Very nice hotel, good service. We were looked after even when we checked out. We used swimming pool safe for kids. They took care of our luggage and arrange taxi for next hotel. Overall fantastic service.

Attended a wedding reception here and there's an awesome view out of the reception hall! The staff were very accommodating for our requests and the valet service was very quick. There's a great view from the 42nd floor but it was closed later in the night, so if you're attending something here, keep note of that and go earlier for the views!

From the very welcoming doorman to the helpful reception desk, I was hugely impressed by the friendliness and relaxed style of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had a great view. The only downside was that I did not find it easy to get just a light breakfast anywhere. A coffee machine in the room would be good.

I was going to email you anyway, to thank you for a splendid stay. It was marvellous being upgraded to a suite, which was very convenient for me as I was with you for 4 days. The staff were uniformly courteous and helpful. The suite was large, well-lit, comfortable and beautifully cleaned. Food was very good.
