Funcionários simpáticos e atmosfera acolhedora. Uma bela jóia escondida no Caribe, onde saborear um bom bife ou apenas desfrutar de uma cerveja fresca. Durante o almoço, eles têm um cardápio limitado com sanduíches e outros pratos leves. Muito bom.

Nós só paramos para um coquetel e sobremesa. Eles eram todos incríveis. A atmosfera e decoração foram bastante moderno e elegante. O restaurante é a vanguarda de uma grande praça que é principalmente fechado à noite, mas deu a sensação de que você já não estava em uma ilha do Caribe. Há entretenimento ao vivo também; infelizmente, nenhum estava lá na noite em que fomos. Definitivamente vou voltar a experimentar o menu completo.

O quarto king era adorável e parecia recentemente remodelado. No entanto, quando nos mudamos para um quarto standard, notamos uma grande queda nos padrões. Os lençóis estavam manchados, os travesseiros estavam cheios de caroços - eram impossíveis de dormir. Notamos também que gel de banho etc foi fornecido em alguns quartos e não outros (uma vez que éramos um grupo dividido em alguns quartos).Sim, os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos quando estavam por perto, no entanto, o barulho do bar era absolutamente ridículo. Eu estava no quarto 22, mas poderia muito bem estar sentado no bar lá embaixo. A música estava dolorosamente alta ... Desci (depois da meia-noite!) Para perguntar quando iria parar. NINGUÉM estava no bar. Os funcionários eram hostis e não pareciam se importar com o fato de que também operavam um hotel onde as pessoas vêm dormir. Se houvesse um aviso de que a música seria tocada alto e tarde da noite, talvez eu não tivesse reclamado. Mas ainda nada.No check-out ... ninguém para ser visto. As persianas foram fechadas. Sem campainha. Não tínhamos ideia de como devolver as chaves ?!Isso é caro pelo que você recebe.

La habitación de matrimonio era preciosa y parecía recién amueblada. Sin embargo, cuando nos mudamos a una habitación estándar, notamos una gran caída en los estándares. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y las almohadas estaban llenas de bultos, era imposible dormir sobre ellas. También notamos que se proporcionaba gel de ducha, etc. en algunas habitaciones y no en otras (ya que éramos un grupo dividido en algunas habitaciones).Sí, el personal era amable y servicial cuando estaban cerca, sin embargo, el ruido del bar era absolutamente ridículo. Estaba en la habitación 22, pero bien podría haberme sentado en el bar de abajo. La música era dolorosamente alta ... Bajé las escaleras (¡después de la medianoche!) Para preguntar cuándo terminaría. NADIE estaba en el bar. El personal era antipático y no parecía importarle que también estuvieran operando un hotel donde la gente viene a dormir. Si hubiera una advertencia de que la música se reproduciría fuerte y hasta altas horas de la noche, tal vez no me hubiera quejado. Pero nada.Al finalizar la compra ... nadie a la vista. Las persianas estaban cerradas. Sin campana. ¡¿No teníamos idea de cómo devolver las llaves ?!Esto es demasiado caro para lo que recibe.

The king room was lovely and looked recently re-furnished. However when we moved to a standard room we noticed a huge drop in standards. The sheets were stained at the pillows were stuffed with lumps - they were impossible to sleep on. We also noticed that shower gel etc was provided in some rooms and not others (since we were a group split across a few rooms).
Yes the staff were friendly and helpful when they were around, however, the noise from the bar was absolutely ridiculous. I was in room 22 yet I might as well have been sat in the bar downstairs. The music was painfully loud...I went downstairs (after midnight!) to ask when it would stop. NO ONE was in the bar. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that they were also operating a hotel where people come to sleep. If there was a forewarning that music would be played loud and late into the night, maybe I wouldn’t have complained. But yet nothing.
Upon checkout...no one to be seen. Shutters were down. No bell. We had no idea how to hand back the keys?!
This is overpriced for what you receive.

Personal amable y acogedor ambiente. Una bonita joya escondida en el Caribe donde degustar un muy buen bistec o simplemente disfrutar de una cerveza fresca. Durante el almuerzo tienen un menú limitado con bocadillos y otros platos ligeros. Muy bien.

Sólo nos detuvimos para tomar un cóctel y un postre. Todos fueron increíbles. El ambiente y la decoración eran bastante modernos y elegantes. El restaurante está a la vanguardia de una gran plaza que en su mayoría está cerrada por las noches, pero dio la sensación de que ya no estaba en una isla caribeña. Hay entretenimiento en vivo también; lamentablemente no había ninguna la noche que fuimos. Sin duda volveré a experimentar el menú completo.

Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. A nice hidden gem in the Caribbean where taste a very good steak or just enjoy a fresh beer. During lunch they have a limited menu with sandwiches, and other light dishes . Very good.

We only stopped by for a cocktail and dessert. They were all amazing. The atmosphere and decor were quite modern and stylish. The restaurant is to the forefront of a large plaza which is mostly closed at nights, but it did give the feeling that you were no longer in a Caribbean island. There is live entertainment as well; unfortunately none was there the evening we went. I will definitely return to experience the full menu.
