No lo recomiendo nada, me jodió las vacaciones tener que salir y entrar al hotel con respeto a todo el mal ambiente que hay alrededor. Está en la peor zona de Frankfurt. Buscaros otro.

2 weeks ago my boyfriend called and asked if we can stay for one night. The answer was yes, so we booked a room. Two days ago, we arrived after a 4h drive. The hotel looks really good, everything looks clean, they have a big parking area. Our problem was with the personal. The receptionist told us that is not possible to overnight. He also said that we have to sign a certificate, because just then I’ll have the chance to stay there. I asked polite what kind of certificate but he couldn’t give me a answer. He wasn’t prepared. We understand that this situation is complicated and is pretty hard. But we called, asked all the Information and also booked for two person. He talked polite with us and tried to explain but he couldn’t help us with any advice. Yesterday we saw that they took our money twice. I tried to call them but no one answered. We couldn’t sleep there, the money didn’t get back, they even pulled it twice. It wasn’t a nice experience and hope that the other customers will have a better one.

It is no longer a Holiday Inn branded property. It is now a Premier Inn. Good location and nice rooms. The staff were very helpful. It is a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood after dark, but overall a great location. Very close to the Hbf and an easy 5-6 minute walk to the river.

A pesar de encontrarnos la sábana súcia y llamar a recepción para que nos la cambiasen, su respuesta: "estoy solo en recepción, le subo una limpia" y la siguiente un poco rota. Por lo demás es un hotel bien ubicado, limpio, personal amable y un buen desayuno. Recomendable.

Habitaciones pequeñas. Pedimos habitacion familiar para cuatro, dos niños y dos adultos y el sofá cama es demasiado pequeño. La zona aunque céntrica por la noche no es agradable. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Está bien para los precios de otro hoteles como el Hilton. Tiene lo que se necesita. A unas calles hay muchos yonkis e indigentes. Me sorprendió encontrarlos. Hay casa de apuestas y de citas. No está lejos del centro. Muy cerca de la estación de tren central.
