Espaço muito populado, poucas condições para o excesso de visitantes. Cascatas artificiais, muito barulhento, águas meio turvas, deixando muito a desejar. Na nossa visita pagamos 20 dollars por pessoa para jantar no buffet, que se demonstrou muito fraco, sem acesso a bebidas, para alem de água ou um sumo artificial de frutas carregado de açúcar.

A very relaxing, not too full and varied thermal bath! We loved the elements of nature like the nature sauna, the beautiful trees and also the fun elements like slides and waterfalls. You can spend hours here. It is clean, well maintained and not too crowded. The pictures on the website do not justice!

¡Me quedé encantada! Super todas las albercas, y la comida muy rica. Aunque tengo una observación: no hay mucha variedad en el buffet, más que todo para los que somos lactoovovegetarianos. ¡De ahí en fuera todo excelente!

One of my favorite places to visit when I am in Costa Rica. So many different pools to try and go in all different temperatures. There’s one that has cold baths within the hot bath, it’s pretty amazing! There’s a lunch buffet that’s included and a dinner buffet as well if you stay long enough. I enjoy spending the entire day there and leaving at night. I’ve never spent the night at the hotel so I don’t know what that’s like.

Amazing place! Everything was great and all the people working there really friendly. If you expect to see sloths and monkeys out of your window, you will probably be disappointed, but squirrels, iguanas, butterflies and birds will make your experience on the room's terrace and around the resort unique. We even saw an anteater in the restaurant when we were having breakfast one day! There are a lot of things to do in the area for all ages too, so our family stay with kids and older grandparents went great. The only thing that can be improved is the menu in the restaurant. It gets quite boring when you spend 10 days in the resort like us. They could offer some daily changes to the menu (may be a different daily specialty) just so you don't start to not wanna see another Mediterranean salad at the end of your stay (the best item in the menu according to me). What they offer in their buffet restaurant wasn't very good too. They do offer free taxi ride to the near town and restaurants (included in the hotel's price) so you can eat out. The laundry service is also pretty expensive and because of humidity everything gets wet and doesn't dry well here, so you might wanna consider visiting the laundry place in the town.

Relación precio-calidad 👎🏾Hotel muy caro para lo que provee la habitación, vimos en el logo 5 estrellas, pero de acuerdo a nuestra experiencia, no consideramos sean mas de 3⭐️ .Lo mejor son las piscinas, son 25, pero algunas son pequeñitas. Y algunas son muy calientes, pero alrededor se encuentran pequeñas de agua fría o duchas.Se puede pagar la entrada por día que no baja de $40. El almuerzo o cena cuesta $20 c/u.Falta más chorros donde se aproveche más las aguas termales. Pocas cataratas, a pesar de tener todo para hacerlas.Pero en general, es un lugar para disfrutar de piscinas de agua caliente a tibia de aguas mineralizadas por estar a las faldas del volcán 🌋 Arenal.Considere que el lugar es en ascenso.En cuanto al atractivo principal, por la forma que ha sido construido se dificulta ver el volcán, solo en la parte del helipuerto se puede aprovechar para mirar el paisaje. O llegando a la “cima” en un sendero corto se llega al final o límite de la propiedad que colinda con un potrero y desde allí se puede ver bien el volcán.Sobre este punto, les “falta cancha” para hacer un mirador y/o colocar alguno de tantos bares que poseen en el hotel, donde sería un plus para disfrutar de su atractivo principal en la zona y del atardecer.En cuanto a los facilities, en dos ocasiones acudimos a recepción porque no habían paños para piscina, ni jabón y luego, porque no había secadora de cabello, pero ante nuestras solicitudes se nos atendió y solucionó.Falta ver más vigilancia en el amplio sector de piscinas, casi no se ve personal a quien acudir en caso que se requiera.

La comida estuvo ok. La distancia del restaurante "la pirámide" está muy retirada de la entrada. Muy ricas las albercas. Y buena la variedad de temperaturas. Lo único que si deberían mejorar es la filtración del agua donde tienen bar en la piscina, el agua olía a pipi y el agua gris.

Great service. The rooms are nice. Lots of thermal pools, the hotel is big, which makes it great for both couples and families. Spa services are very expensive, which made us look at other spas around (there are quite a few well-reviewed).

My friend and I visited with a day pass because it was recommended as the best hot spring by local residents of the area. We were not disappointed! The facilities were clean and the resort had multiple pools of varying temperatures, shapes, and sizes. The cocktails were well made and the food was delicious. We stayed all afternoon and into the night. We enjoyed our experience even as the mid-July raim inevitably came down on us. In fact the experience was even more enjoyable at night while raining. Showers and bathrooms are large and clean. Overall it was a wonderful experience we would highly recommend!

At first appearance, I was kind if worried. As soon as you get in, it changes into the experience money can buy.. I truly just needed to relax in hot springs pools. The Caves I truly enjoyed sitting under the water fall of Hot organic volcano water.. I also enjoyed the shower in room from volcano.. either way you can enjoy this place tuck away.. FYI. We needed ice, just call room service, they'll bring you a bag of 2lb. Ice.

Para los amantes de las aguas termales y de un lugar muy bien acondicionado....porqué es verdaderamente acogedory con una vista del volcán arenal impresionante , se puede decir que esta uno en las faldas de dicho coloso...la comida está bien ,la atención del personal excelente, las instalaciones son de lujo. 6 fuentes de aguas termales con diferentes temperaturas,con una decoración Siempre lo recalcó cuando hay dinero ,pero se tienen muy buenas ideas ,todo sale bien.

Las instalaciones y las piscinas están totalmente hechas de cemento y piedra, muy cómodo para caminar y desplazarse por el lugar. Las piscinas tienen diferente temperatura y son realmente bonitas, sin duda, un lugar fantástico.Lo malo: - Pague el daypass con cena, la cual es estilo buffet, pero la comida era muy mala. La carne muy dura y muy poca variedad de alimentos. Curiosamente, si habían varios tipos de postres. Incluye bebidas naturales. - Las bebidas de los bares húmedos son muy costosas, por ejemplo, las gaseosas cuestan $5 y las cervezas $6.Recomendaciones: - Si tienen suerte y logran agarrar espacio en el parqueo, consulten si pueden estacionar en el segundo parqueo interno que está más cerca de las piscinas. Para eso, tienen que pasar atravesar el primer parqueo y continuar por dentro de las instalaciones. - Si consumen cervezas, exijan que les den las latas cerradas. Yo compré una cerveza Estrella, y me trajeron la cerveza en un vaso (y juró que esa cerveza no sabía igual a la cerveza Estrella, pienso que era otra tipo de cerveza). - Llegar temprano para agarrar espacio en el parqueo, de lo contrario, tendrán que dejar el carro al otro lado de la calle.

PesadillaEsto es una crítica sobre el hotel, no sobre las termas. Nos alojamos en las habitaciones superiores (14), tienen un problema de desagües y huelen fatal. Ya he visto más críticas de lo mismo, al llegar nos quejamos y nos dijeron que eso se solucionaba ( yo les dije que eso no se arreglaba que era un problema de desagües), pero la “persona” de recepción insistió que si. Enviaron una persona que tiro lejía y agua caliente por los desagües, nosotros nos fuimos a bañar y al regreso las habitaciones seguían con el mismo mal olor. Bajamos nuevamente a recepción y otra vez el mismo cuento que eso es un problema de las aguas termales, tras la discusión nos ofreció cambiarnos a las habitaciones junior suite que milagrosamente no tienen el problema del olor de las aguas “termales”. Pero eran casi las 12 de la noche y no aceptamos, teníamos que ir a la otra punta del hotel. Al día siguiente como “compensación” nos ofrecieron comer “gratis” en el bufet que tienen. Aprovecho esto para decir que la comida es malísima y la bebida carísima (naturalmente solo nos invitaron a la comida, dos botellas de agua a casi 6$ la unidad aparte). Adjunto fotos de las setas que había en una de las habitaciones y una pastilla en la otra… la limpieza que hacen.Los colchones son viejos he incomodos. Así que busquen otro lugar donde dormir, no merece la pena pagar el precio desorbitado que tiene el hotel.

Staff was excellent, especially front desk Anna. She took care of everything for us including putting us in contact with a driver that took us everywhere (Luis). We were a family of 12 and we didn’t have cars. The pools were awesome and were open late. Housekeeping was great and food was good. This is the only place we’ll stay if ever going back to La Fortuna. It was great for the kids and very safe.

To be honest we were thoroughly impressed. The place is super clean. People super friendly. The food in particular some of the best we have ever had. The complimentary breakfast is just super. Everything very fresh and obviously local. The hot springs are great. We were here Thursday through Sunday and it does get crowded on the weekend.

Un lugar sin igual, gente amable y siempre para ayudarte, excelente para relajarte en sus riquísimas aguas termales, lugar muy limpio, amplio, variedad de bebidas y platillos para degustar. Ya sea que lo visites en familia, pareja o amigos, será una estadía fabulosa!!!

Tiene una gran variedad de piscinas, muy limpio, el servicio y la atención de los empleados excelentes muy amables. No estuvimos en el hotel solo pagamos el pase día con cena y se disfruta por completo niños y grandes. Baños muy limpios, te alquilan las toallas por 5000 colones cada una pero cuando las devuelves, te regresan el dinero. Lo único que no me gusto mucho fue la cena, tipo bufet, el sabor de la comida más o menos y no hay mucha variedad, por esto no le doy las 5 estrellas, desconozco como será lap carta . Dejando a un lado la comida, Recomiendo visitarlo y volvería sin dudarlo.

Adorei o lugar, fui muito bem atendida, é um lugar bonito e com muitas piscinas de até 60° C 😱, mas há piscinas com temperaturas diferentes e uma sauna natural, os bares das piscinas servem drinks muito deliciosos!Uma observação em relação ao restaurante que fica em cima , achei que poderiam melhorar o cardápio, mas há um outro restaurante próximo à entrada que não visitei, parece ser melhor e a la carte.
