Experiencia absolutamente impactante. Cuando llegamos nos trasladaron a un lugar diferente al otro lado del complejo. Este nuevo lugar era solo un bloque de 12 apartamentos sucios y descuidados, literalmente desmoronándose, sin bar, restaurante o piscina. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario, dijo que no hay nada que pueda hacer por nosotros, hubiera esperado que lo trasladaran a algo de condiciones similares. Dijo que podemos usar las instalaciones del hotel en el camino, bueno, sí, eso es de esperar, ya que puede usar cualquier instalación del hotel en el complejo si compra alimentos o bebidas.Así que básicamente tomó nuestro dinero para su hotel y nos arrojó a un pozo de calidad inferior que debería haber sido condenado en los años 80. Literalmente cayendo a pedazos cuando la cortina de la ducha se derrumbó porque estaba sostenida por silicona, cinta adhesiva y papel higiénico (ni siquiera puedo inventar esto)Aconsejaría ir a otro lugar en caso de que esto te suceda. También tenga en cuenta que entiendo que es kavos, pero no éramos un grupo de muchachos en una despedida de soltero, éramos 2 parejas que buscaban una escapada soleada y este hotel lo echó a perder.

Experiência absolutamente chocante. Quando chegamos, fomos transferidos para um lugar diferente do outro lado do resort. Este novo lugar era apenas um quarteirão de 12 apartamentos sujos e sujos, literalmente caindo aos pedaços, sem bar, restaurante ou piscina. Literalmente desmoronando quando a cortina do chuveiro desabou porque foi sustentada por silicone, fita adesiva e rolo de papel higiênico (não consigo nem fazer essas coisas)Eu aconselharia ir em qualquer outro lugar caso isso aconteça com você. Também tenha em mente, entendo que é kavos, mas não éramos um grupo de rapazes em um veado, éramos 2 casais à procura de um refúgio ensolarado e foi mimado por este hotel.

Absolutely shocking experience. When we arrived we were moved to a different place on the other side of the resort. This new place was just a block of 12 dingy run down dirty apartments, literally falling apart, no bar, restaurant or pool. When we got in touch with the owner he said there's nothing he can do for us, would have expected to be moved to something of similar condition. Told we can use the facilities of the hotel down the road, well yeah that's expected as you can use any hotel facilities in the resort if you purchase food or drinks.So basically took our money for his hotel and threw us into some sub standard pit that should have been condemned in the 80's. Literally falling apart as the shower curtain collapsed because it was held up by silicone, sellotape and toilet roll (can't even make this stuff up)I would advise going anywhere else incase this should happen to you. Also bear in mind, I get it's kavos but we weren't a group of lads on a stag, we were 2 couples looking for a sunny getaway and it was spoilt by this hotel.

Este hotel é uma farsa absoluta. Nos fez check-in, nos fez pagar uma taxa de imposto e nos disse que nossos quartos não estavam disponíveis devido a "drenos de bloco". Eles nos forneceram uma desculpa ruim de um "hotel" e explicaram que tínhamos que pagar por essa outra acomodação, além de pagar pelo hotel. Uma piada. Recusamos e eles nos deixaram no que parecia ser uma casa agachada e não nos deram outra opção a não ser ter que desembolsar mais dinheiro e mudar para um hotel diferente (muito melhor). Nunca reserve este hotel, há tantas outras opções!!!!!

We have had to give this hotel a one star because there is no other option but they would not get a single one. They have a scamming operation going on. We currently (as at 25 June 2022) have a group of 7 young girls who had a booking with these studios (booked through Love Holidays) and after paying the nightly tax, they were told their rooms were not functional and they would have to stay at a partner hotel. The partner hotel is an appalling place, with no locks, full of flies and extremely shabby. They were asked to pay the tax there again. The poor girls have been left completely stranded. They didn't spend the night there and relatives in the UK have paid for them to go to another hotel nearby. They are now being intimidated by Kalypso Studios for the nightly fee for the partner hotel at which they never stayed, and they have been threatened with the Greek police being called in. The girls had already paid for their whole stay in advance of travelling and are now having to fork out ca. £1500 a second time for a holiday. The original holiday was booked through Love Holidays. This isa first rate scam and absolutely appalling. I am trying to contact the hotel but it's impossible to get through. Can't get hold of Love Holidays either of course. I wouldn't touch them (either organisation if I'm honest) with a barge pole.

Esta experiência de hotel foi um feriado de pesadelos. Chegamos e eles nos registraram e nos fizeram pagar a conta de impostos antes de nos dizer que não iríamos ficar lá. Fomos informados de que a pia dos quartos estava bloqueada por 4 meninos italianos e que seria classificada em 2 dias. Essa senhora aleatória então nos conduziu até ela no carro e nos levou para a acomodação alternativa. Fomos informados de que o hotel para o qual eles estavam nos levando tinha uma piscina e era um hotel irmão de klypso, que eram mentiras completas. Depois que chegamos ao hotel, nos disseram que o bloqueio não seria consertado e tivemos que ficar neste hotel alternativo. Foi uma alternativa horrível e não tinha toalhas, sem piscina e você tinha que pagar extra para ar condicionado. A equipe foi tão rude e se recusou a dar a qualquer um deles nossos números. Os funcionários foram rudes, ameaçadores e não ajudaram em nada. A mulher ameaçou tirar nossos passaportes de nós e mentiu sobre nós destruindo seu quarto quando estávamos lá por uma hora. Eles tiraram € 50 de nós e se recusaram a reembolsá-lo. Tivemos que pagar por um novo hotel e agora tudo fora do bolso. Gostaria de evitar este hotel como a praga lá um SCAM!!!!!

Esta experiencia hotelera fue una fiesta de pesadillas. Llegamos y nos registraron y nos hicieron pagar los impuestos antes de decirnos que en realidad no nos íbamos a quedar allí. Nos informaron que el fregadero de las habitaciones estaba bloqueado por 4 niños italianos y que se solucionaría en 2 días. Esta dama al azar luego nos hizo pasar a su automóvil y nos llevó al alojamiento alternativo. Nos dijeron que el hotel al que nos llevaban tenía una piscina y era un hotel hermano de klypso, que eran completas mentiras. Después de llegar al hotel, nos dijeron que el bloqueo no se solucionaría y que teníamos que quedarnos en este hotel alternativo. Era una alternativa horrible y no tenía toallas, ni piscina y tenías que pagar extra por el aire acondicionado. El personal fue muy grosero y se negó a darles nuestros números. El personal fue grosero, amenazante y no ayudó en absoluto. La mujer amenazó con quitarnos los pasaportes y mintió acerca de que destrozamos su habitación cuando estuvimos allí durante una hora. Nos quitaron 50€ y se negaron a devolverlo. Tuvimos que pagar por un nuevo hotel y ahora todo de bolsillo. ¡Evitaría este hotel como la peste allí una estafa!

This hotel experience was a holiday of nightmares. We arrived and they checked us in and made us pay the tax bill before telling us that we weren’t actually going to stay there. We were informed the rooms sink was blocked by 4 Italian boys and that it would be sorted in 2 days. This random lady then ushered us into her the car and took us to the alternative accommodation. We were told that the hotel they were taking us to had a pool and was a sister hotel of klypso, which were complete lies. After we arrived at the hotel we were told the blockage wouldn’t be fixed and we had to stay in this alternative hotel. It was an awful alternative and had no towels, no pool and you had to pay extra for air con. The staff were so rude and refused to give any of them our numbers. The staff were rude, threatening and weren’t helpful at all. The woman threatened to take our passports off us and lied about us trashing her room when we were in there for an hour. They took €50 off us and refused to refund it. We had to pay for a new hotel and now all out of Pocket. I would avoid this hotel like the plague there a SCAM!!!!!

This hotel is an absolute scam. Checked us in, made us pay a tax fee then told us our rooms weren't available due to "block drains". They provided us with a poor excuse of a "hotel" then explained we had to pay for this other accommodation as well as pay for their hotel. A joke. We refused and they left us in what looked like a squat house and gave us no other option but to have to fork out more money and move to different (much nicer) hotel. Never book this hotel, there's so many other options!!!!!

Llegamos allí mis padres mayores de 70 años y nos dijeron que había un problema con el edificio y que no podíamos quedarnos. Encontraron alojamiento alternativo para nosotros, pero no piscina, que es algo que quería para mi hija. Sugeriría llamarlos antes de viajar para asegurarse de que se hospedará allí.

Excelente base familiar em kavos grande piscina etc e funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos..os quartos eram limpos a cada 2 dias. Apenas de strip, então não é afetado pela música tarde da noite etc, mas perto o suficiente para sair para festejar.

Chegamos lá meus pais com mais de 70 anos e nos disseram que havia um problema com o prédio e não poderíamos ficar. Eles encontraram acomodações alternativas para nós, mas sem piscina, o que é uma coisa que eu queria para minha filha. Sugiro ligar para eles antes de viajar para garantir que você ficará lá.

Excelente base familiar en kavos, gran piscina, etc. y personal muy amable y servicial... las habitaciones se limpian cada 2 días. Solo de striptease, por lo que no se ve afectado por la música nocturna, etc., pero lo suficientemente cerca como para salir de fiesta.

We arrived there my parents over 70 and were told that there was a problem with the building and we couldn’t stay.They did find alternative accommodation for us but no swimming pool which is one thing I wanted for my daughter. I would suggest calling them before you travel to make sure you will be staying there.

Excellent family base in kavos great pool etc and very friendly helpful staff..rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Just of strip so not effected by late night music etc but close enough to go out partying.
