restaurantes interessantes, cafés e bares para visitar. O bairro gótico também está próximo a uma curta distância para todos que estão dispostos a fazer uma caminhada de 20 minutos. As faixas de preço são boas levando em consideração a localização, as estrelas, a qualidade do serviço e as condições do prédio.

Hotel nuevisimo. Estuve una sola noche en semana Santa por el mismo valor de lo que salía un hostel de 10 camas. Víctor y Laura me atendieron de maravilla y tuvieron la cordialidad de hacer un upgrade de habitación. Nada que decir, todo genial.
