Naveen house supervisor was excellent. Made you feel welcome and respected. Patient and always wanting to help with your needs. I couldn’t complain about anything at all. Everyone is very polite and I highly recommend. If anything needed fixing they’d fix it immediately. Decorations were perfect. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed at this location for 13 days and it was a good experience. We were celebrating our first year anniversary and they sent us a chocolate cake. It was nice of them. Also they were a local party in November that they mix all the dry fruits and juices together. They invited us to the party on Friday evening and it was fun. Overall it's a good hotel. Also they have a pretty large bathroom with a tub which I liked it.

This is the first experience my stay. Hotel look so beautiful and nice atmosphere. I really enjoy with eveything. Room is clean and tidy. Service is amazing specially , thanks for your hospitality San San , Chit Phoo and Navin . You guy make me happy my stay. I give 100% recommend to stay here . We will be back again .

I am really happy to stay in the canvas hotel Dubai MGallery hotel. My room is very clean and nice . Specifically I want to thank Mi Mi housekeeping supervisor and San San , Kishor is very nice guy and always smiling and helping me during my stay. The Bathroom also was very clean. I will recommend to about the this hotel to my friends . They have buffet breakfast with lots of variety in veg and Non-Veg including hot and cold beverages with awesome taste and quality, Really appreciate with fulfilling of all requirements.

I have to agree with the other reviews here. The rooms had a weird smell and they could not fix it, the nightclub downstairs had a really heavy bass, there is no entrance and it‘s not a good location if you want to use public transport as it is more a residential area and we had to wait to get a table at breakfast - also the selection could have been better. All in all I would say it is not a 5 star hotel. Everything looks nice like a 5 star hotel but if you look closer, things are broken, the shower is old, the smell, breakfast,… I expected more and I would not stay there again.

This hotel needs to classed as a 3star hotel. The smells in the room are awful. The fridge or the shower were not working. The hotel needs to review what they put on the website as some of it is not true. Yes no doubt there are some lovely staff working here always willing to help. But the only way the hotel can improve is to make sure that everything is in working order and to get rid of the smells from the rooms. I could only last a few days in this hotel. The location is not great and the view is not great.

All the staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Everything that we asked them to do they did no problem. Breakfast staff were also willing to make anything requested Bed was big and comfy. Lovely and clean everywhere however the pool was a bit small and shut at 5pm. Also not any view from the rooms

Comfortable mid sized hotel in between the old and new district of Dubai, perfect for a base before or after a cruise. The staff and fantastic, warm, welcoming and attentive at all times. The rooms are large, modern and well equipped, however they need more attention to cleaning parts of the room like behind tables and in the curtains as they are really dusty. An impossible task in a desert climate but important too. We would highly recommend this hotel as it is easy to get around by taxi to everything tourists want, just budget for this in your planning as there is little to walk to in the heat if you have mobility problems. Also download a map on your phone as taxi drivers struggling to find it so a map is very helpful. The rooftop bar and pool is great but pricy, we spent a lot of down time there as again the staff and food were wonderful. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant buffet which we fantastic and I missed it a lot the one night we went out to eat. The presentation and variety were outstanding and the chef should be commended for the quality and imagination, we both loved the food. The wait staff were excellent and a tribute to the hotel.

First of all great staff. I have been in Dubai 5 times - and this hotel and staff were extra ordinary. From the reception to the rooftop lounge. Especially Anish the day manager. We had a little issue with a misunderstanding and they solved the problem as never seen before. Great people with big hearts. We will never forget you guys. You gave us a lifetime memory. We will always be grateful.

NO SLEEP - PURE VOLUME! Welcome to Canvas! First of all: We are currently still in the hotel and I sent this review to the management two days before publication. No reaction. "Customer satisfaction" looks different. Those who like to sleep around 4 a.m. will feel at home here. The club next door is terribly loud. This is not indicated on the homepage. When asked about my check-in, the only lie was "...we have music on the rooftop bar" (not a good service in the bar, by the way). Not a word about the club! After the request to be allowed to leave the hotel and only to be reimbursed for the future nights, it was only said "The booking cannot be canceled but you will be given another room." The other room is a little quieter, but the whole hotel hums until 3am. Until 4 a.m. the last party guests were still bawling in the hallway, which the hotel staff didn’t really care about. The rooms are good, but the best days are behind them. Conculsion: Every year Dubai but never again this hotel! Worst 5 star hotel in Dubai in my last 11 years!!!

Stayed here during a work trip. The Canvas Hotel Dubai is one of the best hotel chains in the world in my opinion. Operating a good hotel seems to be a lost art in some ways these days. They do a classy job here... These days not many places have service like them.

Just stayed at The Canvas Hotel Dubai with my two kids. everything was perfect! the staff was welcoming, the amenities were great, the food. They went out of their way to make the entire experience amazing. What really makes a great service is not the obvious things it's how they surprise you with small things you wouldn't even expect! We would 100% be back!

O my God, this is a 7 star hotel, the only thing is located far from the tourist attractions but you would not be disappointed. I was here for only 1 night cos it was closer to the airport and I had booked five palm hotel for the rest of my stay but I wish I had spend 3 days... this place is fantastic

Despite the location, the rooms and room service is exquisite.. Rooms are spacious and both housekeeping and room service was quick... Downside was having someone answer your call from the room.. Additionally the Executive Lounge, where I felt the staff was lazy and they could work on the services provided such as breakfast which was poor in comparison to the restaurant downstairs.. Other than my experience was very good..
