O Hotel em si é sensacional! Um verdadeiro paraiso, com uma estrutura maravilhosa, piscina espetacular. Comida e bebidas ótimas, com grande variedade e fartura. Porém o atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar, com algumas exceções a grande maioria tem um tratamento ríspido, principalmente se você não dá a gorjeta. Os americanos são sempre bem tratados (grande maioria do hotel) por conta das tips. Presenciamos uma discussão muito feia entre um casal e uma criança, inclusive com barulhos de luta corporal, gritos e etc. Ligamos 3x para a recepção e nada foi feito. Somente informaram que iriam enviar um segurança que nunca compareceu ao local. (Não vimos sequer um segurança no hotel durante os sete dias que ficamos lá) Vale a visita, mas não esperem um atendimento caloroso, por diversas vezes ficamos constrangidos com o tratamento, acho que eles esquecem que nós somos clientes.
Girls trip! Staff: Superb! Super friendly and accommodating. Accommodations:Horrible! The beds are hard like cardboard, our room only got cleaned one day out of the four days we were there. There were roaches in our room and bathroom! Disgusting Food: sub par to say the least, not many options and not many options for vegans. Resort: Beautiful atmosphere and ambiance. Entertainment for adults: Average Entertainment for kids: ok
El personal del hotel excelente, y el servicio en general excelente. Cosas por mejorar... la piscina del bar de adultos se llena demasiado, al punto de sentir fastidio estar allí. La otra piscina al lado del bufet del almuerzo, es un poco mejor, pero la temperatura es extremadamente caliente, parece mas un jacuzzi que una piscina. las otras piscinas son VIP y no hay la posibilidad de entrar. En resumen, la cantidad de huéspedes, exceden la capacidad de las piscinas.
Me tomo mi tiempo para escribir este review y ojala otras personas puedan tomar su tiempo en leerlo para que sepan nuestra experiencia. Nosotros viajamos a punta cana todos los años y Siempre viajamos a otra cadena de hoteles pero este año decidimos tratar el Riu palace bavaro y tengo que decir que supero nuestras expectativas. Estamos encantados con este hotel y los trabajadores. Tengo que decir que para que alguien se lleve una buena experiencia el 90% depende del servicio y los trabajadores de este hotel son excepcionales. Son unas personas super trabajadoras siempre estan muy atentos a tus necesidades y son unas personas muy alegres, puedo mencionar a algunos que estamos muy agradecidos por su atención tan fenomenal , “Baez” el camarero del bar nocturno, “lucy” la camarera tambien del bar nocturno, y “peluche” el de entretenimiento, “maicol” de entretenimiento, “Robin” de el restaurante francés, “estefany” camarera “carolina” camarera y “yalkis” camarera tambien y la verdad me faltan muchos pero gracias a todos los trabajadores nos sentimos tan bien durante nuestra estancia, son muy atentos y sin interés ninguno ellos a todo momento fueron extremadamente buenos. Todos los restaurantes tienen comida muy buena y como mencioné anteriormente en cada uno de los restaurantes el servicio fue de primera clase. Los shows nocturnos son verdaderamente buenos y todas las noches daban lo mejor en cada show. Definitivamente le recomedamos este hotel a cualquiera que venga de vacaciones a DR. Un super plus es su bar que sirven alcohol las 24 hrs lo cual en muchos hoteles lo dejan de servir a las 2 am. Estaremos recomendando este hotel a todos nuestros trabajadores de nuestro negocio y a sus familias. Muy felices com esta experiencia y el año que viene estaremos devuelta con toda la familia.
Es un muy lindo hotel con buena comida y buenas habitaciones. Hay 3 cosas q hacen q no sea muy bueno. La gente es explotada, hablamos con ellos y trabajan 14 días x 3 de descanso y trabajan todo el día, eso hace q no sean eficientes. No hay capacitación del personal, algunos fantásticos y otros directamente maltratan. El sistema de no reservas para la cena hace que tengas q salir temprano y corriendo de la playa para entrar al restorán q elijas, es x orden de llegada. He ido a hoteles donde la reserva se hace en la mañana y quedas tranquilo todo el día. Ir de vacaciones, tener q abandonar la playa en lo mejor y estar con horarios no está bueno.
Grupo de seis pessoas,praia linda sem dúvida,comida boa,quarto sempre arrumado. Este Hotel tem muitos empregados mal educados ,como por exemplo o pessoal do entretenimento. Tirarem os chapéusde sol ,tirarem toahas e responderem que o sitio é deles, onde nada esta escrito.. Falta de respeito pelos clientes. Venha lá essas desculpas, que é mais facil que tomar atitude.
Had a really great time here. Food was amazing, the beach shaded by palm trees was super. The service was great as well. The only thing I could debate against is the general state of the rooms: sheets could have been a bit cleaner/newer (some had some yellow shade, nothing too gross though), the furniture was not in a great shape either. Overall 4.5/5 The experience was closer to 5/5, but I am leaving 4/5 just so they know they have some things to work on.
I was nervous at first after reading some reviews but this hotel is absolutely amazing. It definitely isn't the most new/modern, but the staff and the pool and beach area make up for it. Staff is absolutely amazing - (Victor at pool bar, Jhonny in the lobby, and Mr. Black at entertainment to name a few!) They made our stay incredible. Rooms are a good size but you will most likely not be in there very long! The resort is on the smaller side so don't worry about being too far from anything - it's all a 5 minute walk or less. Shows at night are great and we saw a different one each night of the week we were there! Food at the buffet is the best. Steakhouse dinner is the better restaurant in my opinion. I will absolutely be back. Staff will treat you like family. They made our vacation!
Mi experiencia fue positiva,el hotel cumple con las expectativas que esperábamos, todo de buena calidad y variedad en lo gastronómico y en cuanto alos tragos bien preparados. Lo único malo o negativo es la playa mucho sargazo ,esa alga que se está apoderando del caribe y no es caliente el agua como otros lugares que he conocido. Saona es un lugar maravilloso,pensé que sería así, pero no.
This hotel is awesome. Everyone was so nice and caring, the room was spacious (the TV was not good in our room) it had a great bar (never seen one like that in a hotel room) we don't drink so did not take advantage of it. For people that go in their own vehicle, the parking lot is quite small.

Prácticamente todo muy bien, la atención de todo su personal es excelente. Si algo tendría que decir es que las almohadas son pequeñas y no muy cómodas, el cable no se ve con HD, y mi niño de 13 años se aburrió un poco ya que no hay mucha actividad como para esa edad. Los platos principales de los restaurantes temáticos son muy pequeños pero muy ricos. Las instalaciones son muy buenas. El lugar es muy recomendable.
La estadía fue maravillosa, todos muy amables y serviciales. Es un lugar donde se puede disfrutar en pareja o familia.Lo que puedo recomendar es no comprar en los locales que se encuentran en el hotel, ya que sale muy caro, mejor salir a comprar si desean recuerditos.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was average, but the grounds and beach were absolutely amazing. I wasn't always overly impressed with the food, but was always able to find something I liked. I think we definitely got a good value for our money.
The room was very tired and possibly dangerous. The housing came off two light switches during my stay. I left the casings on the table and they were still there after 6 days. The mosquito slide constantly comes free of its runners. Fixtures and fittings are off centre. There is a constant smell of damp. It needs repainting. All these jobs could be done in a couple of hours. I emailed the hotel and thankfully we were moved to the adult only/VIPpart of the hotel for which we were very thankful.The food is excellent as are the staff, a big shout to Emilio from La Fiesta. I'd strongly recommend the upgrade as the main pool is very busy and somewhat zoo like whereas the VIP pools are wonderfully spacious. The gym is OK but some machines are only partially working. The beach is stunning. The adult only area is great with plenty of space giving a very laid back and peaceful atmosphere.My four star rating is based on the upgraded room/facilities otherwise it would be three stars at best.All in all the food and drink quality is excellent but go for the upgrade.

Mala experiencia, el servicio muy regular, los meseros les da pereza atender a las personas, la piscina y el bar cerrado desde las 6pm. No hay toallas en la piscina, en la habitación encontré 8 cucarachas 🪳, no me quisieron cambiar de habitación. Regrese al Riu por que hace 3 años estuve y me pareció muy bueno. Pero no vuelvo, demasiado malo el servicio. 👎🏼
We had such a great time here, the staff were all nice and happy and always willing to help. Food was good, the whole resort was very well cleaned and kept up. Very family friendly, beautiful beach to hang on, multiple pools to choose from, good restaurants and buffets. Fun shows and dancing every night, street of cute little shops, coffee bar, good liquor and drink choices. One day I will def go back, definitely recommend.
Stayed for a week from Feb-March with 3 other people and we absolutely loved it! The beach was beautiful, water was so nice, and there was so many nice palm trees for shade. The workers were all nice, although the problem was that the majority of them did not understand/speak English. This made it sometimes really hard to communicate. The food at the buffet and at restaurants was amazing - minus the Italian. The night shows were all nice/fun. I heard some people complaining that they were low budget but we fully enjoyed them anyways. There were beach/pool activities every day -loved this! I give it a 4 star only because when we asked to change our bedsheets in the middle of the week, they came back damp & dirty. This really turned me off but they quickly changed them. Overall, I highly recommend!!!
Nice beach ⛱️ very good for a hotel beach, well done to the gardeners for all the work with the green spaces and 🌴 🥥. Hotel was nice, good value for money. I guess if u want top quality and room with beach front you LL pay a bit more and book Palace VIP adults option. Food was nice, breakfast 🥞 delicious options. Rooms were cleaned every day. The entertainment part was a bit loud 📢🔊 sometimes until midnight, but is just my personal taste for holidays style.
Great hotel. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Big range of food choices. Lively pool and grounds which were all well maintained. Fridge and mini bar in room remained stocked up. Good level of cleanliness.
Hoje 27/03/19, estou no saguão esperando o translado para o aeroporto. Ficamos neste hotel 7 dias, e não tenho do q reclamar. TODOS foram super atenciosos e educados, sempre prestativos, atendimento de primeira. Comida e bebida farta, quarto limpo, shows e entretenimentos todos os dias mt bons. Praia mt linda. Em relação aos outros hoteis da Rede informo q não vale a pena se hospedarem, como tinha acesso a todos os outros (exceção macao), a variedade de comida bem menor q o do Riu Bavaro, além de piscinas menores e povo (hóspedes) sem educação, avançavam na comida como se fosse a última refeição da vida. Em conversa com outros hóspedes q já foram 4, 5 X para Punta Cana, a rede RIU é a melhor. Como os animadores dizem "ANIMACION EXCELENTEEEE". Comentários sobre os passeios, não fizemos nenhum, pois estava tão bom no Hotel q decidimos ficar por aqui, mas amigos q fizeram o passeio da ilha sanoa, disseram q saíram as 7 hs da manhã e voltaram as 19 hs. Devido às paradas para pegar outros hóspedes do demais hotéis e translado com catamarã perde mt tempo. A ilha realmente é mt linda, só que como fica lá somente 3 hs, não vale a pena, pois teriam aproveitado mt mais se tivessem ficado noHotel. Se fizer o passeio com o pessoal da república dominicana aí q passa raiva mesmo. O passeio privativo CVC é mais tranquilo e com guia BRASILEIRO.
My incredible experience in DR was greatly due to Riu Palace and what it offers. Besides, my absolute no 1 animator who keeps anyone entertained in any language (honestly, you name it!!) is Bella! My face hurt from laughing and smiling thanks to this girl and the way she was able to bring all the guests together for all the activities. Thanks!

WIFI kept dropping, No hot water for 4 days, toilet would not flush at times, phone did not work, humidity in the room was wet, air conditioner was not good, sink had warm water which was good.Did was good.... Would I return here...NEVER.

I personally didn't like the resort. I did not like the room concept. There is no real privacy from the bathroom to the room. The customer service was not the best. The employees were rude with the expectation of the one restaurant near kulinarium. The employees in that restaurant had great customer service. The food was horrible.Pros - the pool - access to the beachCons - the room concept and the smell of the room (smelled like mildew) - room service choices are horrible - the bed and the pillows felt hard and uncomfortable - food was gross - lack of customer service - lack of consistent hot water
Restaurant food was awful. Buffet was decent. 90% of the staff did not wear their masks properly. They would have them on their face but only covering their chins. Room needed some work but otherwise was nice. I've been to a few Riu's and unfortunately this one was the worst.

Fuera del episodio de ahogamiento de una persona sin respuesta por parte del hotel, dice haber bar 24 horas pero vas a las 3am ya no había cerveza ni limon. Del hotel solo resaltó la amabilidad de la gran mayoría de empleados. En especial el animador ayayayay
We have visited this resort twice In 4 months. Both times it was a wonderful experience. Very clean. Staff is very attentive. Food is great. My new favorite spot in Punta Cana. Definitely following covid protocol. Everyone always checking on your needs. Rooms are huge and housekeepers maintain above expectation. Pools are clean. Grounds are maintained as well. Make you feel at home. Can't say enough about the staff, overall wonderful people. Especially STEPHANIE at the buffet, you'll know who she is with the red flower in her hair, and CHRISTIAN at the adults only pool, awesome bartender,De LA Cruz at the main pool by the buffet, and Julio at the Buffet. THANK YOU to all the staff and Amstar for making our vacations run smooth and relaxing. Money well spent. If you want to feel at a 5 star hotel...Go to this one.
Por tudo para um hotel de 5 estrelas mais parece um motel reles à beira da estrada.
Vim de férias com o meu marido e os filhos, um com 19 e outro de 14. O quarto que eu e o meu marido ficámos estava em péssimo estado, conforme fotos que junto. A falta de limpeza era assustador. No dia seguinte, após a reclamação,sugeriram que mudássemos de hotel, para o Palace Punta Cana, preferimos que nos trocássem o quarto apenas para pudermos ficar no mesmo hotel. O que fizeram, colocaram- me a mim e ao meu marido na área vip, num quarto melhor, mas os miúdos tiveram de permanecer no mesmo quarto pois os outros, segundo nos disseram, são apenas para adultos, o que viemos a saber depois foi que também haviam nesse espaço jovens adolescentes. Ou seja enganaram nos. Nessa zona existem 2 piscinas também para os hóspedes vip, seja lá isso o que eles considerem que seja, e quiseram impedir que os nossos filhos estivessem connosco, por um ter 14 anos, no entanto os americanos podem ter os deles nessas mesmas piscinas. Sempre que os nossos iam à piscina abordaram nos de forma rude e desrespeitosa, para que abandonássem o local, com outros jovens presentes e a quem nada era dito. Ou seja, clientes americanos podem tudo, os outros nada!! No quinto dia entrou um homem/funcionário pelo meu quarto, sem bater na porta, quando estava com o meu marido a fazer amor. Assustador!! Fomos à recepção para pedir o livro de reclamações, pediram que falássemos primeiro com o diretor, que iria chegar às 19h. Não só ninguém nos disse mais nada, como nem nos contataram para falar ou fazer um pedido de desculpas pelo sucedido. No dia seguinte, estávamos na piscina da área vip com os nossos filhos, quando fomos abordados por um senhor para nos dizer que os rapazes não podi ali estar. Surpresa, o senhor não se identificou, e quando o questionei sobre a sua função, me disse ser o director!! Sem nenhuma identificação e recusou se a ir buscar a identificação para nos confirmar que era quem dizia ser. Ou seja, um pedido de desculpas não houve pelo sucedido, mas a perseguição aos miúdos não faltou. E apenas estavam deitados junto de nós, nem na piscina estavam!! De uma falta de respeito enorme, diz se chamar Roberto Mille, e diz ser o diretor deste hotel. Não sei, não consegui até agora confirmar essa informação. O Resort está repleto de locais, nada contra, mas que impedem o nosso sossego, descanso e bem estar. À noite reunem se a ouvir música alta, a gritar, a dançar, e nós queremos dormir e é impossível. Deixam pratos de comida e copos espalhados por todo o lado. E ninguém lhes diz nada!! Um horror!! A piscina principal é toda deles, sem respeito pelos outros hóspedes. Não aconselho a ninguém este resort, mal administrado e com péssima organização e limpeza. As férias viraram um pesadelo!! PÉSSIMO!!
Fabulous experience! The beach is beautiful! The rooms were spacious and the entire property is very clean! The staff was attentive and super friendly! The pools were refreshing! Note-the swim up bar had kids in it...and while there was a bar, there were no bartenders (there were on the walk up side...but servers come right to the pool, too). The Riu app is great, however, it wasn't updated daily with activities/entertainment, however there was info near the lobby with info. Definitely was an overall wonderful hotel!

Our initial room had some minor issues and the staff immediately fixed the problem. Other than that, the service was stellar, food absolutely amazing, and the most beautiful beach. Super good cappuccinos as well 🤗 Can't wait to return! ✌️
Ótimo hotel. Excelentes instalações. Quartos confortáveis. Piscinas bem dispostas. Praia com acesso incrível e toda estrutura. Restaurantes com boa comida e variedade. Possuem restaurantes temáticos também. Única coisa que me chamou atenção foi a falta de educação de alguns colaboradores. Não são todos, mas é perceptível em uma boa parte o mau humor. Ironia. Riem da sua cara. Não explicam regras. Ou melhor. Este é um grande problema. Não possuem regras claras nos restaurantes e piscinas. Não respeitam horário. Dizem não precisar de reserva nos restaurantes, porém fazem reservas a quem chega mais cedo. E depois fica sem lugar nos restaurantes. É muito complicado. Algumas meninas que trabalham não sorriem. Estão sempre mal humoradas. Não sei se é normal para eles. Mas fiquei sem graça várias vezes. Parece que estão sendo obrigados a trabalhar. Penso que atendimento num hotel como este de alto nível deveria ser a prioridade. Fica minha dica. De resto é um paraíso e recomendo o hotel.
Wonderful and fun place. They have a good amount of activities to keep you at Bay during your stay. The rooms are spotless-clean and you can get an excellent view of the sun setting by taking a 3-minute walk to the beach. And the visitors are always so nice to meet and greet.
Falta de segurança, venda direta de cocaína no hotel. Quartos comunicantes sem estarem com as portas trancadas. A piscina VIP constantemente a ser invadida, porque o hotel só tem 1 piscina. APP não funciona.
Excelente atención, buena comida y sobre todo mantienen la limpieza y aseo. Control del uso de mascarillas y desinfección de todas las áreas.

Un lugar perfecto para vacacional en familia, el área de toboganes infantiles es perfecto para la diversión de los pequeños sin preocupaciones de accidentes y así mismo de entretanido el parque de toboganes, la comida fabulosa sólo que el entretenimiento nocturno estuvo algo flojo pero en tiempos de pandemia no se puede esperar mucho.

A very well appointed resort, all inclusive. the pool is nice , the food is great and the beach could not be better . I recommend the riu palace.stay away from the Riu naiboa. Let the bartenders that I will tip them and you will get a better drink.
Fui con mi familia el fin de semana pasado, a mi en lo particular el hotel en general me pareció excelente. Y a mis acompañantes también, con excepción de que algunos de ellos se quejaron por los dispensadores de bebidas los cuales no los colocan supuestamente por el asunto de la pandemia, lo cual es algo ilógico ya que las botellas están selladas y uno usaría un vaso desechable. Por lo demás todo excelente. El buffet es exquisito y muy variado. Quería quedarme 😍😍😍 sin duda probaría otro de la misma cadena.Cual me recomiendan???

El hotel es bueno. El servicio también. Solo que por el tema de la pandemia en los restaurantes a la hora del desayuno y el almuerzo al ser 1 solo buffet abierto se notaba mucho la cantidad de personas que había en el hotel.El parque de agua muy nice . El restaurante steak no pude ir porque solo lo abrieron el domingo y a la hora de haberlo abierto ya estaba lleno.

It's luxurious and food is well presented (with a great taste) Ill just say that the covid thingy messed up night life and you can't really do much at night cause the disco is closed and people are not really allowed to make big gatherings. Went to Punta Cana for the first time. Trip was for 4 days. Had a very bad experience. Food was horrible every meal. I have been to RIU in other countries and never had this bad experience. Food quality was really bad and we thought it may have just us who thought this way but we started communicating with other guests and we found they agreed. After few conversations with other guest, one of them told us the reason their food quality was down was because they were bringing their local people into resorts for vacations. Since due to COVID local members were unable to travel out they had them coming into resorts for a very reasonable and cheap price per night with 4-5 guests. That is why the resort cut good quality drinks and food. As a regular RIU customer we never were denied of good branded alcohol but here in Punta Cana, all they had was medium-low branded drinks. Quality of food was downgraded to keep their budget for the local people. As a first time tourist to Punta Cana, I am not happy with the service received. It is not fair for people who paid full amount of the resort package. If they decided to bring in their Local members they should've at least kept food separate from the ones who paid full price. Thank god we upgraded ourselves to the adult only, VIP area. There so many people and children running around screaming and yelling. If RIU keeps the quality like this than I rather change resorts.
I visited for 5 nights for my first time in DR from the states. I was very impressed with the friendly staff & overall hospitality. I felt very welcome & enjoyed everything from music , food & drinks. Beautiful views of the beach. The entire staff from housekeeping to managers, front desk , and bartenders were so kind. Cristian at breakfast, Anthony at the Front Desk, and Francisco & Gil at the main pool bar were so nice and accommodating. Thank you for making my first time in DR so special & I Will definitely return soon .
Excellent hotel. I had to transfer from another hotel to this one because I didn't feel comfortable with the one that I booked and I have to say it was the best decision. Natanael, the front desk agent who did my check in was exceptional, a gentleman and an excellent costumer service oriented agent. He went above and beyond from the first time and he made sure everything was perfect for us when we get to the room, he even put me in a room facing the beach in a perfect location. He definitely should be promoted to a better position as well as the server Elizabeth who works at the buffet, she was amazing and very attentive. Everyone at this place was courteous and very professional. Service was great. There are about 5 specialty restaurants at the hotel but by the time I visited they were only 1 of them opened per day. The food was really good. There are several pools in the property and the beach is amazingly beautiful and no crowded during this season (September) My room was spotlessly clean and sanitized. They offer a show at nights with music and dancers with is very nice and entertaining. Nothing I can say is enough to describe how nice this place is. Don't look further. This is one is a perfect all inclusive hotel for the whole family. Easy access to the Riu Waterpark. The regular price for weekdays is $79/ person and on weekends is a bit more expensive.Definitely worth every single penny. Loved this place..
Our stay at this resort hasn’t been welcoming in so many ways its even hard to explain. First, at the door they couldn’t find our reservation, so they had us wait for 3hrs before getting a room. The rooms are not what they look like in pictures on the web site, also they are trying to charge me for my kids when all the kids stay free. Just because it wasn’t added to my reservation by the booking agency which, they have tried numerous time to contact the hotel, to try to add them to the reservation and the hotel is not allowing them to do so. They are just interested in charging for kids which are free once again! It seems like all the locals are the only ones in the resort , I’m guessing this is why the staff (all employees) treat every one like the annoying next door neighbors, all the employees want to talk back with attitudes and disrespect. Totally unacceptable, will not be coming back or would definitely not allow anyone to come stay here if I could . The rooms look like motel rooms definitely not family friendly at all !
I have no complaints, the people that serve are as usual, cordial, kind and ready to serve us. The Dominican Republic is one of my favorite nations to visit, because of the reasons I mentioned.
Very good hotel, right on the beach, amazing food, good service and big rooms. Highly recommend buffet by the main pool.Cold beer in cans,a lot of cocktails.Beach is gorgeous with a lot of palms. Kids friendly with huge water park waking distance from the hotel!Recommend it!
I was here for 3 days/2 nights and the experience was amazing !! Went with a couple of friends to enjoy vacationing even during the pandemic. All the staff, from the lobby to cafes/restaurants to the pools and all, were extremely kind and helpful, making sure we had a satisfying stay. I was definitely able to relax and even create new friendships !! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel ! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience !!🤗
Me and my wife were there the last week, and due to COVID 19 they were not able to decorate our room due to some restrictions, and they automatically offered us an upgraded suite room with an Ocean view. The room was amazing, super clean, AC on point, bed was awesome. Also, the staff was super friendly and respectful, always making sure you feel like you are at home and maintaining social distancing. We were there in this crisis and it didn’t feel like it, all great. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the pool closing time, until 6 pm? At least make it until 7 and would be great. Other than that, everything was great, the food was awesome (specially the Japanese Restaurant) also the aqua park was great. Check in and out really fast. Fully recommended. We will be there again, and again.

A cerveja do bar nas piscinas poderia ser mais gelada. Não tem garçom na praia, não servem petiscos durante o dia. Deixa a desejar por causa disso. Os restaurantes são excelentes, os funcionários simpáticos e eficientes.

Hotel excepcional, único que tem acesso a todos os demais do complexo (exceto Riu Macao, que é para maior de 18 anos e exclusivo para hóspedes). Muitos restaurantes, temáticos a lá cart e buffet liver, bar molhado, drinks, quartos grandes e bonitos, atrações e All inclusive 24h. RECOMENDO MUITO
