Estamos chegando agora para uns dias em Cusco-PE. Gostamos muito do receptivo na nossa chegada quando saímos do saguão do aeroporto, vimos o Marcos logo de frente a porta. Ele é quem faz o traslado e auxilia os turistas do hotel na escolha doa passeios e outras coisas mais. Conversamos com o Victor e gostamos muito dele também. Ele nos recebeu com bastante carinho e atenção ao que falavamos mesmo sem saber falar bem nosso idioma.

Hotel limpo e aconchegante, o dono Sr. Vitor é ótimo, nos recebia na portaria, conversava, tirava foto, servia café da manhã, arrumava lanche pra levarmos no passeio, voltaria só por ele! Ótima experiência!

Excelente lugar. Viajo 2 veces al añoa Cuscopor trabajo y otras vecespor turismoy la atenciónes de calidadlas habitacioneslimpias y ampliasel desayuno andinoes muyrico. Y la atenciónes por el mismopropietario. Sin duda un lugar al que da gustóvolver.

Es un hotel familiar. La atención es excelente, muy cordial y cálida. Son muy serviciales. No es un hotel lujoso. Está bien para dormir, las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones limpias. El desayuno es casero y es rico. No hay ascensor. Está como a 5 minutos del centro en taxi.

The room is neat and clean; the facilities are new; the hot water pressure is good. The manager Liz and her family and the staff are really doing a good job: they are very helpful and responsible by giving you full attention and providing service more than you expected. Would recommend it!

The owner of this hotel is really kind and caring. When I return to Cusco I will be considering to stay at this hotel again. There is hot water and they leave the room really clean (like super clean. I’m someone who hates any bug or anything dirty, and there was absolutely nothing dirty here, they really take care of their rooms). The only thing you have to prepare for is the cold temperatures since there are no heaters. Their blankets are clean and warm. I just want to say thank you so much to the owner for making us feel at home and for taking the extra step in making sure our large family had the best experience in Cusco. I’m always going to remember the kindness I received here. Gracias :)

Absolutely loved our 2 nights here. The owner Victor, makes you feel so welcome and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had to leave one morning at 3am and one of the staff made us a delicious warm cheese sandwich with juice and fruit for our journey! Comfy room, great breakfast and a lovely hot shower. Definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service. Not all the amenities I’m used to, but the staff went above and beyond for us. Let us check in at 730 am because of our early arrival, sorted taxis for us and even negotiated rates for us. Highly recommended.

Family ran business. Opened early 2018. Rooms are clean but do not have a heater, that may be a problem for some folks. Apparently, you can get one from the reception if you ask nicely. The stuff speaks very little (none to be exact) English. The breakfast is nice, but their sandwiches are a bit oversalted. Overall, nice price/quality budget option!

Best Hotel in Cusco run by a very lovely family and great staff. They are so welcoming and helpful That its hard to leave. The Hotel is new and very very nice and clean.The area of the Hotel is very quiet and perfect after the busy center.
