O lugar é muito bom e o senhor que me verificou foi muito simpático e prestativo. A única coisa era que não havia água quente nos chuveiros. Espero que este tenha sido apenas um dia de correria, onde muitos chuveiros foram usados porque é um lugar agradável. Eu ficaria novamente apenas espero que o problema da água seja corrigido.

El lugar es muy agradable y el caballero que me registró fue muy amable y servicial. Lo único es que no había agua caliente en las duchas. Espero que este sea solo un día pico en el que se usaron muchas duchas porque es un lugar agradable. Me quedaría de nuevo solo espero que se solucione el problema del agua.

The place is very nice and the gentleman checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was there was no hot water in the showers. I am hoping this was just a rush day where lots of showers were used cause it is a nice place. I would stay again just hope water issue is fixed.

Service was great. Hotel was nice. The hot tub had floaties, and sometimes that's due to people getting in it before you, who didn't have good hygiene. The fridge and the window were noisey, but the manager apologized and even knocked $10 off, which wasn't necessary.

I have a complaint. my family and I were driving all night Wednesday night and at 430 am we stopped at this best Western because I always try to stay at best western because they r always nice and clean and have good service but this time I was so disappointed! the night clerk told us he'd already done his night audit and refused to give us a room. I had my sleeping 2 year old in my arms and was exhausted and was turned away after it took us 15 minutes just to get there off the main highway. I've never been so upset in my life! we went to the next hotel down the street and they were super nice and got us in right away. So dissatisfied with the service and non compassion

From the outside it looks like your average hotel off the beaten path. From the inside this place really shines, I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the lobby area is. I rented the whirlpool suite, the pictures were highly deceiving. The room is absolutely massive for a king size bed, the bathroom was something straight out of a catalog. I don't think I've ever felt that clean in my life. The service was incredible and friendly. I had a great stay and next time I'm passing through Oklahoma I'll have another great stay.
