Clean room and good breakfast with simple Italian fare available in the evenings. No tea or coffee facilities in room but available in bar. Modern hotel which is out of town but easy transport to Venice and airport. Adjacent to main road but soundproofing was good. Staff helpful.

A GRAMA QUE EU QUERO CRESCE NO HOTEL POPPI Chegou "por acaso", você vai lembrar "não por acaso". Fomos recebidos de forma super acolhedora e calorosa por toda a equipe da família POPPI, desde Adriano, esposas, irmãs, até o Cavaliere. Quando um problema físico grave (não covid) aconteceu na noite de sábado, todos imediatamente e constantemente se prestaram à resolução completa. Quarto arrumado e limpo. Restaurante com pratos sempre apresentados "cheffati", atendimento perfeito. Recepção (Nicola e Simone, bom!!!) sempre precisa, organizada e pronta para responder qualquer dúvida. This was without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
The bathroom vents pumped out some horrendous perfume-smell and the entire hotel smelled like someone spilled cleaning product all over. The first of two nights, my wife and I (and other guests we talked to) got headaches and sore throats that we first thought were from sleeping in the stale chemical-filled air. Though the second day was when we realized the awful cleaning smell was coming only from the bathroom vent so we left the bathroom door closed all night and woke up to the room smelling very dusty and dirty. So the air sanitizer smell maybe does not even do anything but mask the smell of dust.
Our room was laughably small. One of our very few bags had to be on the floor behind the door to the room because there was so little space. There was basically a bed and barely enough room to walk around the bed.
There was an electric kettle in the room with some teas and coffees provided which is nice. Except the kettle was dirty and yellowed (original white plastic).
Could not plug anything into 3 different outlets in the room because they were lose and I could not get a plug to go in without the outlet going back into the wall.
The bathroom layout was absurd. The size was fine, but the toilet faced a wall of the shower, with extremely little leg room for sitting on the toilet/ room to get up and down without leaning into the wall. The shower itself was also very small and could be bigger with a smarter overall layout. While showering, I repeatedly accidentally hit the handle to turn the water off because there was so little room.
The provided food (which no one expects to be five star at a hotel), was awful. Rock hard bread. Bad coffee. Soggy cake. Every person I saw eat here left food on their plate. While eating dinner, a staff member came over and took my wife's half-full plate from in front of her without asking if she was done.
There were no signs of a dress code in the dining area, but I watched a staff member look at the feet of someone wearing sandals and then give them a dirty look. And then he did the same thing to me.
The outside, the lobby, the hallways, the general first impressions of the hotel looked quite nice, which I guess they are banking on being enough to make up for everything else being abysmal.
This hotel needs a change in ownership, a change in management, a change in staff, a remodeling, and a change in cleaning and operating policy.

Ficamos com Daydreams 3 noites e 4 dias. O atendimento é excelente, funcionários simpáticos, pacientes e acolhedores que estão bem disponíveis para qualquer eventualidade. A localização é linda, graciosa, limpa em todos os ambientes. O quarto é confortável, agradável, silencioso, limpo e arrumado. O hotel está em uma localização bastante conveniente, apesar da distância de Veneza, pois é possível viajar de carro, ônibus ou serviço de vaporetto. A comida é definitivamente de qualidade com variedade de pratos todos os dias. Garçons sempre atentos a cada detalhe.Queremos agradecer por nos fazer sentir melhor do que em casa por Luca e Francesco

Nos alojamos en Daydreams 3 noches y 4 días. El servicio es excelente, personal amable, paciente y acogedor que está bien disponible para cualquier eventualidad. La ubicación es hermosa, elegante, limpia en todos los ambientes. La habitación es cómoda, bonita, tranquila, limpia y ordenada. El hotel está en una ubicación bastante conveniente a pesar de la distancia de Venecia porque es posible viajar en automóvil, autobús o servicio de vaporetto. La comida es definitivamente de calidad con variedad de platos todos los días. Los meseros siempre atentos a cada detalle.Queremos agradecerte por hacernos sentir mejor que en casa por Luca y Francesco

Visita feita durante 3 noites com bons devaneios. Acolhido por Simone muito gentil e prestativo e depois também Nicola todos os 2 sempre prontos para dar qualquer esclarecimento e conselho. Excelente jantar com um menu que varia todas as noites, com opção de peixe e carne, excelente buffet de pequeno-almoço. Os garçons são sempre gentis e prestativos. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Conexões com Veneza de ônibus em cerca de 30 minutos diretamente na piazzale Roma.

Ficamos neste hotel através de um voucher de devaneios. Nós realmente gostamos. A comida é ótima, a equipe é ótima! útil, profissional e agradável. É também um excelente ponto de partida para visitar Veneza. O nosso quarto era um pouco datado, precisa ser atualizado, mas ainda é muito grande, limpo e com um banheiro grande e moderno. Estacionamento conveniente. Nós definitivamente voltaremos!

Nos alojamos en este hotel a través de un vale de ensueño. Realmente lo disfrutamos. La comida es genial, el personal es genial! servicial, profesional y agradable. También es un excelente punto de partida para visitar Venecia. Nuestra habitación era un poco anticuada, necesita una reforma, pero aún así es muy grande, limpia y con un baño grande y moderno. Estacionamiento conveniente. ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta!

Sair para jantar neste período é uma experiência de aventura que o restaurante Poppi soube transformar num momento de acolhimento caloroso e de grande profissionalismo. Aqui o distanciamento com as mesas redondas é garantido e o staff tem-se mostrado atento ao protocolo anti-covid com a máscara sempre bem usada. O ambiente e os funcionários são muito limpos e elegantes, até a sala de jantar é em estilo veneziano completo. O peixe fresco e a apresentação muito sedutora dos pratos. Eu sugiro e vamos voltar. Salir a cenar en este período es una experiencia aventurera que el restaurante Poppi ha sabido transformar en un momento de cálida acogida y gran profesionalidad. Aquí la distancia con las mesas redondas está garantizada y el personal se ha mostrado atento al protocolo anti-covid con la mascarilla siempre bien puesta. Outstanding! I spent 4 nights with my girlfriend in this beautiful and cozy hotel, the room was really comfortable and well sorted, housekeeping always polite and caring, we were really impressed from the guests service to the main dining room, since the beginning Poppi’s family and staff gave us advices to seek the best option near by Venice and Chioggia, amazing! The food.. absolutely spotless! High standard service follow by an amazing maitre that match any single course you pick, from risotto to fresh fish and the Dessert, speechless!
