Extremely clean hotel, most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, and attentive staff. Location is on the hustle and bustle but no noise issues. Pool, fire pit with BBQ and a great breakfast. If you stay here check out Mexibachi food truck you will NOT be disappointed!

We just stood there this weekend. And we loved it! Staff was super nice especially the night staff, didn’t get the guys name who works nights but he was so nice and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. Will be staying there again when we go back to Arizona 🤙🏼❤️

Minha família e eu ficamos por 7 noites aqui e ficamos satisfeitos com o tamanho do quarto e muito felizes com o conforto das camas. Os travesseiros eram macios demais para o nosso gosto, e não tínhamos um esfregão para lavar nossos pratos. O atendimento ao cliente foi ok. Lily era a única que era amigável, falante e prestativa com qualquer dúvida que eu tivesse. Café-da-manhã foi muito, muito decepcionante!!!!! Não havia uma boa seleção de itens para escolher. Ao viajar, uma coisa que minha família e eu gostamos é tomar um café da manhã muito bom e, infelizmente, tive que levar minha família para outro lugar para conseguir comida. Isso foi um inconveniente porque meu filho tinha jogos de beisebol super cedo de manhã e eu tinha que acordar mais cedo para lhe dar um bom café da manhã antes de seus jogos.

Eu viajo para AZ com frequência e realmente me cansei de ficar em Blythe e Ehrenberg. Infelizmente, os quartos não são os melhores e eu tentei alguns. O problema é que é um longo trecho entre Blythe e Phoenix, mas desta vez eu estava determinado a ficar em um hotel diferente, um lugar limpo, moderno e confortável. Eu não tinha certeza do que esperar quando reservei um quarto no Home 2. Era parte da cadeia Hilton, o que foi um pouco reconfortante. Valeu a pena o tempo adicional de carro durante a noite. O quarto era espaçoso. A única coisa que notei foram alguns cabelos no chuveiro. O quarto estava bem arrumado. A cama era confortável. O AC foi ótimo não barulhento.

No estaba seguro de qué esperar cuando reservé una habitación en Home 2. Era parte de la cadena Hilton, por lo que fue algo reconfortante. Valió la pena el tiempo de conducción adicional en la noche. La habitación era espaciosa. Lo único que noté fueron algunos pelos en la ducha. La habitación estaba bien arreglada. La cama era cómoda. El aire acondicionado era genial, no ruidoso.

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos aquí por 7 noches y quedamos satisfechos con el tamaño de la habitación y muy contentos con la comodidad de las camas. Las almohadas eran demasiado blandas para nuestro gusto y no teníamos una fregadora para lavar los platos. El servicio de atención al cliente estaba bien. Lily fue la única que fue amigable, habladora y servicial con cualquier pregunta que tuviera. El desayuno fue muy, muy decepcionante!!!!! No había una buena selección de artículos para elegir. Cuando viajamos, una cosa en la que mi familia y yo somos grandes es tomar un buen desayuno y, lamentablemente, tuve que llevar a mi familia a otro lugar para conseguir comida. Eso fue un inconveniente porque mi hijo tenía juegos de béisbol muy temprano en la mañana y tuve que despertarme más temprano para conseguirle un buen desayuno antes de sus juegos.

My family and I stayed for 7 nights here and were satisfied with the size of the room and very happy with the comfort of the beds. The pillows were way too soft for our liking, and we didn't have a scrubber to wash our dishes. Customer service was ok. Lily was the only one that was friendly,talkative, and helpful with any questions I had. Breakfast was very very disappointing!!!!! There wasn't a good selection of items to choose from. When traveling one thing my family and I are big on is having a really good breakfast and unfortunately I had to take my family elsewhere to get food. That was an inconvenience because my son had baseball games super early in the morning and I had to wake up extra earlier to get him a good breakfast before his games.

I travel to AZ frequently and I really got tired of staying in Blythe and Ehrenberg. The rooms there are unfortunately not the best and I've tried a few. The problem is it's a long stretch between Blythe and Phoenix, but this time I was determined to stay at a different hotel, a place that was clean, modern and comfortable. I wasn't sure of what to expect when I reserved a room at Home 2. It was part of the Hilton chain so that was somewhat comforting. It was worth the additional drive time into the night. The room was spacious. The only thing I did notice were a few hairs in the shower. The room was set up nice. The bed was comfortable. The AC was great not noisy.

The room was very nice! Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants and places to purchase souvenirs and gifts. The room was clean, A/C worked great! A great TV, no complaints. They also offer a nice breakfast each morning.

Este hotel parece novo e agradável. A decoração é fresca e atualizada. MAS, o nosso quarto não estava limpo. Havia manchas de líquido vermelho seco na geladeira e não consegui ajustar as prateleiras porque a porta da geladeira não conseguia abrir completamente. Havia cabelos pretos encaracolados nas gavetas do banheiro, e meu marido encontrou um pedaço de fita adesiva transparente coberto de cabelos no ralo do chuveiro. Além disso, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava faltando, deixando um buraco aberto de madeira áspera e inacabada.O serviço no café da manhã foi ainda pior. Eu não consegui encontrar uma colher para o meu creme de trigo - não havia nenhuma perto da chaleira e não havia nenhuma nas prateleiras abaixo - então meu marido foi ao funcionário do hotel, Nathan, para pedir colheres adicionais. Sem sequer olhar para cima, Nathan disse: "Como posso ajudá-la, senhora?" Meu marido perguntou sobre as colheres. Nathan caminhou até outra seção da área do café da manhã onde havia algumas colheres, pegou-as e as enfiou no recipiente ao lado da chaleira sem me oferecer uma e sem dizer uma palavra.Quando chegamos no dia anterior, havia uma jovem na recepção, e era seu primeiro dia de trabalho. Eu sugeriria que a gerência a treinasse e a promovesse porque ela era muito agradável e estava trabalhando duro para aprender seu trabalho e fornecer um ótimo atendimento ao cliente.

Este hotel parece nuevo y agradable. La decoración es fresca y actualizada. PERO, nuestra habitación no estaba limpia. Había manchas secas de líquido rojo en el refrigerador y no podía ajustar los estantes porque la puerta del refrigerador no podía abrirse completamente. Había pelos negros y rizados en los cajones del baño, y mi marido encontró un trozo de cinta transparente cubierto de pelos en el desagüe de la ducha. Además, faltaba la manija de la puerta corrediza del baño, lo que dejaba un agujero abierto en la madera áspera y sin terminar.El servicio en el desayuno fue aún peor. No pude encontrar una cuchara para mi crema de trigo, no había ninguna al lado del hervidor y no había ninguna en los estantes de abajo, así que mi esposo fue al recepcionista del hotel, Nathan, para pedir cucharas adicionales. Sin siquiera mirar hacia arriba, Nathan dijo: "¿Cómo puedo ayudarla, señora?" Mi marido preguntó por las cucharas. Nathan caminó hacia otra sección del área de desayuno donde había algunas cucharas, las agarró y las metió en el recipiente al lado de la tetera sin ofrecerme una y sin decir una palabra.Cuando llegamos el día anterior había una mujer joven en la recepción, y era su primer día en el trabajo. This hotel looks new and nice. The decor is fresh and updated. BUT, our room wasn't clean. There were dried red liquid stains in the refrigerator, and I wasn't able to adjust the shelves because the refrigerator door couldn't open completely. There were curly black hairs in the drawers in the bathroom, and my husband found a piece of clear tape covered in hairs on the drain in the shower. Also, the handle of the pocket door to the bathroom was missing, leaving a gaping hole of rough, unfinished wood.
The service at breakfast was even worse. I couldn't find a spoon for my cream of wheat - there weren't any next to the kettle and there weren't any in the shelves below - so my husband went to the hotel clerk, Nathan, to ask for additional spoons. Without even looking up, Nathan said, "How can I help you Ma'am?" My husband asked about the spoons. Nathan walked over to another section of the breakfast area where there were some spoons, grabbed them, and stuck them in the container next to the kettle without offering one to me and without saying a word.
When we arrived the day before there was a young woman at the front desk, and it was her first day on the job. I would suggest that management train and promote her because she was very pleasant and was working hard to learn her job and provide great customer service.

A partir do momento em que entrei pela porta os indivíduos atrás da mesa: Nathan, Daniel, Patty, Lisa, há outros que atenderam também e não consigo lembrar seus nomes. Todos me receberam de forma gentil, amigável e empática. Se eu tinha alguma dúvida, elas foram respondidas em tempo hábil. Gostei da minha estadia aqui e todos os funcionários que trabalham lá devem ser altamente reconhecidos por seu atendimento ao cliente. Eu recomendo este hotel se você precisar de um lugar para ficar enquanto espera pelo seu apartamento e/ou negócios.

A equipe da recepção é boa, mas a equipe de limpeza é muito inexperiente. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha sobras de pizza e comida para viagem na geladeira. Eles foram legais e nos deram um quarto diferente. O novo quarto era bom, tinha um cheiro estranho de cebola, mas descobri na manhã seguinte que a cafeteira não estava limpa. Provavelmente não ficaremos neste local tão cedo.

O hotel está localizado em uma área muito agradável. Muitas opções de alimentação e compras. Os quartos são muito limpos e muito bem montados. O quarto que eu tinha veio com um forno de microondas, refrigerador convencional, pratos e lava-louças. Cama muito confortável. A única reclamação que tive foi que não havia lojas convenientes por perto. Ao longo de todo este lugar foi uma ótima experiência.

Todos me acogieron de manera amable, amistosa y empática. Si tenía alguna pregunta, me la respondieron de manera oportuna. Disfruté de mi estadía aquí y todos los empleados que trabajan allí deberían ser altamente reconocidos por su servicio al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel si necesita un lugar donde quedarse mientras espera su apartamento y/o negocio.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. Lots of food and shopping options. The rooms are very clean and set up very well. The room I had came with a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishes and a dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. The only complaint I had was there were no convenient stores close by. Over all this place was a great experience.

The desk staff is nice but the cleaning staff is very inexperienced. Our first room had leftover pizza and takeout in the fridge. They were nice and gave us a different room. The new room was OK, it did have an odd onion smell, but I discovered the next morning that the coffee maker wasn't cleaned. We will most likely not stay at this location any time soon.

I relocated to Avondale from New York and chose to stay at this hotel and so happy that I did. From the moment that I walked through the door the individuals behind the desk: Nathan, Daniel, Patty, Lisa, there are others that assisted too and I can not recall their names. All welcomed me in a kind, friendly and empathic manner. If I had any questions they were addressed in timely fashion. I enjoyed my stay here and all of the employees that work there should be highly recognized for their customer service. I am highly recommending this hotel if you need a place to stay while you are waiting for your apartment and/or business.
