Very poor service. I went for dinner there was all the table Dirty. no body is there for cleaning the table. and also I ask for spoon many times then I get spoon.food was also cold In side room no water nothing I stay for only few hours but I don't feel comfortable don't stay this hotel choose another hotel 👍

This is regarding the Apple tree spa at Howard. Terrible service this time. Firstly, the masseuse Lisa only did 40 min, not full.1 hr, and she only spent 1 min on my hands and 3 min on my legs which were paining the most. I even told her that, however she was not too interested and just kept on looking at the clock. And when I came home, my upper back was in immense pain (which was quite alright when I went). Not too sure what she did but I couldnt move properly beacuse of the muscle pain on my upper back. Dont recommend going ever!

Very bad wifi connection. Connects, works for few minutes(with buffering), becomes horribly slow followed by disconnection. This cycles continues. If you complain, they will send one guy who removes router and reconnects. It will work for some time. This continues throughout the stay. Everything else is good. I stayed in room 801.

If you have money to spend on a hotel pay a little bit more and go somewhere else!!! I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is in the top five worst. Some of the staff including the Asian night porter and the Philippine girl at the front desk need to go and learn how to deal with the public and a few manners ! You have been warned !
