This is a wonderful hotel, with great location and comfortable rooms. The bartender at the rooftop bar was a master, and a room on the top level means a very nice balcony space with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors! I would definitely stay here again.

The night receptionist was very rude. He lied many times and did not do a professional job. Although I love the hotel otherwise and been here many times. I will never book it again after that awful experience.

The Ruby Burger has always been so good, but today it was amazing. Everything was just a little bit more better and overall the restaurant has a good food quality and especially good service. This is one of my top favorite Scandic hotels and I have stayed at many.

Positivamente: Localização muito central no meio da avenida e funcionários simpáticos no átrio. Agradável com vida e movimento e perto de bons restaurantes e pontos turísticos. O café da manhã foi excelente, com tudo que se esperava e um pouco mais. Quarto fresco e banheiro de alto padrão. Colchões de cama confortáveis. Perto de garagem.Negativo: Faltava um espaço lounge descontraído para ficar no hotel. Na parte inferior há um bar onde um DJ tocava música club em alto volume todas as noites. Esperava que o bar da cobertura com sua bela vista fosse melhor, mas lá o nível de ruído era pelo menos tão alto, se não mais alto. Em nenhum lugar você poderia se sentar e ter uma conversa normal tomando uma taça de vinho ou uma bebida. O barman certamente preparou bons drinques, mas bebeu rapidamente para poder sair e descansar os ouvidos. Infelizmente, isso arruinou a impressão geral da estadia no hotel e significa que escolheremos outra alternativa na próxima vez que estivermos em Gotemburgo. Em nossa segunda noite, optamos por passar no quarto de hotel um tanto apertado e olhar para a avenida.Muita gente e multidões na hora do café da manhã e pouco caos nos elevadores.Os travesseiros eram encaroçados e feios.A desvantagem da localização central é também o alto nível de ruído da rua até tarde da noite, que foi além do sono. Tampões de ouvido são recomendados. Na sexta-feira à noite, um músico de rua rugia em seu saxofone na rua abaixo entre 2 e 4 da noite e carros buzinam e dirigem durante o rali noturno. Mas, por outro lado, é algo com que se pode contar no meio de uma grande cidade por um fim de semana, e nada que se possa cobrar do hotel.

Fine hotel for the money. Standard Rooms is a bit smal, but bed, wifi and bathroom are ok. Breakfast is good

Worst Hotel you'll see in that area. Don't be fooled by it's location. There are many better hotels...
Cleaning? there no such a thing in that hotel.
Space? No not at all. Rooms are just rat cubicals.
Staff? They won't help you because they don't want to. You'll wait their chatter till end so if they feel to help they could help you...But it will be don't care-face anyway.

Though it has no parking place other than that it is a fantastic choice to stay there, breakfast was so fresh and tasty with lots of variety. The room was also spacious with a comfortable bed. I loved it there.

Breakfast was good with most options. What i didn't like was that there was no AC control in your room. It was a super warm night and I wish I could have controlled the temperature. Otherwise it was nice, but I didn't use all facilities.

En este hotel hay grandes reformas y no se puede dormir ni trabajar entre las 9:00 y las 17:00. Ruidos continuos.
