Eu amei o quarto !! Muito espaçoso e aconchegante para um quarto standard com cama king-size e bela vista da área da galeria / post oak. As mesas e o sofá são um bônus adicional! A única desvantagem é a falta de comodidades do hotel, mas acho que, como está localizado dentro de um shopping center, eles não sentem a necessidade de acrescentar muito. No geral, eu estarei de volta!

I looved the room!! Very spacious and cozy for a standard king room and nice view of the galleria/post oak area. The tables and the couch are added bonus! The only down sides is the hotel lack of amenities, but I guess since it is located inside a mall they do not feel the need to add much. Overall, I will be back!

Duas camas king size é incrível e inédito. Outros hotéis ao redor ofereciam um rei ou duas rainhas. Esqueci minha escova de dente e tinha uma apenas trinta minutos depois de solicitar uma no aplicativo. Gostaria que eles tivessem a chave do celular no aplicativo, mas não foi horrível usar a chave física. Restaurantes e lojas estão tão perto. Estacionei o carro e pude andar na maioria dos lugares. Limpo e atualizado.

Hotel bom, limpo e decente. Ótima localização. A grande vantagem é que você pode ir ao shopping diretamente do hotel. Menos é que eles cobram mais por wi-fi

Minha família e eu ficamos aqui por duas noites na semana passada. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia até o último dia após o check-out para descobrir que alguém tinha arrombado meu carro. Estacionei em uma vaga reservada para o hotel. Voltei para relatar o incidente e a recepção decide que não querem se responsabilizar pelos hóspedes que estacionam em suas vagas. Disseram que ligariam assim que "investigassem" e ainda não recebi nenhum tipo de ligação ou pedido de desculpas. Eu entendo que esse incidente não é tecnicamente culpa deles, mas é preocupante que eles literalmente não tenham feito nada a respeito desde que eu estacionei em sua vaga reservada. Espero que o hotel decida adicionar câmeras nas áreas de estacionamento (aliás, meu carro estava estacionado perto da entrada) para que ninguém mais tenha que passar pelo que eu passei. Definitivamente não vou recomendar este hotel a nenhum dos meus amigos e família.

Two King sized beds is amazing and unheard of. Other hotels around offered either one King or two queens. I forgot my toothbrush and had one only thirty minutes after requesting one on the app. I wish they had the mobile key on the app but it wasn’t horrible using the physical key. Restaurants and shopping is so close. I parked the car and was able to walk most places. Clean and updated.

My family and I stayed here for two nights last week. We enjoyed our stay until the last day after we checked out to find out someone had broken into my car. I parked at a reserved spot for the hotel. I went back up to report the incident and front desk decides they want no part in taking responsibility for their guests who park in their spots. They told me they would call once they "investigated" and I still haven't received any sort of call or apology. I understand this incident is technically not their fault but it is upsetting that they literally did not do anything about it since I parked in their reserved spot. I hope the hotel decides to add camera in parking areas (btw my car was parked near to entrance) so no one else has to go through what I went through. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.

The hotel was very nicely located right next to the Galleria mall. You can access the mall in the hotel's 3rd floor. The room was clean and the view of the city was great. Too bad the a tall building nearby blocked the sunset view. You can still see the pool, mall, William's tower as well as downtown Houston. The 2 king beds were clean, nice and comfy. The bathroom is updated too and looks first class. What impressed me is their shower. In all high class hotels that we've stayed, I never enjoyed showering as much as this. You feel like bathing under the rain. Haha simple happiness like this comes once in a while. Might as well get this kind of shower head for my home. Anyways we enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet unlike other hotels where you can hear background noises. Btw you need to sign up to their Bonvoy membership to get free wifi otherwise you'll be charged $13.95 per day. We will definitely comeback.
