Hotel Péssimo ! Me deram 2 quartos 101 e 201 para deficientes, fui reclamar e nao tinham outro quarto, o atendente rude costumeiro aos italianos me disse que todos os quartos são iguais, claro 101,201 algo incomum não ? Apenas 1 toalha no quarto. Hotel deprimente a NH deveria demitir o atendente noturno que nao serve nem para manobrar carros!Deprimente NH!

The hotel is run down, deserted and depressing. You know you made a mistake once you walk in. Elevators and hallway carpets are dirty, room is below average and there is no restaurant to go have a bite to eat because it’s literally in the middle of nowhere. If you have another choice don’t stay here

Passei um final de semana com minha família neste hotel e devo dizer que respeita todos os padrões de excelência desses hotéis. Quarto aconchegante e cheiroso. Limpeza impecável. Basta olhar para os banheiros e você percebe imediatamente que não está em um hotel qualquer. Roupões, chinelos, toalhas. Tudo fornecido por eles. Isso sem falar na equipe. Começando com Marco, o gerente do hotel, toda a equipe. Sinceros parabéns. Eu voltarei

when you arrive, you know you have made a mistake booking the hotel. you must give at least one start to continue this posting, but zero stars would be more appropriate.
airconditioning is not working as it is too early in the year to activate, as per local regulations, but no mentioning on the web page. although it is a whopping 24 degrees in the room. "leave window open" and that next to the airport! Italian logic?
Restaurant that services great Italian dishes, as per the webpage. But it is closed!! Not mentioned on the web-page. Utter disgrace to call this a NH hotel. It is more " one hour" hotel in a remote area close to the airport.

Dirty room, less service, old, expensive and bathroom was partly broken.. they charged 6 euro for 2 bottles of water out of the minibar.... realy bad!

If you’re intending to visit the surrounding area of Milan, this is the place to stay. Since we intended to visit Como and Garda, having an easy way out to the main highway was easy as it gets. You also have a laundry service, a supermarket and some dining places close to it.
The staff, Marina, Gabrielle, Massimo and Cristina are spectacular persons.

Limpieza, habitaciones, wifi, servicio... cumple con todo lo que promete el estandar NH. Situado muy cerca del aeropuerto de Linate y de un lago para ir a correr. Perfecto para cualquier actividad profesional en la zona teniendo vehiculo para desplazarse. Lejos de Milan y poco práctico si lo que se quiere es hacer turismo.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport with our baby. The bed was very comfortable.The woman receptionist was accommodating and helpful.The general manager was helpful in finding a very important lost item to me and said he will mail it to me.The breakfast was beyond anything I’ve ever seen.

Modern, clean with all amenities needed for a hotel in transit layover. Breakfast was good and a more than adequate display of gluten free options for those with restricted dietary needs. Great value for money and close enough to airport for convenience of travel pit stops.
