O hotel é maravilhoso, num dos bairros mais elegantes de Londres, café da manhã maravilhoso, limpeza nota 10, pertíssimo da estação do metro Gloucester Road única falha foi que no meu quarto éramos três e quando chegamos só tinham duas camas colocaram uma coisinha ridícula de armar.

After reading poor reviews on many managed quarantine hotels’ services, we prepared ourselves for the worst, and did not have high expectation about the quarantine hotel service. HOWEVER, the Millennium Hotel is FAR BEYOND our expectation. This might sound exaggerating, but based on our experience (which is of course subjective), in terms of service, we would say that this hotel could be a role model for other managed quarantine hotels that receive poor reviews on services especially for guest with family. Breakfast, lunch, dinner are always served hot (surely except when you request sandwich or salad) and delivered to our room without delay (even earlier than the schedule). Taste delicious and the portions are fulfilling. The staff are very responsive to our requests/needs. We often have specific request every day, and they are so helpful and thoughtful. Sometimes, the staff call just to make sure we are okay and if there is anything he/she can help. Quarantine is not easy for some people, and the cost of staying in a quarantine hotel is much more expensive than regular price. It is really great if staff in managed quarantine hotels are trained to be aware of this and provide adequate services (should be different from regular services).

Tbh honest when you are in a hotel because of enforced self funded quarantine it's very difficult to get a true measure of the place. The room was comfortable if a little small, your only interaction is with the G4S people on the phone or when they come to do the covid tests or when you ask to go for a walk. The food is #meh. My two suggestions would be; a) put a microwave in the room so one can heat up the food as the food is delivered by 6.30am, 12noon & 6pm daily (too early for me) & b) put some cleaning products in the room (bathroom cleaner, dustpan and brush, something to clean the carpet with) so that one can clean ones room as part of ones daily routine whilst in confinement.

Last night of quarantine from a red list country and this hotel was superb! From the minute I stepped in, everyone has been very accommodating. As part of check in protocol for lone female travellers, I was given a number to call in case I encountered anyone who did not make me feel safe (on top of being reassured by the hotel staff that I would not need the number but it is an additional layer of protection). I arrived around 6 pm and was given a menu to choose from despite the last minute notice. As with any hotel during the pandemic, the menu has 3-4 options (with halal and Indian food options each time) for lunch & dinner. Breakfast was the same (cereal, milk, pastry, fruit, yogurt, egg/bacon/vegetarian roll) but can’t fault the hotel for that as they are catering to hundreds if not thousands of travellers from red list countries all over the world. The room was equipped with air conditioning, a bathtub, television, mini fridge, kettle, blow dryer, and some toiletries (shampoo, bar soap, liquid soap). You can also request for washing soap etc if needed. The window opens slightly (just enough to let air circulate) and the view is beautiful - kept me sane and entertained to people watch and enjoy the small breeze from outside. I stayed in my room throughout my stay but had a few things delivered - arrived at my room promptly. Security was quick to pick up the phone for any queries I had as was reception. Overall, I felt very safe and will even go so far as to say that I enjoyed my stay here. It was really nice to be able to relax and live a slow paced lifestyle especially following the rigorous process of flying in. The hotel’s good reviews are as accurate as they can be and if you have been allocated the Millennium, you can consider yourself lucky and put your mind at ease as you’ve got a nice, safe, and relaxing 11 nights ahead of you!

My wife and children are currently in quarantine in this hotel. According to what my family has told me Since day 1 its been absolutely fabulous service what ever they needed was at the door in less than 5 minutes the staff never said no. The rooms are farely large and was clean when my family arrived. The food was very delicious and there was a range of different food to be chosen 3 times a day. We where lucky that my family had this hotel. I would like to thank everyone in hotel thank you.

My wife and children are currently half way through their mandatory 10-day quarantine there and the service they have offered has been so outstanding that I couldn't help but submit a positive review straight away. Muy mala experiencia de hotel Cuarentena, desde que te reciben, no entiendo por qué todos gritan y hacen alboroto para que no bajes del bus con otros huéspedes si después te juntan en el Hall ( a todos) para llenar el formulario de check in. Yo reservé el hotel con comida Vegana, incluso cada día, pero siempre cometían errores con la comida, me dieron chancho, pollo, leche, cereales y papas fritas con leche, yogur, entre otras cosas que no como. La comida es de muy mala calidad y siempre muy muy picante, no salían del arroz o pasta.Finalmente por £1.750 debes pagar más por la alimentación, pidiendo delivery para poder mantener tu alimentación, en mi caso saludable y vegana. Otra cosa, dicen que tienen traductores, pero no es cierto, solicitéun traductor para llenar mi formulario de salida y nunca llegó. Le doy una estrella porque loúnico bueno es que la habitación tiene ventana y espacio suficiente para moverte sin volverte loca. Horrible experiencia. Lejos lo más caro que he pagado en mi vida en estancia y con pésima calidad. Me encantaría saber cuál es la página del gobierno para hacer esta denuncia, porque la estancia fue un robo.

On behalf of my mom who resided at the hotel for the 10 days quarantine. “ The service was 5 star. I cannot find any faults during my stay. The food always came on time and I would always get more than one portion. I would like to thank Chris and his team in making my stay a very pleasant one. I would definitely come again after the pandemic. The food you had a wide diverse options. Food was always hot and really tasty. The room itself was a en suite all facilities worked correctly. The hotel team were awesome and I’m grateful for this. Chris or sometime the duty manager would call me every other day to check how I was doing and if I needed anything. The Service was top rated if I could give more than 5 stars I would simply do. From the moment I arrived till the moment of checkout I could simply say only one thing to Chris and his team Thank you!

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING. London is an experience, this hotel is absolutely NOT. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Period, without any considerable doubt. It has old rooms that are very dirty, next to that they are shabby, including the bathroom. If you have a smoke outside, they force you to walk outside the perimeter of the hotel. There is a bar in the hotel that, since 8pm on a Wednesday - apparently - is a nightclub that broadcasts up to the third floor, loud and clearly. I wouldn’t want to be caught dead in this hotel. This hotel in everything it is and especially what it is not l, completely compromised my visit this time. Never again. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more - somewhere else. Not mentioning the dirty toilets in the shared spaces as the clear focus and over occupation of non-Western European visitors, who they treat like royals, depending on their room, disregarding the audience they should be targeting. Logical, when I think of it because anyone who knows this hotel, surely never comes back.

What can I say: I liked the cars in front of the entrance Lamborghini, Aston Martins, Maserati) I very much enjoyed the splendour and decor, the highly professional staff who are exceptionally friendly, all the details a hotel in that category has. High quality soap and hand lotion on the toilets, the luxury of coat hangers outside the meeting rooms, gilded frescos along the walls, high quality chairs and orange infused, chilled filtered water with a choice of glasses or paper cups ...

No es buen hotel. Es ruidoso y está poco cuidado. Además la gestión deja mucho que desear. Fui por viaje de trabajo y tanto a mí compañero como a mí nos dieron una habitación que ya tenía ocupante. Ademas una pata de mi cama estaba rota por lo que se movía.

Ensure that the quality of the room you order online is what you expect. We arrived to find sub-standard conditions. Also, read the fine print, carefully, when ordering discounted rates online, as they typically do not grant refunds. And always remember: "the squeaky wheel gets greased". We do not like to complain, but this time, it went up two management levels to get what we felt was deserved.

Muy bien hotel para el precio. Literal caminas 1calle para tomar el metro. Tienes varios restaurantes a lado para desayunar y para cenar e incluso 1 casino. También hay 1 pub a 1 calle. Tienes todo cerca. La ubicación no es lo mas céntrico pero si en una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones están bien. Lo único que me quejo y que nunca me resolvieron es que ponen entradas USB para cargar tus teléfonos y no funcionaban, así que si no tenías adaptador para UK ya no podías cargar tu teléfono
