I have forgettable stay with Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan. From entrance very big lobby with neat and clean first impression. Long corridor, neat and clean room with full sanitized. Rajiv and his team housekeeping department doing great. there well maintaining the room with quality. I recommended and thanks for your service

Housekeeping staff named sanjok is very professional and hospitable in this hotel. His work has a very amazing quality. Throughout my stay, I felt very welcomed and hassle free because of the quick services from him. Very satisfied with my overall stay at the hotel. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

The things that I rate highly when I stay in a hotel is the staff, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and efficiency. I’ve lived in Abu Dhabi for over ten years but this was the first time staying here and I can quite honestly say it was a fantastic experience and I rate it highly for everything. In particular the staff were welcoming, from the valet at the entrance who couldn’t do enough for me to the check in staff and even staff walking around the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean. The beds were comfy and we could hear no noise from anywhere. Self parking was easy in the day but was packed in the evening (but there’s tons of parking which is great). Well done Novotel!

The hotel and the room were great. Very clean and quiet place. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. The price is considered to be fair in this season and area. The inly issue was that once I reached, I found out that the swimming pool was under maintenance, and that was one of my major reasons to stay there with the kids. Guests should be informed earlier regarding such major cases

Carpets are stained. Furniture's are cleaned for name sake. Thanks for providing bathing gel and shampoo. Rest you have to take your own. Staff feels that guests need to request if they need anything else and if they in good mood, Lucky us. It seems covered parking is only for 4x4 and luxury cars, sedans they dump in hot sun at somewhere.

We were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff like Sanjok at housekeeping if I am remembering his name correctly as he made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. He extended his courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff. We as a family liked the way he helped us and will certainly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives.

It's second time I write a review for Novotel. Novotel is a place suitable for family and business. Good quality with reasonable price. Food, room service and facilities are worth over the price. Especially thanks to staff at reception @Sofia, @Chen, they are very nice and helpful. Also tanks to staff at the canteen, housekeeping and transportation

Very nice hotel, location is convenient also to airport. Friendly people at Reception, they were very helpful, Chen and Sofia I remember the names, and many others all were very professional and helpful, made me feel so warm like friends. The house keeping guys and car parking guys and guys at luggage, all so friendly! The gentlemen at breakfast, who always remember to bring me my favorite coffee without asking.... Indeed very touching memory! Awesome memory!

Affordable price with facilities which are maintained very well Service as in a 5* hotel, with high standards. I must say even in some 5* hotels u won't find this kind of attentive staff. Always well cleaned and tidy. Relevant price. And feels like u pay less for what u get.

I really liked the hotel especially the staff who will welcome you with great service and a warm smile. It is actually my 2nd time, I came back because of the best stay I experienced from my first stay, and in this second time, I can say they are consistent, they will treat you so nicely especially Mr. Adnan who was very professional and kind. Thank you as well to Mr. Hisham from reception who attended all our inquiries and request. Will surely come back for the 3rd time.
