O hotel fica muito bem localizado em Barcelona. Ficamos em um quarto bem espaçoso, segundo o funcionário, o melhor do hotel. Se não me engano era número 15. Os atendentes são bem solícitos e eles servem um pequeno lanche com chá, café e alguns doces que é bem legal. A parte negativa fica pela total falta de estrutura do hotel, quem não tem nem água para vender.

We’ve arrived around 10pm to make the checkin (by ourselves since there’s no reception) and we couldn’t get in because our code didn’t work. After ten minutes in the street the problem was solved and it wasn’t a problem from our side, since the code was the same.The hotel kept sending us mails and messages asking us about the checkout.The hotel is good, but overall, not a good experience for those who don’t feel comfortable with technology and English/Spanish. Chegamos por volta das 22h para fazer o checkin (sozinhos já que não tem recepção) e não conseguimos entrar porque nosso código não funcionou. Depois de dez minutos na rua o problema estava resolvido e não era um problema nosso, pois o código era o mesmo.O hotel continuou nos enviando e-mails e mensagens perguntando sobre o check-out.O hotel é bom, mas no geral, não é uma boa experiência para quem não se sente confortável com tecnologia e inglês/espanhol.

Excelente localização, perto do centro, com muito boa relação qualidade/preço. Quartos grandes, limpeza, boas instalações. Sem recepção, mas com fácil acesso por código e chave. De fato, a janela dá para um pátio interno e uma parede, mas isso não me incomodou. Uma vantagem é a TV com acesso a Netflix e YouTube. Eu recomendaria que o código de acesso no prédio fosse válido mesmo antes do horário de check-in, para que você possa pelo menos deixar sua bagagem. Um inconveniente seria que o banheiro é separado da máquina de lavar, a banheira é inútil, sendo também um chuveiro, mas não há porta para a máquina de lavar, o que é um pouco desconfortável. Eu pedi um cobertor extra e eles foram muito rápidos. Eu ficaria feliz em recomendar e definitivamente voltaria.

BEWARE: Head injury in the shower! The shower design here is extremely outdated and poor. The floor of the shower is very slippery, and there is an awkward slope in the middle. I suffered a head injury/concussion and have bruises all over my body because of a bad fall due to the showers. I submitted feedback but never ever heard back. Avoid at all costs

Quarto King Deluxe para 3 pessoas, propriedade bem conservada, proprietário simpático e prestável. Limpo.Excelente relação qualidade/preço, localização central.Sem recepção, pode aceder à estrutura digitando no teclado um código fornecido antes da chegada.Excelente!

We looked for this hotel to get away from another one. The Vasanta has no reception, but this was not a problem for us. We had to leave our bags earlier than the check-in time and were given directions to another sonder that had reception and where we could leave our bags. The staff that received us was very attentive and available to help us with any difficulties in checking in. From then on everything went wonderfully well, the room was the ideal size and clean. we loved the bed, super comfortable and spacious. The only suggestion would be to change the bathroom door handle, but this is if I am very picky. Procuramos este hotel para fugir de outro. O Vasanta não tem recepção, mas isso não foi um problema para nós. Tivemos que deixar nossas malas mais cedo do que o horário de check-in e recebemos instruções para outra sonda que tinha recepção e onde poderíamos deixar nossas malas. A equipe que nos recebeu foi muito atenciosa e disponível para nos ajudar em qualquer dificuldade no check-in. A partir daí tudo correu maravilhosamente bem, o quarto tinha o tamanho ideal e estava limpo. adoramos a cama, super confortável e espaçosa. A única sugestão seria mudar a maçaneta da porta do banheiro, mas isso é se eu sou muito exigente.

Amazing location in the center of the city. Very kind and helpful staff. They kept out baggage for two days at no cost. We reached all main city destinations from this location easily. Highly recommended for family room.

The room was fine. There is no reception which is also fine until you need help. Customer support is friendly but communication trough the app isn’t as smooth. Same for booking system, not a fan of that.

Muy mala atención telefónica, esta mañana a las 11h llamo para reservar una habitación me dice la señora que me va a pasar el precio por WhatsApp, que será 99 euros la noche como en booking, a las 19h sin contestación escribo ye ofrece una habitación a 150 euros la noche. Llamo y me contesta un señor muy borde con un montón de excusas para justificar que ahora la habitación está a 150 euros y que no puede hacer nada. Engañosos, sin ningún interés por sus clientes, ya no soy.

Estancia espectacular en el centro de Barcelona. Hicimos la reserva a través de su página web y es necesario saber y recalcar que se trata de un hotel sin recepcionista y que va informatizado, lo que supone que debes hacer el check in online rellenando foto DNI y foto selfie. Una vez completado te darán los números de acceso al hotel y a la llave de la habitación.Es un hotel que cuida todos los detalles, muy limpio, tranquilo, precioso y céntrico. Tuve problemas con el check in y me lo solucionaron sin problema por teléfono que consta de 24h y muy amables en todo momento. Me encantó la estancia y si vuelvo a Barcelona seguramente vuelva a hospedarme en el hotel.Recomendado!

Sonder is very good at Photoshop. Terrible customer service. They don’t step into customer’s shoes and they don’t even care. If you want the worst travel experience, stay with Sonder. You will enjoy musty and toilet odors from your bed the entire stay.

La bañera de hidromasaje no funciona y no hay personal de atención en el hotel. No te dan opción de late check out y la cama doble son dos camas individuales juntas, por lo que se separan los colchones dejando un espacio incómodo. Estaba bastante limpio todo y te dejan agua y té/café de cortesía. La habitación tenía secador y en la ducha encuentras jabón, acondionador y gel (si quieres para hacer espuma o jabón para el jacuzzi tendrás que llevarlo porque están fijos en la pared) también tiene una nevera pequeña aunque no enfría demasiado. No hay desayuno.

Llegamos huyendo de otro hospedaje terrible y nos dimos con la grata sorpresa en Sonder, la atención muy amable del personal y con tanta disposición a ayudarnos, la ubicación del lugar es perfecta muy cerca a Plaza Cataluña, y el lugar es súper agradable, cómodo y limpio. Hasta nos dejaron dulces agua e infusiones incluidos en el servicio. El precio muy accesible. Lo súper recomiendo!!

Estuve hospedada tres noches y todo estuvo muy bien. El precio es excelente teniendo en cuenta la perfecta ubicación del hotel, sus habitaciones, la limpieza y el servicio en general. Su personal es muy amable. Nos ha encantado y con gusto volveríamos!!!

Mi chico y yo estuvimos pasando un finde en Barcelona y reservamos en Sonder Vasanta. La verdad que la habitación era muy cómoda e íntima. No se escuchaba ni un ruido. La cama muy buena, y lo mejor la ducha. A pesar de no tener recepcionista, las chicas de limpieza te podían ayudar si necesitabas algo. Espero que les tengan también ese trabajo en cuenta. Volvería? Sí.

Hotel súper céntrico. Hemos ido andando a todos lados. Limpian la habitación todos los días, la habitación es súper agradable y cómoda. Nos han guardado las maletas el último día gratuitamente para no hacer turismo cargadas. Muy recomendable!
