I se hospedaram no Microtel antes, mas este não m garantir. Devo dizer que a equipe foi muito agradável e prestativa, mas infelizmente isso não compensa um quarto absolutamente minúsculo. Também a limpeza poderia usar uma atualização sobre o que a limpeza de um quarto implica. As áreas ao longo dos rodapés estavam extremamente empoeiradas. Almofada manchada pelas janelas comer estava bastante fora de lugar. Localização não era ruim, bastante fácil off/na Interstate. Pessoalmente, eu não ficaria aqui novamente.

Me he alojado en Microtel antes, pero este no me aseguró en absoluto. Diré que el personal fue muy agradable y servicial, pero desafortunadamente eso no compensa una habitación absolutamente pequeña. También el servicio de limpieza podría usar un repaso sobre lo que implica limpiar una habitación. Las áreas a lo largo de los zócalos estaban extremadamente polvorientas. El cojín manchado junto a las ventanas era bastante desagradable. La ubicación no estaba mal, era bastante fácil salir y entrar en la interestatal. Personalmente, no me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

I have stayed at Microtel before but this one did not m ensure up at all. I will say the staff was very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately that does not make up for an absolutely tiny room. Also housekeeping could use a refresher on what cleaning a room entails.
Areas along the baseboards were extremely dusty. Stained cushion by the windows eat was fairly off putting. Location was not bad,, fairly easy off/on the interstate. Personally, I would not stay here again.

Meu pai e eu ficamos aqui por 2 noites. É um pequeno hotel bonitinho por dentro e por fora. Como outros já disseram o café da manhã é simples, mas foi bom. Minha única reclamação é que o quarto não era muito limpo e o banheiro tinha uma quantidade razoável de formigas vivas e mortas. As formigas são do tipo pequeno, então não incomodam muito e pareciam estar contidas no banheiro.

Mi padre y yo nos alojamos aquí por 2 noches. Es un lindo hotelito por dentro y por fuera. Como han dicho otros, el desayuno es sencillo pero estaba bien. Mi única queja es que la habitación no estaba muy limpia y el baño tenía una cantidad decente de hormigas vivas y muertas. Las hormigas son del tipo pequeño, por lo que no molestan mucho y parecían estar contenidas en el baño.

My father and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is a cute little hotel inside and out. As others have said the breakfast is simple but it was good. My only complaint is that the room was not very clean and the bathroom had a decent amount of both alive and dead ants. The ants are the small kind so they don’t bother much and seemed to be contained to the bathroom.

Nosso quarto, 1 queen com um sofá-cama, tinha um cheiro de mofo HORRÍVEL. Quando saímos, o atendente da recepção não estava lá, então não pudemos informá-los do cheiro. Quando voltamos à noite, o cheiro ainda estava lá. Meu marido tirou os sapatos e caminhou até o banheiro. Apenas para descobrir que o tapete do lado de fora da porta do banheiro estava encharcado. Ele foi até a recepção para informá-los e solicitar uma mudança de quarto. Ele foi informado de que não havia quartos disponíveis e foi entregue uma pilha de toalhas para absorver a água. Eca! Em seguida, puxamos o sofá dobrável para meu filho dormir. Foi completamente quebrado,. NINGUÉM poderia ter dormido nele. Então, meu marido e eu fomos até a mesa para perguntar o que eles planejavam fazer. This is a HORRIBLE hotel!!We were in town for a sporting event and had just enough time to drop our luggage before we needed to leave. Our room, 1 queen with a fold-out couch, had a HORRIBLE musty smell.When we left, the desk attendant was not there, so we couldn't inform them of the smell.When we returned later in the evening, the smell was still there.My husband removed his shoes and walked to the bathroom.Only to find that the carpet outside the bathroom door was soaking wet.He went to the from desk to let them know and request a room change.He was told there were no rooms available and was handed a pile of towels to soak up the water.Eww!We then pulled out the fold-out couch for my son to sleep on.It was completely broken,.NO ONE could have slept on it.So my husband and I went to the desk to ask what they planned to do.First, we were told again they had no available rooms, then eventually the clerk said that she could move us to a room that had 2 queens, but we could only have the room for the night and would be required to move again in the morning.I asked for the room to be comped.She said she couldn't do that but would speak with the manager, who would be there at 7:00 the next morning.At 11:30 at night, we simply wanted to go to bed.The "new" room, smell much better but the artwork on the walls was broken. The next morning, we spoke with a different clerk, no manager available who told us that we would not have to move but that they were still trying to figure out if they could comp the stay. She said that the wet carpet was due to the carpets being cleaned and not drying properly.Carpet cleaners do NOT get the carpet THAT wet. Later in the day, I noticed a $56 credit to my card.When we returned later in the day, we spoke with the clerk about the issue.She said that they had decided not to comp anything but would give us 3000 Wyndham rewards.SERIOUSLY.He expressed that it was NOT acceptable but she would not budge on anything.I have filled out the "How was your stay" fill a form, twice not requesting that I be contacted, but I have heard NOTHING back.I realize that Microtel is a budget hotel, but the property is poorly taken care of. AND the toilets. they are insanely SHORT. like the height of a preschool bathroom. The walls are thin, our "neighbors" had a dog, that barked all night long. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.They also put a full stay hold on your card in addition to the hotel charge, I have stayed in 5-star hotels that do not do that.

Quando chegamos nossas camas estavam cobertas de cabelos e crianças azedo, ligamos para a recepção para que os tenham vindo a mudar nossos lençóis. Não havia água quente no chuveiro. Há um restaurante popular do outro lado da rua, uma mais recente Casey está na esquina e muitas opções para comer e fazer compras nas proximidades. Foi conveniente para o centro de Omaha também. Para o preço e nível de hotel, foi uma ótima estadia.

Nos quedamos con un equipo para el torneo de voleibol. Muy limpio, personal extremadamente amigable, niñas encantó el desayuno y la piscina. Me gustó el gimnasio, aunque no hay pesas - 1 rueda, 1 elíptica, 1 bicicleta. habitación doble reina tenía un escritorio con silla y un pequeño refrigerador. Me trajo una taza de café de viaje, aunque hay un pequeño en la habitación. Hay un restaurante popular en la calle, una nueva Casey en la esquina y muchas opciones para comer y tiendas cerca. Era cerca del centro de Omaha también. Por el precio y el nivel de hotel, fue una gran estancia.

When we arrived our beds were covered in hair and sour patch kids, we called the front desk to have them come change our sheets. There was no hot water in the shower. The room next to us yelled and threw things at the wall all night, we called the front desk multiple times and they never fixed the issue, so we ended our vacation on no sleep. I will absolutely not be back! Front desk told us the next morning that the first time you have a noise complaint against you, they ask you to leave. We called 4 times the previous night and nothing ever changed. Don’t stay here if you’re expecting clean rooms and a good nights sleep.

I gave this location a 1 star because they charged my credit card for what the said an accidental charge. Now if I wouldn't have looked over my statement online (since everything is now paperless) I would of been charged that extra amount. Now the room was nice but I could not stay here again because they can't be trusted.

We stayed with a team for volleyball tournament. Very clean, incredibly friendly staff, girls LOVED the breakfasts and the pool. I enjoyed the fitness center though no weights - 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike. Double Queen room had a desk area with chair and a small refrigerator.
I brought a travel coffee pot though there is a small one in room. There is a popular restaurant across the street, a newer Casey's at the corner and many options for eating and shopping nearby. It was convenient to downtown Omaha as well. For the price and level of hotel, it was a great stay.

Desde la reserva de la habitación hasta nuestra salida final, todo salió muy bien. Entrada limpia. Pasillos, desayunador y sala. El nieto usó la piscina dos veces y la disfrutó muchísimo. El agua estaba un poco demasiado fría. El personal manejó cada solicitud de manera rápida y profesional. Definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo.

From reserving the room to our final checkout, everything went extremely well. Clean entry. Hallways, breakfast area, and room. Grandson used the pool twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Water was a little too cool. The staff handled every request quickly and professionally. We will definitely stay here again.
