A good hotel right in the centre of Eindhoven. Rooms have been recently renovated. Staff very helpful plus an excellent selection for breakfast.

Rooms are not being cleaned, dusts and spiderwebs are in many places in the room. Dirty towels are not changed. Garbage is being left in a garbage bin. No air conditioner. I asked specifically VEGAN food for breakfast to take away, they put in a bag a chocolate with milk.

Teve uma estadia fantástica. Em parte por causa de Dwayne que nos ajudou enormemente durante a nossa estadia. Por causa de seu serviço, não queremos mais ir para outros hotéis em Eindhoven e ficar no NH novamente na próxima vez.Mais uma vez, o hotel está em uma localização privilegiada, uma necessidade absoluta!

Eindhoven está literalmente aos seus pés aqui. Você sai pela porta e pode ir em todas as direções. Um local perfeito para explorar. Ou, como eu fiz, depois de um delicioso jantar de 6 pratos com harmonização de vinhos, passe a noite. O restaurante Vane, que fica no 13º andar, tem uma cozinha fantástica! De lá uma vista muito bonita e inédita da cidade. Também o único bar na cobertura (coquetel) em Eindhoven, de qualquer maneira, a essa altura. Pequeno menos, as duas camas de solteiro que foram unidas. Estes imediatamente se afastaram um do outro, muito chato se você quiser dormir junto. O frigobar me acordou algumas vezes.

A few things I was disappointed, the cleaning lady there stole my phone. I only used that phone to put music when I go to sleep and that’s the only time I used. I didn’t bring it out. So I definitely forgot it in the room, I can see that my phone is in Einthoven from ‘find my phone’ app. But it seems like they “didn’t find” my phone. It’s my fault that I forgot, but I never expected this happen in this level of hotel. Wellthey are claiming that it’s 5 star hotel so.Be careful when you pack your thing and not to forget!Also the men at the front desk in the night was so unfriendly. We asked if we can have a drink at sky bar in English, and he said it’s full in Dutch. Well I’m sorry we don’t speak Dutch in Netherland. But that isn’t polite. Other staff were all nice tho.Room was quite nice, the electric kettle in the room was broken (water was leaking from the bottom), breakfast buffet was good.But still I’m so disappointed. That they didn’t investigate properly about my phone when it’s clearly in the room (or in the pocket of cleaning lady)

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional, from Dwayne checking us in and showing the room to my wife and me last night to Prya helping us arrange our bill and keep our luggage for a few hours this morning. The hotel is ideally situated 200m south of the train station. We'll be sure to book at NH Collection when we're in Eindhoven next!

Tudo é perfeito, desde os funcionários simpáticos, prestativos, sorridentes, prontos para satisfazer todas as necessidades, aos quartos espaçosos, limpos e tranquilos, sem falar no café da manhã no décimo terceiro andar, vista para a cidade... - Buffet estudado e elegante, com ampla escolha entre doces e salgados. Nice limpo, quarto grande com uma cama confortável. O banheiro tinha um bom chuveiro. Delicioso café da manhã com muitas opções diferentes com bela vista. Funcionários muito simpáticos, desde a recepção ao catering. Dwayne nos acompanhou ao nosso quarto no primeiro dia e gentilmente explicou tudo. Ótima estadia.

Idealmente localizado no centro. O carro pode ser estacionado no Q-park nas proximidades, a cerca de dois minutos a pé. O hotel é bem mobiliado e o que chama a atenção é que apesar de estar no centro não se ouve nenhum barulho do lado de fora. Os quartos foram totalmente equipados com tudo que você esperaria de um 5* e tudo estava limpo. O controle climático funcionou bem e as cortinas realmente escureceram. O café da manhã era bom; a escolha foi ampla com algo para todos. Recomendado se você estiver planejando uma viagem a Eindhoven.

Hotel was wonderful with impeccable service. I'd definitely recommend staying there, while in Eindhoven. It is right in the city center and within walking distance to the Eindhoven Central Station and a large supermarket. Area around is safe and well maintained and enjoyable. :)

Lovely place, very comfortable and nicely designed. Good food for the room service, although the options were limited. Charges a deposit which we were not informed of beforehand. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and when the door from the next room was closed, the TV trembled and we could hear everything they said.

I love this hotel, very conveniently located near the Eindhoven station, as well as other center city attractions. Well run and a good value for the cost. The staff are incredibly professional. The only minor comment I have is the breakfast should have more than one coffee station. Other than that, superb.

The only thing I'm disappointed were receptionist guys. As a member of rewards program I had late check out until 5pm (I asked during check out again to make sure). About 12 pm next day he came to me and said that it's time to check out. I said that I have late check out and he promised to make a note. But soon they called me via mobile phone! And asked what about my check out and promised again to make a note. Don't think that it's 5 star (and even not 4 star) experience. If you provide such services make sure your staff is aware about that

Perfect accommodation in the middle of the city and in walking distance to main station, stadium, shops and a lot of bars, restaurants and cafés. Had a spacious and lovely designed corner room in an upper floor and really enjoyed the view over Eindhoven. Bed and pillows were fantastic and the bathroom was big and modern. Breakfast offered a vast selection of different food with a lot of fresh options. Service was very friendly and helpful. Well worth the money. Will be my first choice again when visiting Brabant.

Para el precio que es no compensa. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y frías, el gimnasio que hay es ridículamente pequeño, no hay bañera en las habitaciones, las cortinas "semitransparentes" te ve toda la calle lo que estás haciendo, no hay piscina tampoco. Lo mejor sería el personal y la terraza, aunque a la 13° planta puedes acceder sin que haga falta estar hospedado.

Muy tranquilo el lugar, pues está en una especie de resort de descanso, salud,...comunicado con autobús al centro de Heibhoven, pues está en las afueras, a unos 15 minutos. La habitación es buena, cómoda cama, un pequeño lavabo. Lástima que ducha y toilette sean compartidos. La atención del personal es muy buena. El desayuno más que suficiente. El precio muy bueno. 8/10

El hotel está muy bien situado,a pocos minutos de la estación de tren y del centro. Las habitaciones son amplias y decoradas con gusto, sin excesos.El personal es amable. Si lo conseguís con oferta, la relación calidad es excelente.Es un 4 estrellas como los de España. Servicio de limpieza bueno. El precio de la habitación sin oferta, puede ser algo elevado. Si vuelvo, este hotel será mi primera opciónsin duda.
