Beautiful resort, rooms beautiful, excellent pool and views. Service staff was excellent, especially at the main entrance/lobby and concierge. All of the staff were excellent. On our departure, concierge, Joel, and Jacob were excellent in helping expediting our check out, getting our luggage and arranging a taxi. But all of the reception staff went above and beyond to help. Any time we needed a taxi to visit the various sites, all of the staff worked quickly and efficiently to arrange and coordinate our transport, and were equally helpful upon arrival. Pool staff were also excellent, from the towel to service staff. The staff all around were happy to help. Only thing I would say is the Palm Jumeirah Island isn’t the most convenient location to get around Dubai as no swift access to public transit, but if you’re staying on the island for a holiday, you probably already know that. 10/10

We have just come back after 11 nights at this lovely hotel, we had access to the lounge and whilst all the staff at the hotel were great and very helpful the staff in the lounge were exceptionally good, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and always gave brilliant. Service. The food and facilities were extremely good. The Spa area has the most relaxing adults only pool and is a lovely area.

Fantastic hotel! First holiday as a family and the hotel was perfect. Catered for small children perfectly. Location was superb. Every single member of staff were so welcoming and friendly, so so professional. Jacob the concierge couldn’t do enough for us, always at hand to help us going above and beyond to sort anything we needed. Would happily return!

Great hotel. Lovely French, Polynesian style. We were a couple but it looked like it catered well for families. The service was beyond excellent. Our housekeeper particularly (Rachna) was wonderful. She kept our room spotlessly clean & well stocked and whenever we saw her she always asked if there was anything else we needed. Each a worked really hard and is a credit to the hotel team. Thank you for the bedtime chocolate too 💜

Loved the room and my view. Breakfast buffet was great. Service excellent. Lemongrass fragrance throughout hotel amazing. Pool very nice. Ask about photo shoot, they did a great job. I would stay here again.

Nice spacious 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Enjoyed the stay and service along with breakfast combinations set up in villa.

The rooms spacious good. Service good.. good facilities . But the staff are trying very hard to keep up. I am taking out one star ( management take note)as they are so so understaffed.

Lovely hotel rooms and environment, as well as service from the staff - we went midweek and all restaurants except one plus kids facilities closed which was disappointing but understandable as they recover from the shutdown. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

Had an amazing time food was excellent, room was amazing, slight shame they didn’t clean the room and breakfast was a bit chaotic (had to ask a few times for things) however had a lovely time, most likely wouldn’t return if being honest because of those two factors, however still had an awesome time.

Great but could use some changes the pools are way too crowded due to having only one pool and most of the exits except the main one can only be used by the employees. So getting people to where they need to go may be a hustle and there is no shade walking somewhere far is a no this all because of the employee only exits and entrances.
