Average for a Worldmark location. Rooms are small, barely enough for 4 people. Parking is not guest friendly, and need to request to be let into the parking garage when you want to leave. The Convention center is under construction across the street and the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The bright spot is the location if you plan to do things in Seattle, and not leave the city, you probably don't need a rental car.

Really good for a downtown location especially as far as room size goes. Even the studio was nice. Close enough to things that you can really just walk. But it's just up the road from the monorail that takes you to the space needle. Stayed there twice and definitely will again.

The hotel has old world charm right in the hussle of downtown. They have preserved the building beautifully ( molding, brass work,court yard) while giving all the modern convenience you could want. The construction around the building is starting to finish and once that is done it will be amazing.

I will start off with the only bad and why I didn't give 5 stars. I am a timeshare owner, the "sales pitch" individuals (lets not sugar coat what they are) were extremely aggressive. I get sales and what not, but when someone tells you no 4 times with reasons, that is just disrespectful and rude. Plus it was 2 of them, not just one acting like this. I never had people that bad at a Wyndham proper hotel. On to the many many good. I LOVE the history and that they kept a lot of it, it is a beautiful place and really good front desk and other service people. Location is perfect for many prime destinations and taxi fare from hotel to farther places isnt bad at all. Rooms are very clean and elegant. They dont have all the amenities but like I and many other said, its a historically preserved hotel that has been updated you need to understand that similar to the French Quarter Wyndham, their are limits to what they can do and fit. They have a game room, laundry, hot tub and pool and elevators are very quick. This is truly a great property and stay. I would definitely come back and recommend. Just run away from the sales people and enjoy yourself here!

We are time share owners and this is the first time coming to this location. The kitchens are smaller then other world mark locations but being a historic hotel that was converted into a timeshare it makes sense. We had a one bedroom suite and it was a nice size for my family. The pool was small but much used and loved by my kids. We even used the grill in the little courtyard area one night for dinner which was nice. There is construction happening next door but didn't bother any of us. Honestly my baby loved watching all the big trucks from the window. You do need to pay for parking it is around 20 a day but honestly parking in Seattle is nuts so well worth it. If you are coming here and your not a time share owner they will ask you to do there sales meeting. You don't have to go just thought I would give you all heads up they will ask. It really is a nice hotel if I was coming back to Seattle would go here again.
