Pago 15 $ pelo estacionamento. Alguém arrombou o carro e roubou minha bolsa de câmera, jaquetas no valor de 10.000 $. Chegamos ao hotel e estacionamos o carro dentro do hotel. Quando voltamos, encontramos o vidro do nosso carro quebrado e todos os pertences roubados aprox. no valor de US $ 10.000,00,Número do processo policial: 20-11064Viemos aqui para fotografar o fim de semana, o kit inteiro foi roubado e nossa viagem está arruinada. A equipe do hotel é absolutamente robótica, não é amigável e não tem senso de responsabilidade.Procuramos ajuda na recepção e ninguém deu solução satisfatória. Eles imediatamente ofereceram o número do gerente do hotel e mencionaram repetidamente que ele está muito ocupado com a inauguração de outro hotel e pode não ser capaz de oferecer qualquer assistência. Tentamos várias vezes falar com o gerente geral, seu número nos levava constantemente ao correio de voz.Nem mesmo nos foi oferecido um reembolso pela nossa estadia. Apesar de haver repetidos interrupções em incidentes, neste hotel, não há câmeras, não há avisos no local, nem a recepcionista avisou sobre isso. Isto é uma vergonha absoluta .

Paid 15$ for the car parking. Someone broke into the car and stole my camera bag, jackets worth 10,000$. We arrived at the hotel and parked our car inside the hotel premises. When we returned back we found our car glass broken and all belongings stolen approx. worth USD 10,000.00, Police Case number: 20-11064 We came here for weekend photography, the entire kit is stollen and our trip is ruined. Hotel team is absolutely Robotic, not guest friendly and no sense of responsibility. We approached the reception for help and no one provided satisfactory solution. They straight away offered hotel manager number and repeatedly mentioned that he is very busy with other hotel opening and may not be able to offer any assistance. We tried several times to reach to the general manager, his number was constantly took us to voice mail. We were not even offered a refund for our stay. Despite having repeated breaking in incidents, at this hotel, there are no cameras , there are no warnings in place, neither the receptionist warned about this. This is an absolute disgrace .

Eles cobram pelo estacionamento na garagem, mas não fazem nenhum esforço para torná-la remotamente segura. Não tínhamos muito em nosso banco de trás e durante a noite alguém entrou no estacionamento, arrombou nosso carro, abriu nosso porta-malas fechado e o limpou. Levando muitas roupas e equipamentos de acampamento.Não há nem filmagem da câmera da garagem. Vocês deveriam investir mais em segurança, porque ninguém quer ir para um hotel que parece inseguro.

Our car was broken into, they took everything from our trunk we've been living off of, and there was nothing done by the staff. We didn't even hear back about security footage of one of the two garage entrances. If anyone wanted to continue to break into cars, this would be the place to do it, because there is not even enough cameras to tell what cars came in and out of the garage. The manager wasn't in that day to help. Moreover, a STAFF MEMBER had THEIR CAR broken into A FEW WEEKS AGO!! We didn't know that until a staff member told us that to commiserate as we were getting our window fixed in the garage by a mobile glass guy. Wow!! No compensation, no responses, nothing. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Ruined our whole trip for staying here. I'd change my rating if we heard back, but it's still crickets.

They charge for parking in their garage but make no effort to even make it remotely secure. We didn’t have much in our back seat and over night someone came in deep into the parking garage, broke into our car, opened our closed trunk and cleared it out. Taking a lot of our clothes and camping gear. There isn’t even camera footage of the garage. You folks should invest more in security because nobody wants to go to a hotel that feels unsafe.

Room was okay. The smallpool is on the third floor. There was a shower and bathroom stocked with towels up there as well. Parking is not included. It's $15 a night per car. The view from the 7th floor is beautiful at sunset!!

Esta é uma jóia de um hotel próximo à beira-mar de des moines, muito moderno e espaçoso quarto com vista! Eu gostaria que tivesse uma banheira de imersão em um banho de espuma, mas eu adorei! Mal posso esperar para voltar!

This is a jewel of a hotel close to the des moines waterfront, very modern, spacious room with a view! I wish it had a tub to soak in a bubble bath but I loved it! Cant wait to go back!

We stayed for our honeymoon just 1 night before we headed in another direction. During COVID, there's really nothing wow about the property. Marriott is known for their wow factor, what they can't do they make up on other gestures. We mentioned were going to get married, no complimentary upgrade!!! Just a small congrats. The front desk tried to make it cheerful, but honestly there was nothing else done except for a simple congrats. Our toilet wasn't working nor was there enough bathroom amenities. We ended changing room around 11pm. Not fun when you have luggage and a wedding dress. They did try to be attentive and even took out the parking charge.
