Grande sala. Uma cama para se sentir bem, equipamento moderno, roupa de cama à sua escolha. Pessoal muito limpo e amigável, a recepção no 6º andar demorou um pouco para se acostumar, mas o hotel não fazia nada. Você não pode bater o preço. Eu viria aqui novamente e novamente.

Nota máxima também por causa da equipe simpática. O pessoal foi sempre trabalhador e muito simpático, o que confere ao hotel muita qualidade. Os quartos são agradáveis e espaçosos e tudo o que você precisa está lá.As únicas falhas são os colchões duros e parcialmente caídos e o chuveiro que muda a cada 5 segundos de -20 a 60 graus e infelizmente torna o banho IMPOSSÍVEL. Até um cavalheiro no elevador me perguntou se seria igual no meu quarto.

Sobresaliente también por el agradable personal. El personal siempre fue muy trabajador y muy amable, lo que le da mucha calidad al hotel. Las habitaciones son bonitas y espaciosas y todo lo que necesita está allí.Los únicos defectos son los colchones duros y parcialmente hundidos y la ducha, que cambia cada 5 segundos de -20 a 60 grados y, lamentablemente, hace que la ducha sea IMPOSIBLE. Incluso un caballero en el ascensor me preguntó si sería lo mismo en mi habitación.

Stayed here quite a few times. Clean, and quiet. However, like other reviewers have pointed out, the place is either very hot, or cold. Please fix your central AC. Thanks! Otherwise, tip top.

Un hotel muy, muy bonito y limpio. Nos sentimos tan cómodos en nuestra habitación. Las camas eran cómodas y el baño estaba muy limpio, aunque un poco pequeño. Pero ese es también el caso de otros hoteles. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y aparcar en el aparcamiento subterráneo tampoco tuvo problemas. Solo puedo recomendar este hotel a todo el mundo. La relación precio-rendimiento fue muy buena.

Un Premier Inn especial con una gran vista de los Alpes y el Allianz Arena en el hermoso distrito Schwabing de Múnich. El personal es extremadamente amable y las habitaciones con sus cómodas camas Hypnos son un sueño absoluto. ¡Me encantaría volver aquí!

Um Premier Inn especial com uma excelente vista dos Alpes e da Allianz Arena no belo bairro de Schwabing em Munique. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e os quartos com camas Hypnos confortáveis são um sonho absoluto. Eu adoraria voltar aqui!

Just below average i guess. Breakfast doesnt feature anything fancy. Sausages are dry, as is the scrambled eggs. Bread rolls just okay. Coffee a bit worse than usual. Rooms are hot and heating cant be tuned down - i left the window open all night (5C outside temperature). When I arrived they gave me a room which didnt even have windows to open! I could change though for some defect in the room... but, imagine not being able to open a window in a heat like that (air quality was poor). Receptionist was barely able to speak German, English was ok though. Street outside is super loud.On the positive side, you can sit well to work and rooms are not smallish.I had better hotels at same rates (same time of the year) in the city center. So, no need to go here, from my perspective.

A very good hotel. Almost brand new. Very clean. Excellent service. Warm flooring and rooms. Excellent staff. Very cheap compared to other hotels in the city. Bus stop is Infront of its front door.Connections to city centre, and to the important landmarks is very easy. Aldi supermarket is in the same building underneath.Best hotel with the best price and you feel like staying at a five star hotel.

This hotel was just open a few months. It's very neat and quiet inside. Close to the tram, bus and a supermarket. The service was really good and all the employees are really nice. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with a bargain price. Comfortable bed. It is newly built. Next to a super market and a bakery. Although it is a bit far from the city Center. However the tram station next to the hotel runs very frequently. And it take about 20 to 30 mins to the town centre. And also operating till late. Very friendly staff.

As always, my stay with Premier Inn was generally superb 😁👍👍👍 There was one negative aspect though (see below). Really glad they are opening hotels across Germany so I enjoyed a little nice trip to Munich (4 nights). Although I’m German, I’ve been using Premier Inn in the UK for many years. My Munich Schwabing room was really nice, featuring a balcony and some blinds. Soundproofing was excellent. There are some aspects I really love about their hotels in Germany. They should introduce these features in the UK as well!

Unfortunately, there is one major flaw with the Schwabing hotel which is quite unusual for Premier Inn. It‘s REALLY hot in the rooms. The bathroom feels like a sauna. I had some butter and chocolate in the room which both melted during the night. I did manage to sleep quite well but I felt rather uncomfortable. Enquired about the room temperature after the first night but only noticed a slight drop in temperature. I tried everything from opening windows, switching on the AC unit (19C) and setting the underfloor heating to the lowest possible level.
I am very familiar with Premier Inn and this is a serious problem management should really try solving.

Great hotel. Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, great service and excellent breakfast. Public transport nearby, usually less than 25 minutes to the city centre. Will definitely come back!

Very comfortable stay. The entire Inn itself, is very modern and cosy. The breakfast was fantastic! Lot of different options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is very good connectivity to the center. I definitely recommend staying here. :)
