It was a really busy evening and the staff were exceptional even though there were a few missing. We ate at the bar/restaurant. The food was very very good. We had chicken wings, soup, salad, fries and a burger. It was top end quality with compliments to the chef as well as the overran staff!

Excellent no frills Hotel. If you are staying one night to leave your car while on holiday I recommend it. Very cheap only £97 with 10 days car park including breakfast. It's not the Ritz but great value for money

Great service, good food and reasonable prices, a great place to stay for a flight from Stansted. Shuttle bus every 30 mins from 0300 hours and 8 days free parking with a one night room. Very comfortable rooms and leisure facilities.

Positive- Hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and tidy, staff are helpful and polite. Negative- we came as a group of 8 and ate at the restaurant 4/8 meals where wrong but the food was nice. Around 6pm we had a hotel guest try and enter our room with their own key asking us why we was in his room? Im not sure why this happened but hence the 3 stars

Ótimo lugar para ficar antes do seu voo. Muito limpo e moderno. Bem mantido. Área de bar agradável. Quartos uma delícia, camas confortáveis, muito espaço, excelente banheiro, ótimo chuveiro, artigos de toalete. Grande TV e cofre no quarto. Ônibus para o terminal a cada meia hora £ 4 cada, dez minutos. Carro estacionado no hotel.

Actually, this hotel is 5/5. Great Breakfast and room. However, i came 3 hours before check in in hurry to a meeting and i have been told that is 10 pounds extra for every hour before 12. Which is totally understandable even though all the hotels let you do it first if they have room available but when i asked to leave my bags in the luggage room i have been told that because covid its not possible. We are on March 22 there is no restrictions in the whole UK and they still found a way to force you into paying an extra 30 quid for 3 hours just because you are in hurry and you stuck with bags. That was very annoyingly. Second, the lunch and dinner menu extremely expensive compare to the value. The pizza was frozen one and in the main course there is very little meat.

When it comes to work in this place, I can comment briefly and succinctly. This Hotel as a place of work, tragic. My job lasted 3 days. And those were my worst days in my life. Constant pressure, checking, and daily allocation, 17 rooms.they pay as for a prisoner. it's a pity to talk. I hope that the guests sleep well in only the improved sheets….

Comfortable rooms, although our shower did soak the bathroom, but manageable. Easy to find the hotel and staff pleasant. It is clearly popular as it was tricky to find a parking space on arrival. The shuttle bus accepts card or cash.

Great place to stay before your flight. Very clean and modern. Well maintained. Nice bar area. Rooms a delight, comfy beds, plenty of space, excellent bathroom, great shower, toiletries. Large TV and safe in room. Bus to terminal every half hour £4 each, ten minutes. Car parked at hotel.

Lovely well presented hotel. Fantastic bar and restaurant.Room was very comfortable.Only gripe that might be petty. If I am paying £17 for fish and chips I would expect Cod or Haddock not some tasteless obscure fish 🤔

Nice breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. Easy shuttle from and to Stansted Airport. It makes a good venue for conferences as it has big meeting rooms. I put 4 stars because I believe there is more room to improving staff’s customer service skills.

Very good value for money. Generously spaced room with a comfortable bed, a mini bar, iron and complimentary tea and coffee. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because of the bathroom. Some mold on the ceiling in the shower - not a big deal but it's a four star hotel after all. Very good breakfast. Lady at reception during checkout wasn't the friendliest I have ever come across and somewhat disappointing. Overall a very good priced hotel at Stansted airport with a free shuttle, comfortable bed and very good breakfast.

Not quite the typical 5 star experience, but considering it’s a 4* airport hotel my expectations were not disappointed. The service was impeccable (Thankyou Antonino from Sicily), and the chicken fajita wrap was absolutely delicious - (Even at half past midnight) Bed wasn’t amazing, but was comfortable enough. The gym wasn’t extensive but more than sufficient. To be honest, I had lesser expectations... and Novotel definitely surpassed those. This is why I have given 5 stars. ;-)

I had a comfortable stay in transit and don't regret booking the Novotel. One knows what one is getting, and it is of an acceptable standard. The restaurant and bar is just fine, and the room service is efficient. It's lovely to have chips that are actually fully-cooked—a rarity in Great Britain. What's common in Britain, though, is the inherent hatred and distrust that materialises in a demand to hand over the credit card for everything upfront. The completely unpredictable hot water is also completely predictable.

Large hotel with lovely rooms and a great bar/restaurant with excellent breakfast. Friendly staff and great rooms with excellent amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, shaver water and coffee machine etc. Comfortable bed and large TV. Water in the shower wasn't very powerful and the door to the room lets in a lot of light from the hallway. Apart from these issues, I had a great stay. Would definitely stay again although would book a later flight so I could enjoy the comfortable bed a bit longer!

Antiguo Hampton by Hilton, ha mejorado mucho, ahora las habitaciones si son lo que refleja el edificio, el parking cuesta 8£ la noche completa para los clientes, tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.
