I've stayed here a few times, and it's always been fabulous! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the space needle or climate pledge arena. It's super convenient! The rooms are clean and cozy. Unique designs and the pineapple experience is amazing. Customer service was top-notch. Thank you for another enjoyable stay! We had a small post Christmas family vacation to Seattle.We lived there for over 20 years, but had to move during the pandemic and wanted to visit and enjoy the holiday decorations before they were taken down.This hotel was perfect.We can't wait to stay again.The location was perfect for the family.So much to do, just across the street at the Seattle Center!There was an indoor pool, that the kids loved (personally, the chlorine was a little much for me), and a cute restaurant down in the lobby.The special touches and bright decor in the rooms and lobby made it perfect.We had a wonderful time. Tivemos umas pequenas férias em família pós-Natal em Seattle. Moramos lá por mais de 20 anos, mas tivemos que nos mudar durante a pandemia e queríamos visitar e curtir as decorações natalinas antes que fossem retiradas. Este hotel foi perfeito. Mal podemos esperar para ficar novamente. A localização era perfeita para a família. Tanta coisa para fazer, do outro lado da rua, no Seattle Center! Havia uma piscina coberta, que as crianças adoravam (pessoalmente, o cloro era um pouco demais para mim) e um restaurante fofo no saguão. Os toques especiais e a decoração luminosa nos quartos e no lobby tornaram-no perfeito. Tivemos um momento maravilhoso.

Everyone seemed super pleased with how things went. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. However, I wanted to give an extra shout out to the front desk people, Ebony and Avonte!! You can spend all the money on the decor and "stuff" in a hotel to make it cool and look good, but having amazing employees is the ultimate judge of a place. They were friendly, personable and just all-around fun to speak with. I give the hotel a 5 out of 5 star, but with them, you get 6 out of 5. Make sure they get a big kudos for their awesome job! Minha colega de trabalho já se hospedou aqui antes e quando chegou a hora de conseguir um hotel para a festa de Natal da nossa empresa, ela recomendou o seu lugar. Rapaz, vocês não decepcionaram. Todos pareciam super satisfeitos com o andamento das coisas. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente e recomendaria a outros. No entanto, eu queria dar um grito extra para o pessoal da recepção, Ebony e Avonte! Você pode gastar todo o dinheiro na decoração e "coisas" em um hotel para torná-lo legal e bonito, mas ter funcionários incríveis é o juiz final de um lugar. Later in the evening I had a few concerns about my room that would seem a little ridiculous to most but Jackson and Antone (I apologize if I misspelled) these wonderful humans went out of there way to comfort, reassure and calm me. I haven’t seen such amazing customer service in a very long time.The room was unique, clean, and the robes are a very comfy touch. The pool area was clean and warm. Restaurant/bar area was cute, everyone was genuinely nice. I am sober and they accommodated with a yummy mocktail.I’m not one who stays regularly at nicer places like this and I just feel the customer service I got from your front desk guys truly made the stay worth it and I will ALWAYS make sure I am able to stay here when in the area.Thank you! Mais tarde, à noite, tive algumas preocupações sobre meu quarto que pareceriam um pouco ridículas para a maioria, mas Jackson e Antone (peço desculpas se escrevi errado), esses humanos maravilhosos fizeram de tudo para me confortar, tranquilizar e acalmar. Faz muito tempo que não vejo um atendimento ao cliente tão incrível.O quarto era único, limpo e os roupões são um toque muito confortável. A área da piscina era limpa e quente. A área do restaurante / bar era fofa, todos eram genuinamente legais. Food was delicious, drinks were perfect, and customer service was phenomenal.We will definitely be back! Meu namorado e eu queríamos comemorar nosso primeiro aniversário e decidimos ir a um show e ficar no maxwell. Não esperávamos o tipo de serviço que prestavam. O hotel foi simplesmente incrível! Durante minha conversa com a equipe ao fazer nossa reserva, fiz um comentário sobre ser nosso aniversário e o show. Eles pegaram essas informações e fizeram 2 notas personalizadas diferentes para nós, decoraram a sala com pétalas de rosa e balões, forneceram chocolates e champanhe e foram além. Foi realmente uma experiência tão romântica e nos fez sentir tão especiais. Honestamente, tudo, desde a reserva até o check-out, foi maravilhoso. This hotel is in a fantastic location; a few minutes from The Seattle Center & a short walk from The Olympic Sculpture park as well as a short walk to fantastic restaurants & grocery stores. This is a great neighborhood! The staff is helpful & friendly. Our room was spotless; so, so clean & fresh. The robes are soft & comfy; so are the beds. The toiletries all smell like pineapple & it is delightful. The pineapple cookies in the afternoon are delicious. We loved staying here. Este hotel está em uma localização fantástica; a poucos minutos do Seattle Center e a uma curta caminhada do parque Olympic Sculpture, bem como a uma curta caminhada de restaurantes e mercearias fantásticos. Very comfortable hotel with fun bright decor and lots of funky/comfy chairs throughout the lobby and restaurant area.Great place to lounge with friends and enjoy a drink. Very dog friendly with free treats in the lobby and all rooms are pet friendly. Complimentary doggy door bags and bowl to clip on your leash. One of few hotels I've seen that allows you to leave well behaved pets in the room while you sight see (for responsible amounts of time). But Seattle is also a dog friendly city, so our pup joined us for almost all excursions. Still she was safe and cozy in room when we went out for a nice dinner date. Overall, very positive experience. Hotel muito confortável, com decoração brilhante e divertida e muitas cadeiras funky/confortáveis em todo o lobby e área do restaurante. Ótimo lugar para relaxar com os amigos e desfrutar de uma bebida. Muito cães com guloseimas gratuitas no lobby e todos os quartos aceitam animais de estimação. Sacos para cães de cortesia e tigela para prender na coleira. Um dos poucos hotéis que eu vi que permite que você deixe animais de estimação bem comportados no quarto enquanto você visita (por períodos de tempo responsáveis). Mas Seattle também é uma cidade que aceita cães, então nosso filhote se juntou a nós em quase todas as excursões. Ainda assim, ela estava segura e aconchegante no quarto quando saímos para um jantar agradável. No geral, experiência muito positiva.

Walking in we immediately felt we were not in one of those standard cookie cutter hotels.It was refreshing!The lobby was bright, clean, spacious .. the staff immediately made us feel welcomed! Our room was no less disappointing.it was nice not to be greeted by a cheap dirty carpet as we walked in.All the little extras made it all the more appealing…. thank u for a job well done! Entrando, imediatamente sentimos que não estávamos em um daqueles hotéis padrão de cortadores de biscoitos. Foi refrescante! O lobby era claro, limpo, espaçoso. . a equipe imediatamente nos fez sentir bem-vindos! Nosso quarto não foi menos decepcionante. foi bom não ser recebido por um tapete sujo e barato quando entramos. Todos os pequenos extras tornaram tudo ainda mais atraente…. obrigado por um trabalho bem feito!

Muy buen servicio, las habitaciones SUPER cómodas y hasta te prestan bicicletas con casco sin costo. Además el lobby tiene varias mesas y WIFI de alta velocidad por si desean trabajar, o bar con múltiples bebidas y vinos para refrescarse.
